Under Suspicion

Expand the awareness level of the reality you represent, depending on the level of acceptability of the reality perceived by others.

I wondered if it was true. It may seem strange to you but I could couldn’t believe it. I felt that there was in Ellie’s soul the belief that Greta, with all her practical initiatives, wasn’t sufficiently appreciated. Ellie, I was convinced of this, would accept any idea that she herself would’ve wanted to have. Greta instilled Ellie with a desire of rebellion. And Ellie alone wanted to rebel, only she didn’t know how to do it.

But now, when I had come to know Ellie better, I understood that she was one of those simple people that had unexpected reservations. I was convinced that Ellie would’ve been capable of expressing her opinion if she really wanted to. The problem was that she didn’t want to make this thing felt all that often and I thought afterwards how difficult it was for someone to understand such a thing.*

Do you approve of the "facsimile" of a reality that wasn’t thoroughly analyzed in the light of the appreciation of which you are closely linked in trying to become someone else?

Any leader considerably reduces their advantage induced by the "devotion" factor, if the secondary plan of the image they build of others doesn’t shed light on appearances. Without seeking to discover the real man behind these seemingly corrupt appearances, having to obstinately approve of the "facsimile" of a reality that wasn’t thoroughly analyzed, the leader reduces their chances of acceding to the depth of human knowledge.

In the field of leadership, the key to effectively perceive man lies in the ability to adapt to their subtle reality, examined only from the perspective of personal convictions. The facsimile of the reality that the man who wants to be appreciated approves, talking only about things that attract attention, is in fact a copy of the image he has formed about himself under the influence of the conviction that he can obtain a leading position in front of others. But no one can recognize the leading man who seeks at any price to be someone other than he really is.

If you do not want to turn into a superficial man that values appearance without content, you must create an image of man for yourself beyond the think wall of assumptions, beyond those pretentious walls of false findings found at the base of summary judgements, beyond what psychology, logic and the science of recognizing the intentions behind human behavior have to offer.

Do you accept the idea of expanding your area of confidence from the "known" to the "unknown" by manifesting your consideration of an ideal of "being" that is not justified by accepting the term "natural acceptance of reality" ?

The converse is more strongly felt. According to Coulomb’s Law, the module of electrostatic force between two electrostatic charges is directly proportional to the product of the two electric charges and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between charges. Same with the appreciation that others offer you, sometimes to the detriment of your relationship with them, is directly proportional with the triumph of their ideal versus reality, and inversely proportional to the confidence you transmit.

In turn, you become the target of extensive and systematic observations and assessments. You start to wonder if it is true what others think about you, with all the anxiety a man that gets sick overnight can feel, or one who is diagnosed with a communicable disease that nobody wants. It may seem strange to you, but you can’t really believe it, the more that nobody gives you the reassurance that there is no reason for concern.

You feel that in others’ souls exists a certain conviction, harsh, unsettling, beyond the limit of the admissible, which as an army that rises against its kingdom, puts its strength of character to the test, the power of coping with pressure and maintaining individuality and essential features intact.

The natural acceptance of reality means keeping your mind open to the opportunity to be someone else, but conforming only to the rational nature of being yourself in a continuity that excludes any manifestation of the contradiction between the “current situation” and the “proposed purpose”.

The idea of expanding your area of trust from the "known" to the "unknown" highlights the uncertainty that arises when one becomes aware of an effect that, in fact, one does not want. As a consequence of a formal assessment, based on ignorance, misinformation or interpretation.

People are connected to the reality that you transmit, defined and redefined according to their own, often subjective, criteria, through the formation of comparative patterns by decoupling your quality assessment and altering it. This tendency to feel somewhat justified by accepting the terms and conditions of understanding and awareness of the reality perceived by others.

If you want leadership to not transform into a connection encrypted by false assumptions, expand your awareness of the less visible aspects that others create, considered problematic, in terms of access to your own reality.

Leadership is the reality that you convey to the world on the basis that whatever defines you is born of the urge of intelligence to subordinate yourself only to the power to overcome yourself through work, through achievements, through self-confidence.

Under Suspicion highlights the importance of showing yourself in the true light of what you are and what you’ve become, to remove any shred of doubt about yourself and your actions. Only by expanding awareness of the reality you represent under the urge of your unique intelligence will you be able to correctly identify people and their realities.
