Everything Depends on Who Leads

The vision you form about science is the progress you make by joining your own potential, next to the intention of amplifying the image that meets you coming “from the front”.

On November 30, 1841, the Philadelphia Public Ledger first announced that French police were using Niepce and Daguerre’s invention to identify criminals. When a person makes a scientific invention (the newspaper writes) they do not yet know all the possible implications of its use. Daguerre’s magical invention, which consists of painting with the help of the sun’s rays, was used by the Paris police in the fight against crime. In France, when a criminal or a suspect is arrested, the police immediately make a daguerreotype and draw up a file of the portraits thus obtained. The people of the underworld, in order to prevent this process, sometimes make horrible grimaces in order to deform their face…

Sherlock Holmes was not endowed by his creator with high scientific knowledge. But unfortunately, Connan Doyle did not even “allow” him to use those of his time. Here, for example, is photography, which today occupies a leading place in forensic research. The first photograph, taken by Nicephore Nieppe around 1829, depicting a still life, was closer to an impressionist drawing than to what we call photography today. However, this glass plate heralded not only future radiographs, cinematography, photographs of invisible stars, cosmic particles, but also future photographs of fingerprints, without which investigators would be left with Sherlock Holmes’ magnifying glass.

Is exposing your knowledge in the face of an eventual discovery recommended because of the vision of your little image to change the way you do things, by following a “double bond” trajectory?

There is only one truth to be learned from this: everything you invent is the result of a vision that improves the ability to manage any resources you have at hand to make an important discovery in a field. This is the image of sensitivity that embraces the needs of the scientist along a vision that is all the deeper as it is drawn from the results of your work. He tries to penetrate everything with the eyes of an inventor, he tries to enliven and lead everything in the matter, ensuring the trajectory of a "double link": between theory and research, between discovery and capitalization.

A Black Square Within The Dazzling Whitecan be considered as a representation of truth around the vision you create for a single purpose: to contribute to the achievement of a discovery that will be extended many years ahead. The square represents your vision, while the dazzling white is given by the leadership that you know, that you practice and that you represent. These two elements go hand in hand, harmonizing permanently until the ultimate result which is called "performance". You can enrich the perspectives of the scientific field, you can increase your power of influence, if "the square and the white" are maintained at as high level of quality as possible.

Just as the intelligence and our ability of judging and remembering things, raise us above the other animals, similarly "the square and the dazzling white" (I say the dazzling because the science of leadership is like a milestone for the way you interact, communicate and bring value in approaching a scientific field), if these two elements are conceived from the start with the thought of the true people's expectations If they are well-implemented, and responsibly maintained, then they will lift us above our own limits.

How do you respond to a broader vision-building context that accelerates the expansion of your consciousness into an area of power to accept the condition of a discoverer who has reached the truth after centuries of error?

The image that comes to you “from the front” is actually an illustration of the idea of thinking outside the box, highlighting that part of the findings that will definitely remain an extension of the area of personal value growth. Immediately, this image is situated between concrete and abstract, between real and ideal, between sensible and intelligible, being at the same time the result of the interaction between the objective data of reality and the creative involvement of an intermediate subjectivity during large-scale events.

Many times, however, you will have to accept the condition of a discoverer who has entered the truth after centuries of error. I say this because it is difficult to acquire the science necessary to identify a colossal discovery, and it is possible that you are the one who begins the “excavation” action and someone else will continue it in your stead (many years after you are gone). It is important to have what it takes to be called a discoverer: you must have the courage and determination to venture into the unknown, without really knowing what you will find.

1. Are you so caught up in your leadership that you no longer see the importance of "dazzling square and white"?

2. How do you contribute to the realization and consolidation of the relationship between these two elements? Do you perceive the whole picture, the big picture of the really important things before you relate to the practices and accents of your leadership? How can you use these two elements to provide your followers with a safe climate in which to grow and train?

3. Can you use these two elements to outdo yourself, enter new ground, and achieve great transformation?

On the way you answer these questions depends your success as a leader. Therefore, express your vision, so that to induce people acting into its spirit.

Leadership is the vision that tells a brilliant discovery from the perspective of a brave traveler embarked on a great adventure whose finality will be preserved in the memory of the world for eternity.

A Black Square Within The Dazzling White reflects the gift of vision that you must demonstrate during a journey in which the chances of success are hard to estimate. But the vision must remain yours, of the one who started the journey, otherwise there is a risk that, after a while, you will not find yourself in that part of the journey that ends. Learn to travel for the sake of traveling. But the great adventure is to get moving and, in the end, to make an amazing discovery.
