The Echo Of The Voice That Cries Mercy

On December 09, 2013, in Leadership On/Off, by Neculai Fantanaru

Find a ratio between authority and vulnerability, in order to determine easier the character constant of someone.

God isn’t present when your heart’s not into it. A connection with the divinity is eternal, but the possibility of a saving intervention doesn’t seem valid in the case of a man who is overwhelmed by the sheer force of the blows the intense faith has given him, of worries and terrible tensions same as a deep wound that never seems to close. And the healing time of an injury can be reduced only if it continuously pours sensibility and sincerity as a result of solemn prayers.

The words of Alexandre Dumas: "Humane mercifulness knows no limits, but humane forgiveness knows its measure." can be easily applied in the case of Senator Ruth Martin, in the demo stage of her vulnerability. Everyone follows closely, live on TV, her request to free her daughter, on the grounds of the indisputable right to live. A unique experience of an affectionate being, supported by refined thought. Maternal protection directed against the risks, a protection that the assassin feels, but does he have the power to quench his tendencies?

The shallow heartbeats transmit vibrations in the sound box of voice. The voice is a center of irradiation for the deepest, most ardent of feelings. And if we try to set a ratio between accentuating our inner noise and the variations of "exit pressure", which we sense in the inflexions of the voice, we can establish the character constancy of someone.

"My daughter, Catherine is very kind and good. Talk to her and you will see. Have the strength. You can do it. I know you can feel love and compassion. You have a chance to show the whole world that you can be as merciful as you are strong, that you are better than to treat Catherine as the world has treated you. Have the strength. Please.

The heartbeats are associated with the amplifications of the waves of generosity on the curve of psychical pressures. Sublime yet also disturbing, this shaky voice takes emotions to a higher level, towards the top of the pyramid of worries, favoring the loss of self-control and the inner void. And this resignation gesture, the significant step towards rediscovering spiritual value by removing the weapon of authority under the influence of a broken heart that trembles and shivers more and more, becomes the check point of her whole being. A self-abandonment, an intellectual and emotional representation of a strategy unimagined by any leader.

Leadership: Can you put your soul in restoring the future of others in the demo stage of your vulnerability, without becoming a prisoner of a horizon of beliefs that only belongs to initiatives to accept extreme compassion and self-sacrifice?

Only thought a hyper-protective attitude made up of obligation and restraint that prepares the outbreak of a personality crisis, can we prove the uniqueness of someone, given by the configuration of all the aspects of "internal control". This process of combining and harmonizing reason with faith, beyond the competencies and the experience accumulated in a leading position, it has a fundamental importance for leadership based on improving the decision-making process.

Beyond the experience of suffering that determines a silent withdrawal in one’s own shell, but not in a creative way, there’s always a transformation. A refinement of critical thinking that generated the fundamental question that someone haunted by worries always asks himself: "Where is redemption?" arising as a powerful prayer meant to help him in his future trials. And that leads to identifying a new action approach, to developing new possibilities of understanding our own capacities and limits.

The demo stage of your vulnerability is the moment you are about to take an important step by abandonment in the face of a moral dilemma, hesitating between committing an injustice (the constraint of another’s will that denies your will) and doing a stunning act, as great as possible, but at the cost of altering self-image.

You can become a prisoner of a horizon of beliefs that belongs exclusively to initiatives to accept extreme compassion and self-sacrifice when your image no longer presents an evolution, but is rather a simple presentation of the various possible connections between good and hard. When beliefs like "everything revolves around me" decrease in intensity and are replaced by others like "I am not smart enough to figure out what’s going on" means that leadership is projecting inward, turning into a kind of feeling of lack of personal value.

The wisdom behind leadership can be summarized as follows: Learn to change what you think about yourself when you are firmly convinced that what is happening to you is part of what you have never thought could happen to you.

Someone confessed on a webpage: "It’s very easy to throw stones, especially when you took them from the edifice that you have built. It’s harder to take these living stones and place them back into the walls so that the edifice starts growing."

By applying it to leadership, this well put observation points to the authenticity of man by his refusal to accept what he’s living. The edifice means a new restrictive approach in the chaos of life, in the most significant transformation moments, marking the entrance in the extremely interesting scene of giving new dimensions to inner reality. And the stones meaning the most negative effect, creating the possibility of a chain reaction of panic and confusion, work as an impediment for the man to station in that area of full trust that can spread a mobilizing influence over the others.

Trying to put your heart into rebuilding the future of others in the demo state of your vulnerability is the touchstone that unmasks the useable, the highest self, the true inner man, the gift of God that communicates directly with the compartments of the heart. A self-abandonment, an intellectual and emotional representation of a strategy any leader won’t be able to imagine.

Leadership: Are you demoted from the rank of first sergeant for the platoon called "Authority" because of what you feel when you come into contact with the version of a sacrifice that becomes your own reason later?

Fight with the most horrible events and have the strength to go through the drama of losing your own identity brings critics to the sincerity of one’s own mirroring in the deepest creases of the conscience. An echo spread as a wave, tranquilized with a lot of pessimism that repeats itself endlessly in your mind producing a constant unrest. If it could only stop !

And falling in the extreme in which you are unable to objectively judge the situations and you are no longer the first sergeant of the platoon called "Authority" has a fundamental meaning through the fact that it destroys your renown and separates you from the efficiency you want to achieve by placing yourself in the rows of chance and random encounters.

The version of a sacrifice that becomes your very own reason later is based on the personality traits gained by a voluntary renunciation of something precious to you for the benefit of someone who allows you to assume that conscience of belonging to a common fate.

The Echo Of The Voice That Cries Mercy points out the "ricochet" of this inner transformation in the conditions in which you prove the objective impossibility of achieving an authentic evaluation in the dynamic sphere of major events in your life. Also, it means not to ask for mercy as long as you’re not willing to grant mercy. You can’t ask without giving. And you give only when you reconsider your position towards people and towards yourself.
