Express your vision by externalizing your own sensibilities
On January 16, 2011, by Neculai Fantanaru

The master was the kind of artist who has much to say, and he did it through his works. I often hesitated in front of any of his pictures; I studied it with great interest, with the attention that a doctor gives to a patient at the consultation, trying to guess the secrets of his art – which he ruled so well. But definitely – the master had certain innate qualities or acquired during the time that lacked at me.

Anything he said it was particularly interesting, as a kind of penetration into an infinite universe about which you would have said that it hosts billions of civilizations. No matter what it was, sometimes he was talking about trends in art, sometimes about the life of the great artists and their very sophisticated techniques of painting. And everything that exists in this universe, made up of complex thoughts, everything that he shared from his knowledge was made with love, in a clever manner, through beautiful figures of speech, using various analogies with quotes and metaphors.

The Master exerted an invisible influence on me, a flowing process, full of a direction that actively supported my pleasure of being part of his universe. I was attracted by the fact that each time he managed to create that emotional connection with me that made me feel unique, as him, made me feel appreciated, made me calm, quiet, ready to concentrate later on my painting, or any other occupation of the moment.

Once, he told me something that left an echo in my mind:

- Nicu, for a painting to be successful, it must be meaningful, eloquent. Need to evoke a vivid image and to complete your vision. But above all, the picture should refer to your sensitivity, by the colors you show and express it voluntarily, and by the message you send.

Leadership: Can you define a reality that seems permanently distant in the form of the result of penetrating into an intellectual territory dominated by the echo of authentic creation?

Leadership means to share with others from your living spirit that, through a strong echo, frees it from a world devoid of novelty and transposes it into a universe full of greatness and color. Sensitivity is what makes the difference between a mediocre and a good painter. Sensitivity completes and characterizes art; it is one that "sets" the working mode of an artist, the mode of approaching techniques of painting and various themes.

Sensitivity is undoubtedly one thing to which distinguishes one person from another. It reveals the personality of each individual.

The ability to transmit, to provoke emotions is forming the basis of leadership. The way people with whom you interact are reacting depends on the sensitivity that you have developed and that you manifest in their presence. It's that sensitivity that they see in you, in your thoughts, in your attitude. And it is reflected in the reactions you have towards them and the events around them is reflected in the state of security or insecurity, of confidence or no confidence, joy and sorrow that you transmit.

Sensitivity can make from somebody an empathetic person, which manifests its sensitive and good side, which understands attitudes, feelings, emotions of others, and is willing to provide emotional support.

Sensitivity is your living spirit that you emanate indirectly around you, is the state that people experience whenever they are around you. If you want to be successful in leadership, share to others from your living spirit, from your sensitivity that is able to "clean" all around.

Leadership: Can your vision take the form of a mirror in which each person reflects their image by crossing a universe in full expansion?

Leadership is an agreement between what you realize and your sensitivity. Put in your art a vibration of your soul that when people are around you to feel that you're with them. Just as a doctor who, with great abnegation, often voluntarily, puts oneself out to heal the poor and suffering - so also, you have to do appeal to people's souls, giving them a small piece of what enables the integration of idea of living in their consciousness, that to resonate with the vibration of a universe that pours its immenseness around of a masterpiece.

If you are not able to wake up vibrations in the soul of those around you, you respond emotionally to them then your leadership is not having too much chance to evolve to a higher level. Free yourself from all conventionality and try to play honestly, directly and spontaneously your own vision in line with what you think and what you feel.

The universe to which your art must relate can be expressed through a subjective representation of reality in which it is far more important to know how to be free and to want to live than to be yourself in a place where all others are similar to you.

Conclusion: Success in leadership depends largely on the skills to attract people by your side. By alone you cannot do anything, but with those who elected you can accomplish more. Open attitude, empathy, expressing your own sensitivity will approach you to people, while a cold attitude, distant, "hermetic" and rigid will depart you of them.

The way you expose your vision as a leader, the methods in which you expose your strategy must be understood by all and to give rise to the feelings of utility, to strengthen cohesion, cooperation between people, to arouse interest and that “something” in the hearts of the people that could be expressed by the famous motto of the Musketeers "All for one and one for all".

To reach this performance, you must learn to expose your leadership vision through externalization of your own personality.
