In the movie "No country for old men (2007)" we surprise Carson Wells into a hypostasis of a man satisfied of himself. This fugitive spirit, always in search of treasures, young, brave, quick, optimistic to the bone, vaccinated against all forms of unhappiness or sadness, this bright ivory maintained only by his resistant nature, lives in the naive faith that everything takes place into his advantage; that time, things, people, everything is working in his favor.

Stimulated by a higher energy, Wells seems to be protected by a force that could shatter, sometimes brutally, any opponent. Self-control was the essential manifestation of his nature. Through the place he occupied among other people, as well as by the fact that he was more rarely around danger, we would say that for him there was only one good, the one to act as his own Ego dictated, with the appearance of a warm and bright sun settled over a world without fog.

But his place in the world becomes more and more sombre as time passes. Everything it is questionable, a true capitulation of the will, a spontaneous rusting from the inside, une conversion de la personnalité . For because of his excessive zeal, in the try to recuperate a bag full of money, arise another kind of man, a kind of imperfect competition that was in ill odour on the world’s stage. All the elements which compose the present of Wells also reflect on those around him, especially on his enemies.

This sphere of the will and ability enlightened by optimism upwards, into immeasurable, enlarged towards impossible, projected against the background of the personality’s deformation that partly merges with the idealism, goes against the cruel reality. An obstacle, an injustice? All that now lies in Wells, whatever it could make him satisfied, no longer gushes with the speed of the bullet as aforetime. An absurd and an undeserved shake, a crumbled life, as if it was sand. Only now, when he is caught in the deadly claws of the eagle, the love for life pours and spreads fully through his blood.

Does your place in the world become more and more sombre as time passes? Is everything within you under question? Is the path that you choose so empty that to finally bury any good and useful landmark? Are you trying to impose yourself on the muddy ground of an unhealthy obsession?

As a force of attraction between the positive and negative charges, the two magnetic poles "to be" and "not to be" are the dependent points on the dimension of your personality. Approaching, they intersect or overlap depending on the role that you assume in everyday life, and depending on the personality reported to the surrounding reality.

And the way you look and plan your future - not only in terms of the expectations, but also of the actions, more or less acknowledged, whose resultant is your becoming determines the decisions that you take and the way you behave in each situation.

Because you - the man, who can judge and assess things on their true value – you do not have only the duty to ask yourself and determine, objectively, what exactly it reserves your destination towards which you tend, the concern for balance and responsibility, but also the possibility of wishing a certain future, and therefore the duty to fight for it.

The duty to fight for change, for a new cause, or to be more than you are, is the one that circumscribes the horizon of the lucidity and causality, where the possible and real are updated over your whole life, forged with patience, hope and respect.

This is the essence underlying leadership, and at the same time that issues one of the FISH principles: "Choose your attitude - take responsibility for how you respond to what life throws at you" Once you are aware that your choice involves all those around you, ask yourself:

How do your choices help you to be the person you want to be? How do reflect all elements of your character over those around you?

Leadership: Do you fight for the values of the quality of being an outsider of an unlimited personality, without being influenced by the degree of reception of experiences that are amplified by your lack of corrective reaction to yourself?

A good leadership can have a positive impact, primarily, over your own personality. A form to get actively involved in your change for the better, a form of firm riposte, a form of fighting for what is right to be, for the appropriate values of the quality of being a Man. Leadership, this tool of forming another type of personality, helps you "awake" before plunging forward towards mediocrity.

Carson Wells had the impression that life was becoming better as pushing the "piston" of the present towards a future limited only at his horizon, having the belief that holds on all the control.

Nevertheless, this way of thinking, this superficial layer of illusion, erupting like a volcano, always repeatedly, actually took him to nowhere, causing despair and confusion. Claustration into a private sphere, one of the individual interests.

His values were degradable, calculated, cultivated and cared only by the simply adding of the option "On / Off" creating even more doubts about his life. A character who perceives life, the world, everything through his own defects.

A Just Punishment For Carson Wells expresses a reality: the more you move away of the specific human qualities, the triggering element towards excellence fails to appear, even if your will is enough strong. And that horizon of rediscovery is more and more limited on the extent of repelling the values, favoring the appearance and development of the leadership.

Just as the human body, with all its bio-morpho-psychological is the common denominator of all the sporting activities, even so the increased quality of life is the common denominator for fixing more stronger those qualities necessary for the leadership.
