- There are some things happening, sir, which I don't understand.
- Stuff? What kind of things?
- You will believe I'm crazy, sir... You will say that it's nothing... But there has to be an explanation, sir. Has to ! Because it has nonsense...

Rogers swallowed again:
- There is a lot of blood sir. All over the place is blood. And there is no corpse.
- Yes, this is surprising. Actually, I have never seen something like this before.
- And, sir, there is a thing that bothers me.
- What?
- The door was locked by the inside. How could somebody lock himself inside, commit that horrible murder and then vanish like this, so simple? There has to be an explanation.
Have you figured out who the murderer is?
I'm sure you didn't figure it out who is the murderer, isn't it? Well, you couldn't. First, because I didn't say all the data of the problem, second, I didn't offer concrete information about the characters in this scenario. But you admit I raised your curiosity a little bit? You would have wanted to hear the possible explanation about the murder, isn't it? You would have wanted to solve this mystery apparently hard to elucidate, isn't it?
We all have different rules and standards that manage what we feel about the things that are happening in our lives. And in the end, what we do and what we became depends in a big way on the things or events which keep us in shape, which keeps our interest high and we can't break-up. It's like a mystery that needs to be solved. It's like a police novel written by Agatha Christie, once you start reading it, you can't let it down. But what is this "something"? What gives strength to all of our actions, and we cannot get rid of him until the final outcome?
What can bring you closer to the strongest motives of motivation, putting yourself in new situations and giving you some strong sensations is the driving force of thinking that inspires you by putting the possibility of answering a particular search in relatively doubtful area.
The presence of such thinking is the key to a whole that fascinates you terribly and you consume it altogether, a whole that completes your existence and you cannot miss it, a whole that needs to be maintained. A whole that forms the message: "You can light the light of truth in darkness."
The measure of your value as a facilitator of a new, unusual reflection in the field of science, unceasingly recomposes the certainty of belonging to a mystery, impossible to unleash, like all mysteries, but whose "eternity" can be felt in a moment. The value of man is generated by what happens to him when he is motivated to be more and more curious.
Clearly, motivation is like a very efficient and useful "drug" which reduces the stress levels for those with limited resources. Motivation stands you up when you feel that you lose your balance. Motivation can offer a step forward towards excellence by helping you find the best model of leadership for yourself, smoothing your way towards understanding and the development of your own potential.
Think well what kind of leader you want to become, because only motivation can set your path, by encouraging you, creating a solid foundation, emotional and professional - for your potential. The process of cultivating your leadership model begins with ensuring your own resources to solve the enigmas that hide in each corner around you.
The only rules you need to take into account are those imposed by yourself that you have to break by assimilating a more profound perspective on reality. At the same time, they can be violated through a process of re-interpreting things and creating a tension in consciousness that increases the desire to sense the meaning of a new understanding of the source that provides the most comprehensive information.
Just as the pencil is for writing, just as the shoe is for wearing, just as the car is for driving, even so motivation is for people who constantly improve their skills. Motivation helps you answer positively to any stimulus that can contribute to your own training, which gives you that strong impulse to focus more on positive results, bringing you an extra value to your experience.
Motivated people are those who manifest a great passion for their work. They love so much their work that they always stay after the program to finnish their job. Motivation people keeps them in shape and never tires them. There is nothing more pleasant than meeting this kind of people who love their job, and they are dedicated with passion and desire. This is why I say: Bless is the man who has found his "mystery".
As a leader, your duty is to encourage people's motivation by maintaining a climate of mystery. Motivate them to take action and guide them in obtaining good results. So, you have to start by teaching people to be aware of the good things and liberty of expression, so that they will never feel threatened or intimidated. If you want to get closer to people and if they want to achieve exceptional results, do not minimize their merits. Encourage them to come with their own solutions and praise them any time they deserve it.
You will be able to reach the highest levels of development only if others around you will become better and more productive. You must love what you do, for people in their turn, to love you and to be willing to make more progress. Motivation is the binder that unites your perfection of theirs.
An unresolved mystery is a challenge that cannot be ignored, it can make the mind shudder and rise above the momentary limitations of a shallow perspective on things. The clarity that a leader demonstrates is not related to the understanding of the underlying reason for elucidating complex issues, but to the explanation he gives to key points of problem-oriented thinking such as analysis, synthesis, imagination, comparison, anticipation, materialization, generalization or abstraction.
