The Aesthetics Of Quality In Leadership

Authentic creation consists not only in the effort you make to achieve your particular artistic style, but in the power of choosing how to make your work more efficient so that you reach your potential to reach a destiny worthy to follow.

Tire yourself and enjoy yourself by copying the best works that you can find and come from the hands of master craftsmen. And if you are in a place where there were many good craftsmen, the better for you. But I give you some advice: keep an eye on and always choose the one who is the best and has the most fame. By following him daily, it would be unnatural not to learn something from his way of working, from his way of being.

Instead, if you begin copying this master’s work today, tomorrow another’s, you will not be able to learn anything either from one or the other, and you will end up, without wanting to, a man with a strange imagination, for every kind of work of a craftsman will harass your mind. Today you will want to do like this craftsman, tomorrow as the other one does, and you will never be able to copy either of them fully.

If you follow just one of them relentlessly, only a lack of cleverness would make not learn anything from it. And then it will happen to you – if nature endows you with any imagination – such that you get to have your own way of working, and that can only be good. Because your hand – your wisdom being accustomed to gathering flowers – would not know how to sow thorns. *

Leadership: Do you defend the knowledge that gives you the freedom to customize an image against your own beliefs about the value you give to a creation that devours its creator?

Are you a "second-hand" artist? Are you a pseudo-alchemist trying to produce gold leadership without Ariadne's thread? Do you keep moving in a dark corridor? Are you limited by the "creative nothing"? Do you exaggerate any of your inclinations?

I have written about the fragment above before, but this time I want to highlight the idea of achieving perfection through a context favorable to the quality of creation, as a denigration of kitsch. Most of the time we do an unimportant work, we build an emotion-based charm to turn art into a particular event. At the same time, we focus more than we should on the central pieces that build an artistic ideal, but we omit the most important thing, namely the accessory of the background that ensures a complete image, with a note of splendor and originality.

A true artist is guided in his creative activity according to the idea that the greatness of a fulfillment is conditioned by the value of the content of ideas and feelings of the final image must be kept in a higher reality, one that stretches in space and time. On the other hand, a “second-hand” artist is guided by the idea that “what I do not know does not exist” or that “if no one is perfect, then neither the work should be perfect.”

Only an in-depth analysis of the content of your work will highlight the difference between what is authentic and what is false. The fake is a creation that does not show the close connection between the artist and the spectator who longs for a completely different universe.

Do you have an achievement that can rise to the status of "work" ? Or do you limit yourself to be just a consumer who, like parasitic plants, suck their food, take it from the works of others ? Haven't you lost your sense of values?

A study on your own philosophy, a study on your own being seen from both outside and inside, will confirm your beliefs, will show the level you are at: beginner, intermediate or expert.

Before designing an artistic work, you need to make sure that its completion does not become your most feared enemy, and that your entire knowledge is not something that happens at random.

Where can the bright, saving light squirt from? Can you assign your level of knowledge a new functional form?

To customize an image against your own beliefs means to refer to an ideal of satiation in letting yourself be dominated by the greatness of a vision, but without having the ability to establish yourself as a central pillar of the vision. In this case, your knowledge is subject to weight limitations in exposing a theme that will withstand the passage of time.

And in order to assign to your level of knowledge a functional form, based on the revelations and ideas with which you deserve to dress your creation, first offer yourself fully to a personal enlightenment experience, such as transgressing the “immediate”, to understand why reality has a dimension and a certain form in every part of life. If nature has given you as much as you can imagine, you will find a creative landmark in anything that looks like the lighting of a match.

When you relate to the act of creation you have to be careful not to choose things at random, but by passing them through the filter of an aesthetic of the bizarre, the feeling, the irregular, the astonishment as a spontaneous reaction to a reality that few anticipate.

How, for example, would you see yourself in the hypostasis of a rose to be described by the language of a being descending from God?

This explains the reason of an artist who unites the visual and the truth with the unexpected of a feeling that encompasses you when you are left without a reply, when you are left without possibilities of interpretation of the work exposed to reality.

A creation that devours its creator is similar to expressing language and artistic meaning in a way that does not facilitate the comprehension of the information and does not lead to keeping it in memory for a long time.

It's worth quoting here an Internet user: "Everything you have to do is to transform yourself in an antenna, through which you can receive precisely that frequency wave which manifests the reality you have chosen and broadcast it, live it, be that reality that others see around themselves."

The Aesthetics Of Quality In Leadership is similar to the aesthetics of quality in art: you must “play” with the mind of the one who discovered you, make him think that he will manage to align himself to a reality from which he has no escape because he is already a part from a “Touching Masterpieces” experience.

Quality in leadership, as in art, first of all means conforming to the requirements of a high standard of “thinking differently”.
