Everything Depends on Who Leads

The Principle Of Dissolution Of Authority

A leader who doesn't have a strong and balanced psychic will lose his authority in front of the world and in front of the greatness of life.

I remember the enthusiasm that reflected in the master's eyes while, with the pen in hand and the notebook on the table, I was writing down all the precious instructions he was giving me. I remember the pride I felt that day, when I proved to him that I understood what he taught me. Seized by a great desire to discover the mysteries of art and its ins and outs, I promised to myself, I promised to him that I would do anything he would ask me, I would listen to him and follow all his advice.

The master looked at me with great satisfaction. His face, filled with joy, was reflecting his inner essence, his personality. He was a man of exceptional kindness and gentleness of soul, of sublime greatness. He said to me at one point:

- Nicu, do you know that there was once a very talented artist, named El Greco, who suffered from a condition of visual analyzer, named astigmatism? And do you know that all the portraits he rendered were prolonged? In Spain, there are many churches with his paintings that depict deformed characters? And do you know that the famous painter Van Gogh cut one of his ears due to his fragile mental state? Or that, as some claim, Mona Lisa is, actually, a self-portrait of Leonardo DaVinci?

I was a bit puzzled. I didn't know what he wanted to tell me, giving me these examples, but then, he continued:

- Nicu, the work of an artist reveals his true interpretive capacity which, in turn, is closely related to anatomical and functional integrity of visual and tactile analyzers.

Leadership is a creation to which you transfer your life experience accumulated over time into the story of a character whose traits echo in the immediate reality of the facts that influence the perception of the world on the notion of “fragility”.

Famous painters who have suffered from various conditions held up and enjoyed a real success ever since their lifetime. And even if their works remained immortal, they largely reflect the conditions they suffered of. For example, there were painters who only painted in shades of green and blue, because they suffered from a disease called dyschromatopsia. They perceived the surrounding reality in a distorted manner and could not imagine it any other way.

Just like an artist's work, the " work " of a leader reveals his true leadership ability, which is closely related with his psychological substance and the way of perceiving the surrounding reality. He can depart from morality, fairness or liability, if the reality he sees lives or realize isn't coordinated by a solid psychic. A deformed perceived reality can generate chaos, panic and dissension.

Fragility is what you leave behind after you’ve exhausted your best efforts to build a reality as your own revelations about yourself. Here we are dealing with a tragedy divided into two perfectly equal halves: the fact that you evoke a sense of compassion for the deep wounds and limitations of genius people, who often suffer from megalomania or narcissism, and the fact that you have an admiration, similar to idolatry, clinging too often to certain qualities such as intelligence, insight, imagination, without being aware that you possess them.

Leadership: Is your evolution determined directly on the quadrant of a time that stops you from being yourself, under the impact of a reason that requires a communion between instinctive impulse and the pressure of social norms?

Your evolution is determined directly on the quadrant of a time that stops you from being yourself when it manifests itself in an unstable and disappointing psychic, not in a superior, human psychic. The instinctive impulse of man is to respond to the needs and desires of the moment with the help of vast knowledge and experience, but at the same time he is subjected to an instability in the case of a depression caused by the intensity of certain frustrations, such as lack of value, lack of expression, the lack of a position of authority in the field, the lack of permission to feel pleasure, or even the lack of measure in creation.

The man who did not have the time to cultivate his values, spirituality, will have limits only in choosing to interpret his own role. He will only take into account the accumulations of the past from which despair, pride, distress or indifference have been born, and in the general course of his "work" there will be no less to accept than the hazard.

Let's point out one thing now, right? Leadership focuses on the human dimension as a means of obtaining performance results in a field or another. If the leadership produced, demonstrated and practiced around by the leader is not inspired and controlled, if it's not in harmony with human values, then it can only be one of domination and submission, which instead of generating satisfaction, only generates tension. Definitely, a leader's way of action and his so-called "work" depends on the normality of his psychic.

Adolf Hitler is a good example in this respect. He managed to win the German people by his side by his original, possibly good, great ideas and a sortable doctrine. But because of his psychic, he eventually fell into the extremism and ended in genocide. Strange as it may appear, this ambitious pretender to high ideals had an absurd conception regarding people, races and religions; he wanted to obtain a pure Aryan race at any cost…

A leader who suffers from a mental illness can have a great persuasive ability and can graft in people's minds an idea apparently normal, but he risks deviating from the generally accepted idea, reaching a fallacy.

Leadership: Do you choose to live in a dimension of assuming responsibility for a past that stubbornly does not pass, or in a dimension of consciousness that manifests itself in the form of a claim to build a "New Man" ?

Personal fulfillment equates with the rejection of the claim of receiving moral damage due to a rough and unscrupulous character. Or, on the contrary, it can be due to a reluctant, permissive character, who does not trust his own forces, which is limited to complacency in utter laziness, that is, that he does not use his nature given talent.

The leader needs a balanced psychic, otherwise he can collapse and start to see everything in one "colour". And just like bulls get angry and react when they see red, their pride may be aroused when people around him deviate from his principles. And for the fulfillment of his ideals, the one with a weak psychic will be able to sacrifice even his dearest things. And giving the fact that nobody can bear the presence of a tyrant in his life, the power of this leader will diminish fair and steady until extinction.

For any leadership position, it is necessary to have a strong personality, with a psychic in normal limits, a balanced mind - a person with a clear mind and able to perceive correctly the surrounding reality, and also be endowed with important analysis and synthesis abilities.

The New Man is the copy of a man with chosen beliefs, who has learned that the only great glory one can enjoy is not to be “unique” in a field of wide interest, but to be strong in the face of temptations of any kind, in front of their own standards and principles in life that can always be damaged at the first impulse of energy, adrenaline and enthusiasm.

Leadership is the responsibility you have to prove when you are aware that what defines you at the level of uniqueness is totally overshadowed by the mental image of what you have previously experienced as a weakness of emotions or intellect.

The Principle Of A Dissolution Of Authority refers to the inner problems that are usually encountered by geniuses, artists or intellectuals whose existential sense is no longer just about creating and performing in a particular field, but about relating to self-centered needs based on the refusal to accept the realities of a world trapped in the madness of an uncontrolled evolution.
