How Happy This Doll Must Be

Take a peek into the depths of your being, ensuring the recognition of your own individuality.
The moment little Cosette came out with bucket in hand, so bitter and overwhelmed as she was, she could not resist no casting her eyes towards that wonderful doll, towards that beautiful "lady", as she called it. The poor girl remained speechless. She hadn’t seen the doll up close yet. This whole place seemed like a palace to her. The doll was not a doll, it was an apparition. Joy, brilliance, wealth and happiness showed themselves as if from a dream to this unfortunate creature, so deeply immersed in her pathetic and cold misery.
Cosette measured, with the unknowing and sad understanding of childhood, the gulf that separated her from the doll. She told herself the she should be a queen or at least a princess in order to have a "thing" like that. She looked at the beautiful pink dress, at its beautiful smooth hair and said: "How happy this doll must be ! "
She couldn’t take her eyes off of that fantastic shop. The more she looked, the more bewildered she was. It seemed as if she was seeing paradise. There were other dolls behind the big one as well, that seemed like fairies and angles to her.
In her excitement, she forgot about everything, even the chore she had to do. *
Leadership: Can you introduce new "outputs" into your personal experience that can identify your true value, without triggering the pain that corresponds to the representations of an acutely reflexive consciousness?
How can an unsophisticated thing, a fantasy story product devoid of any trace of humanity, standing out only through artificiality, that intensely tests you from the first and up to the last gaze, wandering the meanings that only a pure heart incurs, of authenticity or sincerity, in an irreversible mood, living feeling, determine the value of your own being?
Undoubtedly, here the interest for your own image grows, undistorted by the varied perceptions you have over everything that surrounds you, by obtaining a satisfaction that could confirm certain positive aspects of life. These aspects, in order to win that fast race with yourself in the middle of an existence full of ups and downs, must first place their mark over your progress, favoring self-discovery and the application of new formulas of self-conditioning.
And this reminds us of the feeling experience by little Eva de Chazelay, from Dumas’ novel, that when she first gazed upon herself in the mirror, careless up until then of her own person, was seized by a feeling of joy neighboring excitement: "Je suis belle."
Two "outputs" seem to identify the real value of an individual: the possibility of realizing a dream and remembering a painful experience that depends on the total amount of pain suffered. And who sets off the pains corresponding to the representations of an acutely reflexive consciousness, comparing the way of being of the outer world with the non-cognoscibility of the inner world, measures its mental states according to the happenings and the people that appear in your path in unexpected ways.
Leadership: Will your life be constantly running away from what you know you could have once had, anchoring yourself to what you know you’ve experienced without consequences?
Whatever happens inside of you is always strictly confidential, a kind of absolute law of a sovereign fiction, a monolithic block of some power, where no one can sneak in. Somehow, your world seems to have found is way, filling some empty gaps of your existence. It is self-perception, vibrating at the active command switch, reported at a certain moment to an element of reference, influential and principled, in the light of a dream that concerns you.
In leadership, this means that you found the inner means of activating the program of qualitative assessment, introducing new "outputs" in the personal experience that can identify your true value within the contexts given by the necessity of recognizing your own individuality. These outputs are in fact the resulting indicators that increase the satisfaction for the fact that you succeeded in understanding yourself, in accepting yourself, to have a powerful connection with yourself by means of the image you assume and transmit.
Self-image works as a sieve when it sifts feelings, mixing them with time, giving them an adequate form of expression that gives you the maturity and power of accepting what you are. Or it can act as a defense shield when you turn them into fearsome adversaries. In leadership, joy, brilliance and the wealth of self-discovery are the referees that pick the winner in the great contest of fulfillment.
To anchor yourself to what you know you’ve experienced without consequences, without daring to get close to the object of your mind, is to limit yourself to what you know you can never receive.
How Happy This Doll Must Be brings forth the contentment and satisfaction resulting from a positive self-evaluation that ascribes you the benefit of that desire to reach a high degree of understanding and acceptance, associated with a high degree of objective certitude. So that the real image of yourself can be consistent with what you are and with what you want to be.
