He was sometimes submitting his rationality towards his heartbeat, other times towards the rhythm of his breathing. The extent of the events hired him in a continuous and an unhindered internal rebellion, which occurred due to deepening the conflict, determined by the hostility of the "parallel worlds". He was heading his existence under the influence of some discriminatory entities, of some hidden enemies, and of some processes of blurring the reality and his self-confidence. Works and projections outlined under the sphere of influence of some harsh laws. Strange and confusing.

Llewelyn Moss, from "No Country for Old Men (2007)" had to make a compromise with himself, to find that map with the strong spiritual load, to which he should always report for the rest of his life. However, the tragic absurdity of living after some patterns imposed by the events of hopelessness that he felt in all its cruelty, and the need to look forward the ruthless destiny, did not go well with the hope in his future.

As a man who serves a sentence for which the law does not provide a limit, and which length is not determined once with the pronouncement of the decision, Llewelyn Moss began to feel the need for a place to retreat, to rest. A prison. With very dense bars. He was tempted to indulge himself in the state of spiritual chaos caused both by his own person, and especially by the limits imposed by the worlds that surrounded him, insupportable, like a fence of barbed wire.

Leadership: Do you know how to grasp the value of self-retrieval within a search that returns exact results as long as you do not proceed towards the exit from the limits of causality?

Llewelyn Moss was alien to the science of bringing an opportune light to life. To adapt to a world of which he will be able to serve himself at leisure, in which to judge, after equity, people and their actions. And, to serve himself of it, like a game in which everyone wins. For all that was once his life was deleted, and something else, rather burdensome, inextricably, suddenly acquired a particular vibration.

There was a thread that bound him by the destiny of the "parallel worlds" despite all the attempts of imposing towards them, or at least of deciphering their sense. First, it was the world of the ones that separated him of the dreams. Then, the world of the ones that forced him to take part in their game, caught like a fish in a sealed net, the world of the assassins. There was also the world of the people that were not involving in the course of events, of the observers. And that world guided by intellect, as opposed to another propelled by instincts. As well as a world of the dumb, with its own laws, with a well-established dimension, and which for him passed unnoticed. Worlds that evolved in parallel.

Firmly, a dose of lucidity dictated the refusal to take part in a game in which everyone were cheating - by the degradation of the weak ones will, and by the minimization of that reality which gave a positive sense to life. As if he would be in the middle of a phantasmagoria, and what he was seeing from the universe was simply the effect of the nightmare from the heavy sleep that was his life. A barren land of suffering.

Llewelyn Moss went towards decay. He passed by the side of losers, of helplessness, due the inability to dominate the hazard. He reached the critical point of profound transformation. His world could fit in a grain of sand, of the endless desert of some strange worlds. Worlds, which, directly or indirectly, voluntarily or involuntarily, interpenetrated like in order to locate and completely remove it from any of them. He was not the first victim of this absurd and burdensome parallelism. There have been others, too.

And all of them, ended up the same.

Leadership: Do you consider creating a new image of yourself as being dependent on a thought that presents itself through representations, without words, capable of leading to a change in self-perception?

The most important lessons that you learn as a leader are shared to you from both sides, with double impact: of the consciousness that you want to keep clean, and the mark that you leave in the consciousness of the ones, with whom you interact at any time. A conscience that can defend you, to which you relate you whole life, and the one that you pass on to others, which can accuse you, by unplugging you from the recognition of your status as a man of great character.

The conscience is the thread that binds you, or gets you away of the "parallel worlds" parts of that reality with whom you identify yourself in the attempt to adhere to excellence. While a departure from the rules and regulations that the pure conscience creates, is equivalent to oblivion, with the growing tendency of cutting the roots of your own values and beliefs. It is the resort of your own regression, which comes in contradiction with the terms and conditions imposed by leadership, and which is manifested by indifference, by burying those things that can lead you in the right direction.

Leadership is a manifestation of the human condition in the context of difficult to cross existence, where only a single thing triumphs: the beauty of the human spirit in the face of everything standing against it.

The condition of man, seen through the fire of life’s trials, is a subclass of causality that engages both the psyche and free will, from which results the interdependency between the suppression of autonomy and the intensification of the process of creating a new reality.

To get away from the leadership’s code that is subordinated to conscience, it is like leading your existence under the influence of some discriminatory entities belonging to some hidden enemies. Thus, you put in motion the mechanism of triggering some processes of blurring the reality and self-confidence. And, as a consequence, leadership loses its charm, its magical attraction; like an ordinary house, which keeps diminishing up to zero, until disappearance.

Leadership: Do you develop yourself a consequence of causality that has a world of contrasts and stringencies, based upon which all events are justified by an intrinsic motivation?

Do you impose certain limits to those around you? Are you hitting yourself by their refusal of taking part in your "game"? Do you minimize that reality, which gives a positive meaning to their lives?

What really matters, in terms of leadership and of the basic features that complete it, is to see to what extent the essential approach of your thinking retrieves another authority to verify the correctness towards the major principles that govern your elements of authenticity. An authority which would audit your own performance in terms of your values and of the role that links you to the others around you.

In the process of transforming yourself from a disappointing condition to one of control, as a major factor for achieving excellence, requires some finishing of the benchmarks that make up your character, giving a deeper meaning to your life and your personality. It is required a continuity at the level of consciousness, therefore, in the moral order of its values and norms.

Is your leadership transforming the reality of other people in a barren land of suffering? Can you find a land of reconciliation between you and them? Is your existence heading towards decay?

Self-perception can be a call to responsibility and ethical action based on assuming a life situation that has the potential to overturn your beliefs later and to strengthen your values of forgiveness, oblivion, generosity, induction, compassion, self-esteem, positive intent, doing good, accepting of others.

A Grain Of Sand In The Endless Desert Of The Worlds suggests that something insignificant, that individual element of the human arsenal subjected to a perishable reality, which can no longer evolve, and to turn into a long-distance runner.

Just as "beauty keeps of geometry and only the feeling gives you the possibility to notice its most delicate forms" so leadership keeps of your perceptions towards other people. And only the reality that you live close to them gives you the possibility to appreciate the finest pieces of resistance of the mechanism that sets it in motion, ensuring its proper functioning.

Intervene in the evolution of other people without distorting your perspectives of qualification in the grand final of your transformation process- towards the evolution of consciousness that keeps you constantly in alert to any deviation from the rules and the most important benchmarks of the leadership’s architecture, towards finding the necessary balance to move forward on the road to perfection.

Conclusion: Without abdicating from the moral, deontology and… your own conscience ... a leader must find the appropriate solutions to annihilate the legal effects created by the situations when one is against all and all are against one. Self-analysis just as the collective analysis involves, and even requires the existence of some communication from both sides.

The lack of communication, as well as the unilateral analysis, the withdrawal in your own world, constrained or not by events, environment, relationships, changes, means nothing but reaching that "ligne de démarcation" between normal and pathological, which most of the times is equivalent with the collapse.
