Discover the essence of your own being, by passing your feelings through the spiritual filter of the other people.

Once again, I will make reference to the new movie "Meet Joe Black (1998)" in order to prove up to the hilt something important.

Susan Parrish, daughter of the billionaire William Parrish, looking at Joe Black with that disarming innocence of a person that does not know his fellow, confesses him with a deep insecurity:

- I love a man whom I do not know who is he, or where he goes, or ... You're someone else... I'm afraid, Joe.

- Are you afraid of what you could find? You should not be ... It does not matter who I am.

However, deep down in her soul she knew that Joe is not telling the truth. Because he felt a wave of bitterness in his voice, as an endless pain, void of any energy, of any spiritual charge.

Looking at her with pain in his eyes, feeling her inner unrest, Joe replied to her with a mournful voice, as if it were his last words:

- I promise ... I promise you, Susan, that you will always have what you have found in that cafe.

At the end of the movie, the Prince of Darkness, in the person of Joe Black, leaves this world, but not before fulfilling his promise: brings back to life the real Joe, the one that Susan had met at the café, and of whom she had fallen in love enormously.

Leadership: Is the value of personal image given by the aesthetics of building an authentic attachment to the answer to your quest for something other than what you deserve?

Without doubt the truth about you is reflected in your own attitude, which in its turn is dictated by your own conscience. The realization that you are not sure of your skills and that you are worried about the consequences that you might attract upon you if you do not prove yourself to please others, or if the decisions that you take contradict your own beliefs – are externalizing through the uncertainty that is perceived by those around you.

A person that always penetrates in the lives of others under a different appearance, in the end loses his quality, disowns his essence. His feelings, even if they are intense, are becoming contradictory in the light of other people. It is like continually chasing through life, without really living it, without reaping the rewards of maturity, without acquiring the best virtues, thus losing your coordinates by which can be understood your own existence. The fruits of your "wandering" will prove to be sorrowful.

Your true personality is like a nappe of water that is getting thinner as time goes on, as people get to know you better, until it disappears. If you want your leadership to be in harmony with their values and desires, try to get closer to the reason why they accept you in their circle - otherwise you risk that your connection with them to evaporate.

The aesthetics of building an attachment to someone without being able to neglect a previous moment of recovering something that was lost at some point is subordinated to the willingness to engage in a sublime duet between meaning and acceptance that is spectacularly announced through the setting in which you place your "story".

Leadership: Is there a concordance between your attitude and your true spiritual background from the point of view of reality which is nothing else but a conformity of fiction?

Just as between the heartbeats and breathing, there is a clearly defined concordance, so there must be concordance between your attitude and your real spiritual background upon which is based your conscience.

We are all carriers of individual features. A character that goes through - the same way, but always in another aspect – he risks losing credibility for the whole life. If your features do not coincide with the values of those around you, or if your nature contradicts your thinking and beliefs, then you are attempting to lose your trust capital that they give to you.

Just as the body supports and mobilizes by itself in order to "fight off" with its disease, so and you, as to accelerate your personal evolution you need to know to "fight off" with your existing susceptible system, with the unhealthy values and negative personality traits that can affect your relationships with others.

Explore your whole being, and meditate well upon it. Firstly, strive to find in you what you are looking in the others. Discover the essence of your own being, by passing your feelings through the spiritual filter of the other people.

The essence of your being is the difficult part of the merit of being accepted by others as a totally different version of reality instead of the one you want to keep for yourself.

The continuity between "knowing" and "feeling" highlights people's ability to evolve through the prism of their own perceptions, both from the mental and emotional point of view. There always will be continuity between what you know about the other people, and what you feel for them. On the report that is established between these two entities depends the way in which they will connect to you.

Conclusion: Knowledge of people is a process based on an algorithm established and implemented voluntary or involuntary by each of us. For a leader, is very important to know the people with whom he works, and must have special abilities in this regard. Of course, this "work" it is easier if the process of knowledge has started with himself, reaching "to feel" and then "to know" with certainty what goes wrong, or what does not match.

The development of this 7th sense will contribute in improving the knowledge and ameliorating interpersonal relations.
