Golden Leadership

On October 16, 2016, in Leadership 7th Edition, by Neculai Fantanaru

Follow the voice with which you become famous without losing yourself while navigating through the false truth, the true truth, and the fake false.

An interesting book is filled with many flashes of the affective memory of a man loaded with many untold stories, from which you have something to learn. And it unravels a mystery, a charade like: "find yourself navigating through the false truth, the true truth, and the fake false", with a challenging, multilayered plot, wrapped inherently in a chimeric vision, with unpredictable results.

It makes you wonder: "How the hell did he do all this." For the answer to come up suddenly: "Easily. But you did not think about it, did you?" Interesting here is that, considering storytelling as a priority in supporting the memory of life, we can reach those unspoken and undiscovered truths by accepting that it is more challenging to create a broader vision than to learn from others, thus, being part of the reality of others.

I would think of a book as a keyboard: it contains many letters, but their order is completely different, and yet their order has a very precise meaning, but this meaning can only be interpreted by the way I find a similarity between literature and computer. The book can be taken as the foundation of metaphysics itself, which a scientist claims, but it can also be the result of preliminary considerations of a modern imagination, of a subjectivity and maturity or of a sociological and linguistic order.

This is my thinking about a subject called a “book” when I try to understand the connection between words and their meaning, between their visualization and their forms in relation to the things around them.

Leadership: How do you intend to explain the connection between visualizing a creation that authenticates you as the holder of sophisticated knowledge and the permanent image of a mirror world?

A mirror world includes the memory of a story experienced at on point and the need to live an interesting life through a story-like adventure, a reflection in two similar directions that propel the author to an unexpected end. An unexpected ending makes the story immortal, and the author’s creation remains a vivid memory of what a high-impact image represents.

Romanian writer Emanuel Fântâneanu tallied the stories of the great scams of the world, comparing Robin Hood’s story, especially how this legendary character found its end. Killed by deception by whoever he expected less: a merciful nun.

Always the most successful scams were based on 7 elements: courage, intelligence, fantasy, magic of double identity, partial hiding of truth, interpretation of facts, and outcome.

He concludes a wonderful book with the following conclusion establishing the subtle connection that unites all the big scams in the business world:

"What is true in the legends of Robin des Bois, known to all as Robin Hood? Has he or has he not robbed Sherwood Forest as a fearsome brigand? From mystical interpretations to those based on old charters, there is a vast field in which fantasy has played a special role, revealing stories of indisputable charm, stories that still remain immortal but inaccurate. Like the character Robin Hood…"

Leadership: Do you embrace those unforgettable expeditions in which you can leave alone without endangering the safety of your own madness?

The author of a book always follows their character along the chapters found in real life, in the presence of its own totality, identifying themselves with that ineluctable part of their shadow, which is manifested in particular by the absence of the effects to come in the future. True madness begins when the character and the author meet in the same creation, suffer together and end in the same way.

And if a book represents its author when he looks from other points of view, outside of a protected area of his image (his actions, his fears), then the theme he approaches may capture his hypostasis of "Feared." The madness of being an author can be an exclusively negative character, even if it supplements in a particular language the usual method of characterizing a great knowledge. Especially if the manner in which the main character is presented is the same way in which the author lives and acts in real life. Not every truth is welcome to inform the public.

To say everything about yourself, by putting arguments in favor of any hypostasis, is the target of an expedition in which you leave alone, without endangering the safety of your own madness. Since revelation is the pillar of truth, and the consequence of your "madness" is the transmission of those testimonies that strengthen your inner power in such a way as to make yourself noticed only where no one is looking for you.

Leadership: Can you deny that part of the concept of self that derives from belonging to an option of truth, leaving only a glimpse of what remains of a memory, of a game called “madness” or “power” ?

Madness is that part of the self-concept that derives from belonging to either an option of truth or one of nothingness. Argues the depiction of a man who lives the experience of facing the images and meanings of a character that does not allow personal identification and analysis up until the turning point related to the mobilization of his abilities.

Leadership is an integrated approach for the two strategies: a strategy of that which is told that inevitably seduces through bold and clearly outlined ideas, and a strategy of the untold which seduces precisely through the fact that man is inaccessible, leaving a glimpse of a shadow of what remains from a memory, a game called "madness" or "power."

It follows from this view that leadership is a big scam, because essentially it is only one man who keeps things under control and talks in doses about himself as much as he sees necessary. But a man with two voices, two dependencies, with two identities, two ways of referring to himself. But you’ll never know which path is the one he follows, isn’t that right?

Also, leadership is made up of the same 7 elements: courage, intelligence, fantasy, magic double identity, concealing part of the truth, interpretation of the facts and outcome.

The concept of self, regarding the game of madness, can be presented as an incursion into the world of a Creator who considers himself a character and master of the situation (at the same time). You have to consider the fact that everything you believe is somehow subject to the attempt to be dependent on those laws of reality that are suitable for creating a world that resembles yours, but it is not.

P.S. Ask God how He created the world, but first find out who He is. Why does He assume the power to lead us? Why doesn’t the truth from the shadows reveal itself? And if it would be found out, what would the effect be? How the hell did He manage to do all of these things?

Perhaps in the end the answer will appear suddenly: "Easily. But you have not thought about it, have you?"

Golden Leadership occurs when the amount of your words, made of realities less acceptable to the rest of the world, is equal to your number of untold things that – even now – wait for an explanation.

This kind of leadership is used by those who know how to consolidate their lead regarding the value called "dual power potential" or "dominant position."
