God ! If you exist as a decision-maker, now, through these persistent thoughts that cry everything and anything heating my brain, if you exist as a manifestation mechanism of the burning feelings that recurrently weigh on me, giving me insomnias, creating a powerful inner tension inside of me, please stand to save me !
Oh, God ! If through me You have taken the body of a human being, please, I’m begging you, I command you, because now you are me, and I am you, to rip from my insides this torturing pain, that comes enveloped in a sweet appearance, under the name of "eagerness". I am asking you to free me of this sudden shiver of hatred and spite that boils in me and takes away all my strength ! Deliver me from sin; help me to get out of the torture of this fortress called: revenge !
I accused myself. Now the guilty has to answer to the judge and to the court of clean conscience. Hear your sentence ! But nothing happens. The gavel strike of a trial, the ill-boding gong that will instill the dread and will make me collapse in the ruins of life, hasn’t awakened anything in me yet.
In the way in which the heart chooses good or bad, pieces of everything that I am now, there is something that bothers me and it doesn’t go away. It determines me to step away from the presumable and get closer to the absurd. I hesitate to say, even in my thoughts, the true name of the good man whose presence still lingers in me and doesn’t let me carry on with my plan.
An unjust and biasing feeling towards me, a potential resistance towards the impulse of harming, impedes me to admit what I have become. But the feeling of purity, of honor well-rooted in my being, the feeling I always had in my mild existence, is sick of all this suffering. That’s why, only by establishing a new direction centered on revenge makes me feel better now.
Leadership: Can you make the transition into the intermediate space between a grandiose image and an image that identifies the idea of defeat, seeking to change the original mode of expression of resistance to the reality you are facing?
In all this moment of immense dissension and doubt that Mister Hobbs goes through, he is at the same time spectator, judge but most of all an actor that plays his part with hatred in the show of other people’s lives. Bravely, he still hopes to win the lottery again, but this time he bets less on luck and more on Laura Quinn, his accomplice.

Only now his image, unchanged by any reality, appears. Within it the Ego, subject to a harsh judgment, is found to be a hypocrite and most of all, guilty.
Hobbs lives in balance with his Ego. The judge inside of him abdicates from the written and unwritten laws, ceding ground to the active criminal, that this time wants to achieve great deeds, to server its own version of the truth. But this truth, overburdened by negativism and revenge, is a fake, in discrepancy with the unanimously accepted truth.
The feeling of correctness is taken abash by the passionate ripple of a righteous Ego. Out of his ideas about life, honor, forgiveness, care for who he is, Hobbs builds a new vision about himself.
Reason, science, faith are concentrated simultaneously in his new Ego, much loved and accepted like a friend and reformist of his own creation: revenge, the only guide that can lead him to accepting his pas self through the devastating experience of suffering.
Leadership: Is the guard of your own creation trying to chase you away from the your free area of manifestation, associating the reality you are experiencing with a self-image built by responding to the demands of a momentary weakness?

In this case, the Ego becomes the guardian of your own vengeful creation, trying to chase you away from your free area of manifestation, where the true preferences for life are reflected.
You can follow the way of manifestation of a psychic phenomenon by comparing an attitude that emphasizes your own centrality in the midst of events that are responsible for changes in circumstances that are not favorable to you but correspond to the perception of yourself.
In the somber conditions of human existence, displeased with what it has become by following its evil interests, leadership dries out, it becomes quaint, slipping towards negligence, slipping backwards. Stepping away from objective reality, leadership transforms in an inconsistent and ever sad illusion, that of maintaining everything under control, even if feelings make people boil inside.
Just as the Scottish novelist John Buchan said: "The task of leadership is not to put greatness into humanity, but to elicit it, for the greatness is already there."
By contesting someone’s every possibility of "being" in their transition towards self-governing as a way of understanding their possible evolution, we propose, in exchange, as an optimum solution the taking of definite measures in order to extract ourselves from a totalitarian and uncertain domination. Greatness can be the essence of a new doctrine, a new creed, an element that identifies the leader as a single personality, that’s not in duality with itself.
If Mister Hobbs, a character of the movie "Flawless (2007)" created his judgment ideal, his God, in antithesis with himself, being reduced to a simple negative of his real image – you, as a leader have the duty to beautify your personality in close relation with the environmental factors, with the objectives that you impose upon yourself, with the existent necessities at a given point, enhancing your self-knowledge and self-image.
Leadership: Can you imagine all the locks of life only in the form of validation of a model of an exemplary man, passing through the great adventure of your liberation from the context that burdens you?
This man within yourself who prepares you spiritually for a wise life, this Ego who leads you instinctively towards certain decisions and choices, your defining authority is the only thing that will always have power over yourself. You are in his hand as soon as he finds out about the crime you committed.
So we can say you are some kind of suspect, always thought to have dark interests and unaware of the situation in which you are. Basically, you interpret the role of that character that takes over the attitude indicated by his own Ego, and maintains it according to his own will, neutral, positive or negative, firm or hesitating, throughout the play with ever-changing decorum. And where moral confusion plays the leading part.
Comparing yourself with what you have become, expressing your necessary responsibility to the guilty side of yourself, you can better define your identity by being for or against extreme reactions. Moreover, you can develop the unity of your being so that it corresponds to the requirements of quality leadership.
The majesty of a man sits in the way that he instructs the Ego to respond with "YES" to any change that cannot be avoided, but which can at any time serve a better knowledge of the strengths and qualities that decide the formula of a sublime creation.
A sublime creation result is obtained by the need to deviate from any foreign influences from the value content of your personality through a grand development from a "beginning" of reflection on the significance of existence – to the finality of how you adapt to the demands of a reality that haunts you.
My predominant intermediary with God points out the Ego that continuously puts a certain pressure on someone, shaping, deforming, and recalibrating his personality in relation to life that becomes unfair at a certain point.
Do you need a sign, a ray of light in which to see the truth in its entire splendor? What is your true identity: is it subject to a harsh Ego, that’s no longer entrapped in principles and healthy values, or is it subject to an Ego that identifies itself with good, truth and fulfillment? Aren’t you ever suddenly crossed by a pile of questions, a sharp pain, a vision with deeper meanings that run confused?
