Make from your art a luxury to ensure the guarantee of originality, without offering too much value in advance.

An old Arab proverb states: "Humanity is divided into three classes: those that are immovable, those that are movable, and those that move." In this article, I will address only to those people who need an impulse to "move" in order to increase their level of performance.

If you want to get better results than those you have obtained until now, if you want to reach a high professional level, then you must find someone who is better than you in the field that would help you move more easily and faster in the desired direction. However, the process of preparation it is slow and requires many hours of study, and finding a wise mentor to help you in this respect it is not just a piece of cake.

Leadership: Do you build your essential elements of the training plan and personal development, focusing more on the artistic side of your compositions?

The shortest way to achieve professional performances is to attend periodical courses of training and improvement supported by serious and skilled trainers. However, mostly, you may find that the trainer is not a good professional at all, but just an excellent manipulator, who only follows to acquire material profits from gullible and ignorant people that can be easily fooled.

I have met people who remain deeply impressed when a trainer provides them various information, without knowing that in fact that information can be found in most of the books from that field appeared on the market, or information taken and unprocessed (sometimes less studied) from the true professionals.

How to recognize a professional? A very good trainer does not reproduce the ideas of others. Hence, he carries out his contribution by himself for explaining some elements or processes from the respective field. And each of these elements, resulting from a technique of expressive association, is a space with a self-evident personality, about which in life you have an idea in relation to the perspective you have on reality. These elements must overlap with the completion of imagination into a concept.

In art, as well as in teaching and coaching, it is not just the representation of the image that matters, but also the impregnated qualities of the imagination from which ideas, visions, and theories emanate. These qualities are fluidity, plasticity, and originality.

Leadership: Can you prove the uniqueness of your ideas through a strong representation of imagination from the point of view of artistic syntax?

Since the middle of the nineteenth century dates an ingenious idea: art is a "luxury" because its production was the prerogative of some rare beings, of some people gifted by nature with special skills - those who possess "genius" or at least "talent".

I have met trainers who have attended various specialized courses abroad and return to the country where they present from start to finish what those before them had taught. Just like the wireless phone such individuals, which, at first sight, completely overshadows us, are doing nothing but rendering at their courses - word-to-word - what the others have presented before, much better than them. And sometimes they distort reality. They offer their value in "advance" through a complete mechanism of fooling the world, presenting themselves as the good connoisseurs, focused on a particular direction.

Can they be called "pure" professionals? Can be said about their art to convey knowledge that it is a "luxury"? Do they have that spark of a genius?

I attract your attention not to fall into the trap of false experts, highly skilled in stealing others' ideas and presenting them as if they were their author. I repeat. The fact that a trainer talks a lot, nice and with intonation, it does not mean at all that he is also a good professional.

True professionals prove the uniqueness of their ideas through a strong representation of the imagination from the point of view of the artistic syntax, which involves putting in relation after a predetermined order a selection of elements, motives, forms of expression, following a logic of the maximum gravity that makes possible a unique interpretation.

Leadership: Can you use and share a symbolic technique, starting from the fact that everything, however insignificant in its precarious appearance, conceals a fundamental alterity?

A true trainer manages to convince people that he is really a good professional. While, a good professional uses his freedom of thinking, he distinguishes by his own original ideas, in no circumstances "borrowed" from others. A true trainer has most certainly a blog and most likely wrote several books.

Nevertheless, it is highly difficult to detect a good professional if you are not well-prepared, and if you are not in theme with all the news in the field. Therefore, I suggest you that before participating in various training courses to inform yourself regarding all the aspects in which you are interested.

Paraphrasing the writer Mika Waltari, I would say that the information that some trainers provide are like stones thrown into the water. When you throw a stone into the water, you hear a loud noise and the water stirs, but after a few moments the water surface becomes smooth and no trace that the stone left is not visible anymore.

If the information provided by your trainer are not useful for you, it means they were just a little "noise", it means that his whole science does not leave traces in your thinking. In this case, the trainer is not a good professional at all.

However, I have also met extraordinarily good trainers that really had something to say and the participants had something to learn from them; they were not simply conveying information, but knew how to make it interesting, as challenging and as "orange ", they knew how to capture the listener's attention. Whenever, I was around them, I knew that I will found out something new. Nevertheless, they are very rare, especially in our country at this time.

I would not like to lengthen this article too much, that is why I will stop here. I hope you will have the luck to meet trainers that come with new and original ideas, and which deserve to be listened. Beware of imposters !

Leadership is the art of being professional in a direction that everyone follows, but in which you are labeled as the brightest mind, a reformer of cult for perennial values such as: “impact”, “authenticity”, “innovation”.

A True Trainer can be an artist who knows that when talent is genuine, he has nothing to lose by initiating creations and approaches that, in their generous idealism, resort to a strong motivation: the fecundation of ideas that are worth promoting.
