I reached towards what was essential for my becoming, towards the unusual, towards a new destination. My psychology searched to discover the Man within Man, the absolute, abstract man, who lies hidden under the unsafe layer of my identity. That part of me, more consistent and more important, that I couldn’t bring to light, but that desperately demanded to be uncovered and recognized, then left to flow free like a river, so that its power transformed my surrounding reality.
Man’s hidden mission was to complete me, like a brother, like a natural symmetry, like a wholesome harmony, perfecting the whole frame of my individuality. A deceitful double game, with a switch that serves a creative cause, a compelling scientific method to explain something by comparison with something else. An uncertainty? An incredible incursion in a big adventure, a complex synthesis of the Self that comprises, mostly, of unifying the subconscious with the conscience?
A wheel that spins in one way only can’t be deviated to the opposite way without being touched. My whole universe, my inner world was pretty disoriented, wavering. Like a decrease and increase in the electrical field’s intensity, between two maximum values. What could bring me back to a safe development without producing a rupture in the known status quo?
Leadership: Do you end up just like the object of your attention in the sense of forming the belief that achieving a fundamental inner plan will provide depth of living, seriousness of expression, and consistency in integrating all aspects into everyday life?
Do you tend towards what is essential to your becoming? What lies under the unsafe layer of your identity? Can you bring to light that consistent part of yourself that desperately demands attention? What is the mission of the man hidden within you? What can bring you back to a safe development without producing a rupture in the known status quo?
Everything that we know about ourselves, all the elements that represent us, compel us, complete us, define us and help us evolve in a totally particular manner. The representation that we bring to the archetype we portray, our individual role in relation to the way we perceive ourselves, to what comes from our inner source, is the first and most important conscience that we have to acquire. It is also obtain by going through that irreversible cycle made of transformations that lead to the formation of your identity in the end.
The man you hide within you is like a diary-masterpiece that tells the experience of experiences that have impressed you with their strength and seduction of a “New World”.
We can evolve in so many ways that we don’t know which the true one is, we don’t know which one of them has the most adequate maturity level, and thus, we don’t know which of them should we hold on to. But only the more consistent part of ourselves, which we can bring to surface, has the power to transform reality and existence. Therefore, the object of your attention should not only be the reality in which you live, subject to a codified representation of the present, but the story of an incursion into a great adventure, the strangeness of which can rarely be achieved during the adventurous existence.
What happens to you in everyday life creates that sense of belonging to the “us” entity: a part of you that allows for a discreet glimpse of a creator-like perspective, and one that lets you see a continuation of the story in which you find yourself, in a reading journal.
If we keep the distance between us and "the Man" within us, this factor that makes up our operating pattern, in the relentless dynamic of life, in the continuous struggle for its conquest, we will never be able to get close to perfection. We will never succeed to calibrate the bow that holds our tension potential in an opening direction towards the future, towards new, towards the real target: excellence.

When you look behind small differences, you will discover in depth the real individuality of each of them – the one that represents me, and represents you, the one that represents us all."
True individuality is based on including "the Man" within you in the sphere of your existence; he is that significant presence, your true guide, who fully represents you in any moment of life. The individuality of a man can also be thought up from the perspective of reporting to a presence that makes you believe that nothing can completely disappear from reality, because reality is manifested by a continuous change of one’s own person seen from two hypostases: a consciousness of self and the consciousness of communicating the message created in the light of their own experiences.
