The funniest are those TV commercials, when an individual appears (a doctor, professor, artist, etc.) and says: "I studied abroad for x years". As if that makes him better at anything…
If you so studious and full of merits, best to tell us how you have contributed to the development of the science you represent !
Have you moved mountains, made any important discovery, constructed a new thinking, entered the Guinness Book of world records, or something of the kind?
If you have not managed to bring science a step further, I suggest you go abroad again and keep studying !
You are still at the level of: "I still have much to learn ! "
It’s a long way to get to the level of: "I can invent and change".
What contributes to the completion of the leadership is that definite explanation of the essence of your being, followed by its finishing in time, with the most exquisite care and finesse. This self-knowledge, supported by a special ideal, will contribute to the triggering of some constructive actions, to the alignment of your system of values.
The message that matters
What I learned today can be summarized as follows: people are tempted to postpone the most important thing for an hour. But that hour is exactly what counts. Once you lose it, the whole day is lost.
So people wait for the next day, and again lose that important hour, hoping to replace it with another hour, but one that is no longer the one that matters.
And because they have lost that important hour they are punished to lose a day. And that hour, and that day repeat and are always lost, transforming into weeks, months, years, a lifetime.
Because they have always postponed the most important thing with exactly the sole hour that matters.
Now imagine that She and I have lost 5-6 years because She couldn’t even send me one message. Exactly the message that matters.
A journalist asked the general manager of "La Fântâna" (the market leader in Romania in the segment of distribution and bottling natural water used in water coolers) why he chose to expand his services in other countries, when the local market seemed to be a place for everyone. He said: "More than the dynamics that we now have locally, I do not think it is healthy to have. You have to grow into a certain rhythm, otherwise you lose control."
Always impose certain rhythm of leading and take advantage of what you earned prior to want to get more. The rhythm that you impose to your leadership determines your value and qualities.
The heart is the propeller organ of the blood, causing it to flow in one way. It contracts (beats) and pumps blood throughout the body.
When the atria (those two rooms of receipting blood) ceases to beat regularly and begin to contract in a disorganized way, it reinforces that atrial fibrillation (the most common heart rhythm disorder), which favors the formation of clots of blood when reaching the brain can cause strokes, paralysis and even death.
In leadership things are almost the same. If the rhythm of your leadership is irregular, sooner or later you will lose interest and motivation, you will lose flight. Instead of continue to fight for your proposed goals, you will block at a particular channel that will have a negative effect on your success. Instead of continue battling with problems in professional life, you will cease to get more involved. And so you will cease to exist in the human’s soul. You will fail !
It is well-known that the best surgeons can save their patients because they have specialized in a particular type of operation that they can make better than anyone else. And you must enjoy this kind of reputation, keeping the rhythm of your leadership to a level acceptable to those around you.
Configure your art with thoughtful care, with skill, so as to generate a new state of mind, a state of spiritual contentment.
Just as a stone carver is able to eliminate roughness and imperfections of the stone producing a quality paper - which has a huge effect on all those who look at it, so and you, as a leader, must remove the imperfections of your art, aligning it to a particular standard to be loved by everyone. So, configure your leadership to great art so that it would arouse a strong and intense feeling of passion among the other people.
If your leadership does not generate in people that mobility to lead them to productive actions, that lead them to aspire and to determine for themselves higher ideals - for example to become as good as you in the field - means that you have not given a proper and serious training. And in this case, you should seriously think to check your professional knowledge and leadership skills.
To be the best in the world in a certain field is to realize that you are rapidly developing towards perfection, while others remain behind you for too many years to be able to count them.
And if the brightest spirits were gathered in a wonderful brainstorming, be aware that everyone in one place would not even make 1% of what you did, and all of a sudden, they would not get close to your talent for over 1000 years.
One man does more than the rest of the world. Take Freddie Mercury for example. If all the singers in the world were gathered, do you think all of them together could ever make a "The show must go on" version 2.0 ?
You must always be aware of your uniqueness and value !
If Romania wouldn't have had a few valuable people that would spread certain chosen skills or a unique knowledge across the borders, it would probably have been conquered long ago.
Therefore, I encourage the unique and truly talented people to affirm themselves as much as possible in the world ! They are the only hope of wellbeing of this country !
Politicians can always be bought or blackmailed, but the image of the country around the world is proven only by a minority when the majority does not have a better option !
The big problem of characters becoming "big stars" overnight is that they have rushed to affirm themselves, but without allowing God to polish their talent to perfection.
It is one thing to sing from the "pain" of a general tendency, and another thing altogether to know how to make art… even from a grain of sand !
Perfection is the secret geometry of form and background, in no way a randomly cast color.
The beginning of a big failure is to come into the spotlight much too early. The fact that you show a momentary brilliance does not mean that you are a genius, it's just an encouragement to start looking for a new and pure world.
So few are sufficiently determined and protected by providence to discover it.
Sometimes moving in certain conditions towards the past is necessary, in compliance with a certain distance regarding your "shadow" that tries everything and wants to outgrow you through a sum of weak points that would distance you from your value, from what you truly are. This shadow is nothing else but your hidden doppelganger, the unacceptable part of yourself, the dark part in space where you are trapped between aspirations and achievement, which stops you from evolving.
Your limitations, slipping towards the edges of your individuality meet an only opposite force when you decide to escape the inferno of the noise torrent in the darkness of your mind. This force helps you strengthen the control over your hidden abilities. To step away from the ground zero of your restlessness, to escape the painful punishment of the sin to be subject to your own essential, sensitive and useless nature.
In this regard, arises the necessity of certain efforts to piece the appearances, to clarify his position regarding the "shadow's" tendencies to minimize his value. In conclusion, a better understanding regarding the situation he's confronting. And the results shall be equal to the risks assumed by pushing away "the shadow" that imprisons him in the perimeter of dilapidation and regress.
The ambiguous content of self-perception, for a man that isn't conditioned by any rule, for a man experiencing one the one hand intuitive, on the other hand attractive and easy thinking, enhances in good measure leadership abilities. This happens only if in the context of a crisis or sustainable development, the man shows a great deal of his flexible personality, taking upon himself the challenge to reduce to zero any attempts to discredit himself. Meaning losses at the image level.
