A Change Of Forgiveness

Experience leadership "in secret", providing access to a new version of the depth of reality observable from the posture of a judge accepting the covenant with the virtue of forgiveness.

- Take even the last piece of gold I have left, muttered Danglars while handing his wallet. Take it and let me live here, in this cave. I no longer demand freedom, I ask only to live. Mercy !

- So, you suffer? Asked the man who only his shadow could be seen. Before this shadow, all bandits bowed.

- Yes, I suffer, I suffer terribly.

- And yet, there are people who’ve suffered more than you.

- I do not believe it.

- But it is true ! Those who’ve died of starvation.

- Do you even repent? asked the solemn and somber voice, which made Danglars feel the hair on his head rise.

It was understandable, the banker was no longer a man, but a living corpse. His tired eyes tried to decipher things and saw a man with a cape, lost in the shadow of a stone pillar.

- Why should I repent? asked Danglars.

- For the evil that you’ve committed, said the same voice.

- Yes, I repent, I repent ! cried the wretched.

- Then I forgive you ! Said the man, getting rid of his cape and stepping into the light.

- The Count of Monte Cristo ! cried Danglars paler from horror than he was a moment before because of hunger and misery.

- You are mistaken. I am not the Count of Monte Cristo.

- Then who are you?

- I am the one you sold, preyed, dishonored. And am the one whose fiancée you’ve tricked, humiliated her and used her for your purposes. I am the one you stepped over to climb to wealth. I am the one whose father you’ve starved, the one who is now condemning you to die of hunger. And yet, the one who forgives you, because he himself needs to be forgiven.

Leadership: Do you only know your limit of integrity by experiencing the freedom of giving life to a Shadow?

Choosing a new possibility to play a role as a judge requires new situations, often unpredictable and difficulty to manage, such as those concerning the status of interiority which is of interest also as a transferable aspect. In other words, what is it in you that can have a binding character for what an individual who understands his deeds does, feels or thinks, one who can only see himself in his universe?

Openness to an experience of truth, available only through an unexpected and percutaneous intervention, causing a powerful awareness of the uncertain past of the individual, is a measure of depth, extent and variability of imagination and insight. And also of the need of experiencing a sort of leadership "in secret", which crosses any impossible, any deviation from the norm, the eternal wall – the sin, ensuring a separation of good and evil.

Felt only through effects, this leadership emerges as a sort of beneficent power that is opposed to everything that is evil, a sort of combination between unknown and danger, contributing to the formation of a new consciousness.

Integrity is the prime attribute of consciousness to do a certain act in the name of truth, even if it involves forcing the reality of entering into a complicated deductive pattern, understood as a "structural resistance mechanism" in front of any obstacles to the attainment of proposed goals. Sometimes, this de-doubling is perpetuated in individuals as an illusion of a rigid separation between the behaviors assumed in the public and private spheres.

Leadership: Do you ask for forgiveness from punishment without feeling the presence of God, so without testing your natural curiosity of finding out the final outcome even if you were given this chance?

"The shadow" is the creation of the man of genius, who has the skills to provide original features to the art of being simultaneously a strategist, judge, vigilante and revealer, in the virtue of the science of having access to hidden truths, sometimes materialized in a sort of negative capacity. But that are retouched through an intelligence whose nutriments are the very criteria of orientation, achievements, limits and rules in relation to others.

Someone said that any fulfillment in the world immediately gives rise to an insufficiency: what appears in time as a wretched passion, in the end it must fail. That makes leadership an instrument of diagnosing consciousness and assessing weaknesses, the very touching of the sensitive chord of man established through confession and repentance.

Precisely therein lies the magic of leadership that is often in the heart of everything that exists and changes in the world: many people discover their identity and more easily accept the status of "inferior" through a confession – sometimes obtained only through a conviction, an acquittal or execution of punishment. Through a fall in the abyss of suffering.

In all aspects of life, you will be required to restitute, to the extent of the loss suffered by the other person, especially if you fail to respect the terms and limits of your own enrichment accorded to the norms of consciousness to discern between truth and falsehood.

A Change Of Forgiveness is given to any man who distanced himself from everything that is just and fair, but who has the courage to denounce himself, opting for a confession.

The leader always knows his limit: that the freedom of changing himself into a "shadow" and manifesting his hidden powers is never his cause, that it always depends on something else, uplifting, divine, spiritual. Even he needs to be forgiven by something higher than him.

That is why this freedom, through its most representative results, can never achieve an "amazing" leap in the form of a permanently secured situation. Because, in turn, the truly powerful leader is not only subordinate to his mental creation and his extraordinary capabilities. But to a destiny.
