Occupy a higher place in the hearts of people, by showing a true concern for their qualities.

Carolus Linnaeus, considered the father of the modern ecology, was born on 23rd of May in 1707 in the South of Sweden. As he was a little boy he fell so in love with the botany, that he run from classes and sneak in the school library only to read the botany books that were there. His curiosity was centred on a single domain, botany and that's why he was not at all interested in the other subjects that were learning in school. Although his father wanted him to be a reverend, Linnaeus followed his call.

The right man at the right place. Because he did not want to get ready for becoming a reverend, very often there were lots of strife and discussions at home. A big part of Linnaeus childhood was ruined because of his dad who was making him to prepare for priesthood.

The boy's salvation was his physics teacher who suspected his intelligence and gave him a lot of botany books. The teacher interfered and explained with tact to the unsatisfied parent that his son will become a great man if he allows him to do what he is really interested in: botany. More, after he obtained the acceptance of the father, the professor took the boy at his place and helped him to prepare for the admission at the university.

Leadership: Can you impose yourself as a milestone in the development of people especially through the content of reference that fully reflects your conception of your ideal self?

If you are a creator of personalities, you probably have high hopes that the knowledge and closeness forms between you and other people will expand, and access to their operating area will become more accessible. However, the fulfillment of all these hopes will never replace the absence of correspondence between needs, resources and rights, in terms of what people might become. The ability to put yourself in their place, from your private space, will always be threatened by the phenomenon of total lack of matching.

In what pattern of leader are you fit in terms of what people might become? Are you a leader that constantly self-assesses his authority compared to others’ status and achievements, or a leader that coordinates people, feeling as if he must control their decisions?

You should probably think more about those considerations concerning the lack of a creative or saving entity, providing strong incentives to raise people to a higher level. In the case of a blockage of their transformation, in the situation of a lack of ability to transpose yourself into a mentor, how do you compute the compatibility with the factors of motivational implication in the performance of new types of personalities?

The ideal self is concerned about the way you see yourself, thinking about yourself and gives you the mentality you have concerning different aspects of individual and social life. It can interfere with perception, how you want to be under the supervision of a spiritual parent, especially if intuition and inspiration come from the angel of an attitude that glorifies the special concern to satisfy certain forms of support.

You will never be dominated by a self, stronger than the original source of your talent – due to the influence of a proper stimulus system that has captured your attention and triggered good mood. In other words, what helps you progress to true inner happiness is the result of an external saving intervention.

The authentic art to get along well with everybody and offer yourself as a role model, educator, able to make people perceive you as an equal partner with them in a specific context, to a much higher purpose in life remains by definition a limited universe of conventions and traits. Does this mean that leadership remains somewhat uncertain, far from what you can predict, what you can represent in other people’s life, far from what you think you are?

It’s easy to smile before attempts of togetherness with other people, answering their call by periodically checking their aimed results, taking into account the quality improvement of the educational process, to make the way forward more valuable and more accessible. But what have you done so far in this regard? Here’s a question whose answer must be leisurely prepared.

Taking a confidential decision on choosing a development path means being mature enough to admit that you do not trust the wall called the "limit of personal potential", translated in a single way: "You mean I can’t be better than that?"

Leadership: Does the understanding of your role in creating or maintaining a mutually trustworthy position permanently change along with a reasonable level of certainty in the statement "I believe"?

Carolus Linnaeus would never have reached so far if it was not for his professor. Even if everybody considered the boy a big "pain", this professor had an intuition about what he was capable of, that he had the necessary potential to become more than a simple minister. That is why he helped him to follow his dream, not to bend in front of his father wish. His contribution was very big and had an enormous impact over the boy's life.

Your leadership potential develops, it becomes more appreciated by people around you, only if you show a true concern for their qualities. When people feel that you are concerned about their person, they are willing to follow you.

Do you show a true concern towards the qualities of people? Can you find a way to communicate with them regardless of the environment they come from? Are people focusing themselves on your opinions and your advices? Do you have the ability to transform them in real performers? Are they feeling comfortable with you? Do your guidance qualities make from you a remarkable and agreeable person?

A self prepared to evolve is the beneficiary of a repaid help.

Leaders do more than encouraging people, sometimes they save them from a mediocre life, without hope, without perspectives and without joys. Leaders stimulate people to action in the right direction and to remain faithful to their dreams. The motto of a talented leader is this: "You have a talent from God, and I will help you to develop it."

You will not be an ideal leader if you are not able to encourage the people's efforts. Try to see beyond the appearances, what is best in people, which is their talent and offer them your help. Do not wait to be rewarded for the help you offer, put on the first place the kindness and the generosity and then the reward will come for it self. People will develop their potential in a big part thanks to your influence. So be sure that your influence is positive.
