People will follow you only if you align with their ideal of authenticity in action, beyond apparent successes or the image you project.

It's possible that the last attempt to prove the whole world that it's possible to get to the destination you proposed through your own strength, to be successful. I think that deserves all the respect the man who makes himself remarked and proves with this occasion to everybody that, yes, it is possible to achieve your goals, to fulfil your dreams if you put heart in what you do, if you work with seriousness and sense of responsibility, and if, from the very beginning, you take the commitment that you will not give up at what you proposed no matter how hard the way will be in a certain moment and how impossible will seem to pass through.

By the end the reward for the effort you made will be appropriate, you will start to see the results, you will feel like you're just one step away from the end of the race, winning the big trophy. Almost instantaneous you will become surrounded by different people, simple or stylish, younger or older, who wish to become like you, some heroes, some winners, some examples worthy to follow by everyone.

Do you embrace all that you are at the moment you achieve a result that seems to influence the decisions made in the past, beyond the appearances of objective reality?

If you watched the third part of the movie "Rocky", then you certainly know what I mean. Rocky, played by the actor Sylvester Stallone, is preparing for the game against the arrogant Clubber Lang, for the title of champion. Just like before any important game, Rocky, very ambitious and determined to fulfil his dream with any price, starts his long, intense and extremely exhausting practices. Pushups, pullups, first in one hand then two hands, jumping rope, lifting weights and not least jogging.

Rocky was running on the empty streets from the poor neighbourhoods, places he was very familiar with. In a certain moment, one day, Rocky comes to attract after him hundreds or maybe thousands of fans who started running with him, and at the end of the race he is hugged and everyone starts to cheer up having the feeling that they are also winners.

Charisma is not measured by victory, but by the way others continue to recognize and value you when defeat seems to define you.

What are the chances to become an ideal leader? The chances are minimal if you fail to lead people in one direction in their favor, if not inspire confidence they need to succeed in everything they have proposed, if you don't make them enthusiastic and you don't transmit them a vision full of hope, clear and optimistic on a long-term. In a word, to become a good leader first you have to win people by your side, to determine them to follow you by pleasure, as they followed Rocky.

This means to have charisma, to attract people by your side by transmitting them the enthusiasm they need to achieve their goals. Through his determined attitude, his persistence and ambition, Rocky inspired people courage and confidence in their future, managing to win them on his side.

Everybody loves winners and take them as models worthy to follow because only they inspire them to make great things, because they motivate them to continue to follow the direction of their dreams and never give up in front of difficulties of life.

The way you accelerate your transformation is founded on the extremes of a moment, held in tension with the center of the moment that follows?

The moment you make the spell of complete transformation and you get to the top is actually the center of the next moment, when you no longer forget where you go and the motivational lessons are no longer working. You become a name that is confused with the notion of the world, not with the notion of "one."

With certainty people will admire and will follow the one who fits their ideal, the one who help them grow in faith, which help them to develop their positive attitudes, their qualities and talents. This is why is so important to be full of charisma – always have a positive attitude, to convince those around you that you have a strong personality and to prove that you are worthy enough for them to follow you. Absolutely everyone will love you if you give them the courage and the push they need in uncertain times, if you encourage them to believe in success and if you help them act and think like winners.

Charisma is a quality that makes people feel and look like winners. All those people who decided to run with Rocky saw themselves, at least for a moment, winners. The spirit of competition, the wish to win, of becoming the best, got hold of their entire being, mobilizing each of them to give everything. A charismatic leader motivates people to move forward with more ambition and dedication.

Winning the “grand trophy” is the result of a form of leadership whose stake is the pride of feeling special through the passion and determination with which you have proven that you can build an achievable ideal.

P.S. Wake in people's attitude and energetic spirit of a winner ! Support them and cheer them up when needed. Encourage them to stand up when they are down and they will love you for this.
