Try your capacity to overcome the difficult moment of doubt, so that you progress into self-knowledge.

No question can be formulated faster and easier than "why?" And it becomes all the more pressing that you have to answer to it without a doubt, if u can. A symbol of the conscience that initiates the start of struggles, whose restrictive understanding can only be understood by someone who holds the key to its decoding. Only the man that breaks free from the iron grip of intense thoughts and emotions, unstopped from their continuous action, entertained by the thirst to assert himself.

And only this clash of internal forces between the substantiality of the phenomena produces in a chaos stage, only the interaction between tension fields that coagulates in new layers, makes the difference between a winner and a loser. Only the struggle of an amazing experience, testing the constant pressure capacities, offers a person the possibility to open another understanding horizon of the inner world. Only the focused means, coordinated by a sole instinctual will can be significant in the stability processes of its balance.

Is the predictability of your development limited by the benchmarks of a short-term decision that has the secondary effect of falling into a victim posture that forces you to confront yourself?

Clarice Starling doesn’t suspect the deep implication of her boss’s decision in the assigned mission. She doesn’t know the true face of things. Her instinct seems buried in that corner of the confusion cemetery, full of judgment errors, where there’s no transit fee, that belongs to no one and where all direction is lost.

Basically she is the bait for obtaining information from the only person that could provide precious clues in this delicate investigation, Hannibal Lecter. "A matter of routine," a well placed disinformation that accentuates a negligent personality trait, that weakness people can take advantage of.

Clarice falls in the trap cleverly laid by her boss and feels forced, in order to come out with her self-esteem clean and untouched by sinful pride, by the immense torture of the thoughts of rising to a high professional level to retake, no matter the turbulences felt lately, the investigation. Soon enough, this leads to decisive progress.

Only at this moment, when she feels abandoned in the trapped territory of the great psychologist, Hannibal Lecter, she begins to confront her own mind, with her own analytical potential specific to true knowledge. A victim easy to manipulate, but endowed with exceptional detective qualities.

A man walks through the fog getting closer to himself, to the truth accepted as answer to his struggles. Her boss hiding the truth in all these searches, questions and answers somehow creates a feeling of lack of value. In this case, Clarice’s escape is a kind of escape from the rumble of the unknown and the fears, from a horizon with no escape and the repositioning in a horizon of inner rejuvenation.

But at the same time, this kind of mission stirs interest for exploring, escalading a high and sharp peak. Her success would have meant moving forward towards reaching a proper development level, her promotion on a superior step in the FBI division.

Are you prepared to accept the attempt to deviate from the conclusion of a deduction intrigue without diminishing the resistance of leadership in conditions of isolation?

A rejuvenation of the power to understand self, throwing a prudent look over what it means to be "connected" to ongoing external events gives leadership a certain plus, a kind of surprising the essential in people.

By means specific to leadership, used as much as possible to surprise the fragmented existential aspects that truly concern man, not only innovative reasoning and motivations that generate the moral values he cherishes, but also discovering what personal truth really means.

Leadership is similar to the paintings in an exhibition hall; you can’t look at it and completely know the "artist" behind the works that carry his name. They disclose only fragments surprised by the painter, brought to life in a personal manner that touched him. But the public never knew them, just as they never knew the man behind them.

If you think paintings managed to capture very well some particular features, it’s just an illusion, because it’s possible that his mind is ruled by chaos. The existence of paintings is just an appearance that reproduces up front what seems to be permanent. But in reality, what lays hidden and hides a big part of the truth is the character of variable things.

Someone who manages to surprise a person that accepts the absurd and isolation, who manages to win the experience of what lays beyond the existential horizon of a man enslaved by his ego, he can turn leadership into an amplifier of human knowledge.

But at the same time, leadership diminishes its resistance when "accessibility" to human nature isn’t maintained in time or is reduced only to measuring its potential. And especially if it doesn’t lead to encouraging man’s openness towards a stable configuration.

Do you have the power to distance yourself from the mediocrity that is indirectly inoculated by the circumstances of a form of response to the stimuli of a form of reality that does not need to be shown, but only to emphasize its essence?

At the opposite side of a leader is his supporter, a regular person who apparently is under the command of an immitigable force. To accept or not this reality? This spirit addicted to the desire to create value, often knows unrest, because of the deep implications of the leader’s decision.

The thirst to impose himself, the intrinsic need to know the true face of things and to distance himself from the mediocrity indirectly inoculated in him, and which he hates so much, catches him even more in the iron grip of intense thoughts and emotions. He struggles as a fish on dry land, near the water, living with the hope that a wave of knowledge will intensify again his drive towards an easy to assemble whole – towards fully exploiting his potential.

Someone who wants to know everything, hoping for a decisive progress, but who wavers between "to be" and "not to be" at the leader’s disposal, finds himself constrained by the moods and conscience states to escape with his self-esteem clean and untouched by hungry pride, to regain his will to get involved in a game that often doesn’t belong to him.

The action of this hard-to-win game is strictly connected to the searches, questions and answers pattern. If he doesn’t produce an imbalance in the ability to refuse an order or a task, thus if you have the courage to say firmly and serenely "No." to the leader, then it will give you the possibility of opening another understanding horizon of your inner world.

To walk through fog, not believing exclusively in your art to score goals in the gate of the most accessible opponent is obligatory for participating to a game called "life", having as teammate leadership. It’s the moment when you can get closer to yourself more than anything. Or you can get lost in delusions and permanently alienate yourself from the freedom given by touching a proper development level.

A reality that does not need to be shown, but only to emphasize its essence, has as its main correspondent that approach of the humane based on the uncertainty that you tend to neglect precisely because of the underestimation of your own abilities of handling things on your own and to decide the course of a mission on your own.

The essence of a hard-to-accept reality is often an appearance of an admirable vision of your own personality that depends on the degree of reception of a dramatic experience.

A Man Walks Through The Fog Getting Closer To Himself pinpoints that passage through the nebula of self-knowledge. It’s a more or less long process through which the leader matures and develops his immunity towards sorrow, fear and doubts.

An old Italian saying tells that if a person never knows pain, they’ll remain forever children. "L'uomo non educato dal dolore rimane sempre bambino." Or in other words, a leader that doesn’t walk through the fog of self-knowledge, will never reach maturity.
