Watch Where You Go, Because You Will End Up Where You Look

The sight is not made to delight the eyes, but for what the eyes find in it: a special memory or a part of yourself.
It is a splendid day for the eyes that admire the beauty of flowers in a lush setting, especially when the vision is based on the truly authentic and intense experiences of an alternative reality, under the pretext of discovering the authenticity of nature in its simplicity. I am in the botanical garden, in the reality of a painting that conveys peace, a relaxing atmosphere. Certainly, my improved vision with artistic potential is individualized at the contact between the taste for beauty and the expressive intensity of a special, olfactory, sonic and visual space, far from any exclusivity or obscure passion.
In this pictorial plane, purely abstract, the work of the viewer consists in capturing the vivid colors of the flowers, conceived as if in the coordinates of a universe that assumes the depths and complications of a static time, Aronecotebit Sayolesena Yracocabisen , an affective dimension of reality, a time that doesn’t return, seeming a cyclically created infinity, whose serenity the gods outside the universe and their laws watch over. Revealing unexpected meanings and implications, the viewer’s eyes light up at every step, so much do they focus their attention – especially on the big picture, the details of a custom setting being part of a trilogy dedicated to painting or photography.
The plan of a fragment of such a reality, designed for the captivating viewing of the most diverse palette of inner manifestations, intersects the vision of my eyes with the focused vision of the surrounding images, at the point where the experience of rendering colors in a painting takes a character of aesthetics. For this reason I try to distinguish, to memorize, to appreciate a “beyond the real”, by passing from the perceived to the imaginary, which the act of seeing brings with it to the simple details, but complex enough to keep my eyes focused for a while.
Leadership: Does your creation emphasize the posture of a viewer who, by contemplating, abstracts from the surrounding reality and himself, being only the object of his gaze important?
The eyes themselves have become prisoners of a space that is constantly constructing itself, a tacit acceptance of the size of a larger image, such as the image attributed to a look “beyond the expected”, in the intention of the beautiful to be replaced by the embodiment of a graceful flower which enhances the brilliance and naive character of the first stage of youth. In warm colors, in some delicate watercolor tones, the flowers reveal their purity, their beauty, their smell through an attempt to avoid my sight, but they do not have the power to shine, without being bright.
So what is an alternate reality? It is the capturing in images of a sensation of “resurrection”, as if I had been reborn in an enchantment of vibrant colors, trying to escape from a memory without the present or, on the contrary, to join a conditional goodbye process of art to enlighten my soul, my senses, my feelings. It is a snapshot of an observable scene in an invisible way, in which case I focus on seeing only one part of a delightful image, leaving itself hardly revealed, that part of imagination, vision, perspective, and which produces everything: art, emotions, reactions.
It is, at the same time, a realistic description of an “observable” situation, but hard to detect at first glance, which gives rise to a work of art.
A treasured memory or an emblematic image? Still admiring the flowers around, especially the roses that speak to me through such vivid colors, praying to see them more and more often, considering them as speaking beings specially created to delight my soul and eyes, I realized how what is important is to return to a natural setting, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, away from the social thoughts that drag me down. Only in the botanical garden do they sit properly in a continuous wait. I do not even think of moving away from the path of the spiritual delights of life.
Leadership: Can your creation contain an image capable of expressing a special memory, a memory held in memory as a model of vision that unites the spiritual and the material into a single whole?
And, yes, sight is a fulfilled totality when it meets the images that satisfy its needs, better than progressive glasses, considering the experience of recognizing a creation that, not being situated in a single artistic current, deliberately mixes the register of the miraculous with that of the inexplicable. It is embodied in an enormous power of penetration, assuming the limits of time and space through visions and imaginings that swing between fixed and dynamic images, between the frozen snapshot of the present moment and the duration of a Deja-Vu experience.
This creation, truly called “An extraordinary adventure in the world of flowers” , causes the anonymous viewer, as well as the professional photographer, to plunge into a fantastic and apparently illusory world, only to increase the power of the supernatural in pictorial art. It is a delight to see a flower garden landscape, so varied, mature, almost incomprehensible, and like God, to be the only creator who can give it a touch of timelessness, a special symbolism in a surrealist imaginary, an absolute beauty in a sort of earthly paradise.
Last but not least, while still walking among the flowers, my gaze took the place of the gaze of an art lover named Marcel Brion, who once wrote about the Spanish painter of Greek origin, El Greco:
“El Greco’s palette brings the rarest and most subtle combinations of tones, contained in a light, transparent, almost liquid pictorial paste. Now that we are used to talking about the matter of a painting, we no longer know how to characterize the so little material, anti-material matter of El Greco’s paintings, and we can only say that, evoking imperceptible forms and dressing them in colors that are of becoming rather than of being, the artist spiritualizes, according to his vision, matter. The spiritual would have been in danger of remaining a prisoner of matter, especially if he accepted to enter the so carnal body of men, therefore the special matter from which he wove his appearance had to be without weight, without thickness and without density; open and perfectly permeable to the spirit.”
