Be Afraid Of Tricks, Despite The Proposals That Will Be Made To You

Learn to make yourself stand out through the ability to subjectively observe and interpret events through visual information, outlining your own vision that protects the hidden virtues within you.

- Mom, I want to you know that the attitude of my brother Neferu, m it worries me .

Hetepheres raised her eyebrows in wonder and looked at him questioningly, which encouraged her son to continue .

- Yesterday, Neferu gave a beautiful party to his brothers, cousins and friends . He took me aside and proposed a pact, after telling me that our older brother, Cheops, he is not able to assume the royal task that will fall to him after His Majesty climbs into Ra 's boat .

- A pact, you say?

- He proposes that I help him ascend the throne of the Two Kingdoms and, in return, he will make me his vizier and chief of the armies. Now, you know very well, mother, how much I care about Cheops and, personally, I know that he will be able to lead the people of Egypt. I didn't tell Neferu that I will never betray my brother, that maybe I am his most faithful ally, because I don't want to break the bond with Neithotep's son. My intention is to let him believe that I am not hostile to an alliance with him, to the detriment of Cheops, that I may thus keep a close watch on his designs, and that when the time will come, to be able to intervene in favor of my brother.

- Think well, my son. But be careful, I fear Neferu's treachery. I am afraid that he will use you and, after he has achieved his goal, he will sacrifice you . I am convinced that it would not be you that they would make vizier, if they gained power . His chosen one would sooner be Ptahuser, the Grand Master of the Art, because the alliance with him is more important than the one with you. He is not risking anything on his part, he knows that he will not be able to claim the double crown, while you, after Cheops, are the second legitimate heir . Should Cheops disappear, you will become crown prince, not him .

Leadership: Can understanding the cause and effect behind the scenes help you manage your emotions and act consciously and responsibly without feeling threatened by all that adversity means?

- May the gods protect us from such misfortune . My brother Cheops is as dear to me as my wife, and I am ready to defend his throne against any enemy .

- Rahotep, know that I am next to my father like a wasp : every time I see him, I insist on making you the commander of the royal armies and urge him to to officially recognize Cheops as the legitimate heir by his royal will . I hope I shall succeed, though, as regards Cheops, I am not too hasty in my steps, for, like you, I fear his actions Neferu, I'm afraid, seeing the throne slip away for good - following a declaration by your father that would officially make Cheops heir to the throne. I hope I'm not doing anything rash. We must act skillfully, with great diplomacy, because Neferu is cunning, is supported by the crowd and is ready to do anything to ascend the throne of the Two Kingdoms . And you should be afraid of his machinations, despite the proposals he made you, because you are the second obstacle to his ambitions .

- Precisely because he is aware of this, he proposed that pact to me. But I will be careful. Be convinced, mother, that I will know how to protect myself from his treachery.

- You have to be very careful. That is why I do not urge you to feign an alliance with him. By acting in this way, you only encourage him in what follows and, above all, you reveal yourself to him more than you can gain any advantage . He is too clever to let you know his game, while you, as I know you, spontaneous and open, will reveal yourself to him, discover your weaknesses and and he will use them in his profit .

Leadership: Can you find a way to protect your integrity and authenticity by manifesting your inner strength to expose yourself to events in a way that is congruent with who you really are?

- I will not forget your advice, mother . I will think about how I will have to behave towards him . But I fear more for Cheops. I do n't know where he is At this point; probably hitting the fields and the desert around Memphis.

- No way . At this moment he is in complete safety, in the temple of Thoth at Hermopolis, where he is learning to become king of the Two Kingdoms .

- This is news that makes my soul happy. At least he is safe, among people who love and respect him .

- Sure you do. But keep this secret to yourself. It 's better to think that he 's gone to visit his swamps, as usual .

To expose yourself to events in a way that is congruent with who you really are means to integrate into your drive for greatness the power to be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to change you.

Be afraid of tricks, despite the proposals that will be made to you, and only in this way will you succeed in rationally assimilating the "understanding beyond understanding", that is, what makes a minor power become a major power. Even if you seem easily influenced, you can use this apparent vulnerability in a moment that makes the enemy vulnerable to you.

Shaping a vision of yourself that protects your hidden virtues and values, especially if you aspire to a high leadership position, means developing a unique perception of the world that reflects those fundamental qualities and principles that you consider important and worthy of protection in the face of any machinations.

It's about having a deep understanding of who you are and what you value as a prestigious authority, about building a perspective and a set of ideas to guide your choices and actions, keeping you away from enemies . As a way of protecting your integrity and authenticity, you must manifest your inner strength to expose yourself to events in a way that is congruent with who you really are.
