A New Leadership Orientation
Dare to live through the revelation of a new representation of yourself, without realistically judging the character, qualities and defects of the world around you.
Is he a writer, or is he just Camil? Do you think loving a writer means looking over his shoulder as he writes, resting your cheek on his shoulder? Or should you hug his shoulders, leaving his hands free and allowing him to breathe? Do you think you can even sit down and place your head on his knees, to let him go through your hair with his hand, like through the fur of a faithful dog? Or to sit in a corner, wanting nothing more than to breathe?
If you said that to Camil, he would be laughing or would get angry and would yell at you: “You’re a fool ! ” Or he would look at you with malcontent as he would look at his fiercest enemy. To love Camil means to disappear when he wants you to, to help him forget that you exist, to melt into nothingness.
To write, you need to feel that there’s no one around for a few miles round. It’s not about the maid who is indifferent to you. She brings you a glass of water when you need it, or she goes to buy you cigarettes and leaves you there in front of the paper, tormenting, dying, resurrecting, dying and writing, without caring. Is it true that you wouldn’t allow it, even if you weren’t his wife, to not have a key to come to him when you wanted? In the certain state, when it's your turn to move, but you have only continuations of intellectual activity which force you to be at disadvantage towards your position of superiority, the final battle is given against the negative thoughts owed to the inability to stand against of moral duty to face the contempt and opprobrium of the people.

The “Stand-By” mode refers to a long-term, but not definitive stay at a certain moment in the life that people around you experience as a feeling of separation from the outside world. It means to be perceived as a visitor of an exhibition in which there are not a certain number of paintings of originality and rare virtuosity, but only some exhibits that are worth seeing only once.
In this case, leadership can be regarded as a manifesto dedicated to raising awareness of a state of mind that starts from the feeling of a tragic inner desolation and continues with the revelation of a certainty: that you are not always surrounded by friends, and that what you do must have a higher meaning, such as that of referring to the scientific activity, to the act of creation. So, to be able to live through the suspension of social and emotional relationships.

A New Leadership Orientation is about the need to connect to something above and beyond the relationship with other people who can disappoint you at any time through forgetfulness, carelessness, indiscipline or outrageous decisions. It is about the need to connect to a new form of existence: the inner one, marked by a deep initiative in the art of being unique beyond emotional and behavioral barriers. Here I refer, in particular, to the relationship between science and faith.
Can you represent yourself in the middle of the world as a higher being, without identifying yourself with the limiting emotions and beliefs of others?
Of course. By abstracting from the ideological and doctrinal tendencies of social service. One way is to call on the achievements of science, creation and technique applicable to your specialized field. A call regarding the need to increase the influence of science in society.
