The Principle Of Parallel Ascents
The rise of one extreme will always lead to the rise of the other extreme, like a counterbalance of opposites where polarities seek and complement each other in perfect harmony.
In the labyrinth of our existence, each climb to one extreme becomes the catalyst for another climb. Like an "Astralis Vorterix Luminex", the point of convergence where opposites meet, the extremes attract and potentiate each other, in a new horizon, from a perpetual process of becoming. This is exactly how things are in the great mountain running circuit, which the towering and majestic mountains host year after year in Romania. And while moments of maximum intensity transform physical competition into an expression of the search for universal balance, the search for the culmination of any effort becomes the very expression of the thirst for the absolute.
Yes. Every climb is a chance to regain your lost balance. In this place of transcendence, I notice how each leap towards a limit becomes the mirror of another leap. It's as if the universe has designed a series of double steps, where climbing up one side inevitably leads to climbing up the other side, like an Escher painting where the stairs seem to go up in opposite directions but end up at the same point. Here, my sister, Oana Fântânaru, almost every time becomes the expression of an artist with great openness to new horizons, by turning every step into a creative act.
Leadership: How do you manage to transform the tension between two extremes into a creative force, making their apparent opposition a source of energy and progress?
With each step towards one extreme, y con la fuerza del destino inevitable, the other extreme intensifies its own ascent, in a ritual of balance and mutual complementation. That things are like this, Oana herself confirms to us, every time her steps rise under an artistic impulse, forming together with the movement a continuum in which the universe of a triumphant story coexists through the very art of the body to transform into an instrument of transcendence. The polarities of physical effort and the creative spirit meet at the climaxes of the race, coincide with the moments of grace of victory, of which only one recreates the artistic space of pure performance, by mirroring with the vibration of a cry of the heart in which the brilliance of the colors of reinvented life is mixed with fear, anxiety, anguish in front of the competitive fight.
This dynamic of opposites, between what consumes energy and what regenerates it, reminds me of the words of Hermann Hesse: "Always when a man has reached the highest step of one extreme, he will find that the other extreme has always been waiting for him there. "
In the same way, in search of limits, Oana discovered each time that the extremes are actually gateways to the same fundamental reality: "Everything that consumes me physically, at the same time elevates me spiritually."
The peak is the height of charm. Up there, everything seems to be suspended, in an unstable balance, above the abyss, but the unshakable will maintains the state of "transcendent grace", as a kind of ecstatic gliding over the obstacles and difficulties encountered along the way. The space between the extremes of these two states, namely physical exhaustion and spiritual elevation, becomes a Nexoris Ethereal Synoptix, a force field where polarities meet and transform. Like a Kandinsky painting, where rigid geometric forms merge with the fluidity of colors, extremes find harmony in their apparent contradiction.
Leadership: Does your push to the limits reveal the power of an inner call to balance, reflecting a deep echo hidden at the core of a creative vision?
Oana's exploratory eye captures the synergy between ascension and self-discovery. I mean that the polarities between constraint and liberation, conscious and unconscious, meet in moments of grace, from which only the conscious recreates the artistic space of pure performance, by mirroring the essence of the creative spirit. In this alchemy of opposites, it is vital to understand that each extreme carries within itself the seed of its own transcendence. As in the Japanese art of kintsugi, where cracks become golden lines, extremes complement each other creating a new form of beauty.
Every step that Oana takes in the mountain turns into a creative act whenever it exceeds the limits of the ordinary, acquiring a transcendent dimension that art calls "revelation". It is truly a revelation to see how physical limits melt away in the intensity of the climb, so that each challenge becomes an expression of continuing the race on a new path. I repeat, in this complex game of parallel ascensions, each extreme becomes the teacher of the other. It is like that moment described in the Tao Te Ching when the sage realizes that light and darkness are two facets of the same reality.
Not for nothing, Oana's creative vision can be expressed in the following way: "Each step is an affirmation of the spirit, a testimony of the courage to carve my own path in the stone of destiny."
Leadership: To what extent do you manage to maintain balance between opposing forces, turning them into a creative process rather than a destructive conflict?
Is not each extreme a mirror of the other? As if the universe had designed a perfect system of balances, where each force finds its exact counterweight in its opposite, and Oana, through the art of combining opposites, manages to recreate the miracle of the great masterpiece called: "harmony of extremes". That is, transcendence through effort, by accepting the idea that limits are only points of transformation, in the version of a harmonious relationship between strength and fragility. Finally, it becomes evident that the principle of parallel ascensions is not only a law of nature, but a way of understanding all of existence. The extremes thus become not opposite points, but partners in the spiritual plane of becoming.
Oana will continue to participate in mountain running competitions, knowing that after every conquered mountain top, another one will follow, that every artistic moment lived is synonymous with the creative act in that it transcends the limits of the ordinary. Caught in this process of transformation, through which the physical becomes pure art, Oana's art of running through infinite mountain spaces, with that untamed grace, draws our attention to the fact that authenticity is born from overcoming limits, in support of the idea that "every step is a new creation". In the end, this is also a kind of art, to know yourself as the creator of your own destiny, proposing as signified for the essence of the masterpiece a living story carved in a painting of endless becoming.
Leadership manifests itself in the ability to recognize and orchestrate the dynamics of extremes, turning their tension into a source of continuous creation and evolution.
The principle of parallel ascensions applies when extremes meet continuously. This deep understanding reveals to us that in every climb to one extreme lies the promise of another climb, in a continuous spiral of becoming where opposites complement and transcend each other. Oana proves the mastery of this climb, keeping her promise that, always, to make art, you must manage to transform effort into grace, beyond the boundaries of the visible. Each step to the extreme becomes a mirror for another dimension of personal growth.
