Do You See What Is Not Seen?
The more you accept the chaotic nature of events, the more you begin to see the hidden order they reveal.
I have often felt like a raw stone, thrown into an ocean of the unknown. I have sought refuge in stories, in imaginary worlds, where everything seemed simpler. But, like Atreyu, from "The NeverEnding Story" I understood that true adventure is not found in books, but in my own life. I have often found myself lost, gripped by a deep sense of futility, as if my world were falling apart before I could understand its meaning.
But that magic book, that enchanted gate whose key lies hidden in courage, able to open worlds hidden within me, it offered me a way. I opened the pages, one by one, trying to decipher each symbol hidden behind each paragraph, not knowing that, in fact, I was opening myself to an inner transformation, calling on Atreyu – that part of me that I thought was lost, but that desperately wanted to fight, to seek, to discover.
When I set out on the path of Fantasy, I had nothing, absolutely nothing. No weapons, no guide, no friends, no clear idea of how to stop her collapse, or mine. But, somehow, this very lack was what I needed. That raw stone, that shapeless beginning, belonged to me. So I clung to my courage, my will, my only protective qualities, like a sculptor using his bare hands to shape a future out of nothing. It was not easy. The struggles, already hard enough, seemed endless, and the results crushing. But each step forward gave me shape, shaping the meaning of a new beginning.
How do you relate to the dimensions of creation when you feel that each deep reflection of introspection offers you a new chance to rewrite your own vision?
Many times, I felt like I lived between two worlds – one real, often gray, and another fantastic, full of potential, but distant. It was as if I was caught between the pages of a book that refused to end, each chapter offering me a new chance to rewrite my destiny. In the end, I understood that I was both Bastian, the one dreaming behind a book, and Atreyu, the one fighting on the field of life in the story I read.
Thus, my mission was to look beyond what I thought was possible, to find in nothing the power to create. And I created. I saved Fantasia, I saved a world that was constantly falling apart due to a counterfeit reality, but more than that, I saved myself.
Yes. I am both Bastian and Atreyu, two sides of the same mirror, two sides of the same struggle. Like Bastian, I stand in the real world, feeling like a raw stone that no one truly sees. Like Atreyu, I am the warrior who must save not just a fantasy world, but the very essence of who I am. And when I look in the mirror, what remains of an unfinished dream, I see the same insecurity that Bastian felt in that dusty library.
Can you accept that every masterfully crafted illusion is actually an expression of a deeper story, written by the Creator within you?
At the same time, I felt within me the courage of Atreyu, that dynamic vector "Esithizma Unosymus", the force that pushes you to move forward even when NOTHING threatens to swallow everything you know. As I said, I never had advantages. I had no magic weapons or maps to show me the way. All I had was this burning desire to transform the raw stone of my existence into something great.
Deep down, I knew I had the power to sculpt my own existence. But doubt gnawed at me: who was I to create something out of nothing? Who did I think I was? With each step forward, I doubted less. Like Atreyu crossing the Swamp of Sorrow, I too climbed mountains of despair, but each step became a lesson in resilience and transformation.
Per aspera ad astra, the path to the stars passes through trials, and each obstacle is a new opportunity to give shape to the raw stone of existence. All I needed was the courage to set off on the journey, the same path traveled by a famous magician: "One day the road forked, and I, I chose the one less traveled by - and that made the difference."
How do you use the space of metamorphosis to create a well-crafted illusion that reveals the truth of your essence?
From small events, great revelations are born. Initially, Robert-Houdin was a watchmaker. He ordered some books on horology from a bookstore, but, through confusion, he received a volume on magic. That's how he became a magician, and a reference in the history of magic. In fact, so influential was he that, after writing several books, he inspired a young Hungarian who read this ancient book with rapture, as if he were about to discover the Holy Grail. This young Hungarian was called Erik Weisz, and so impressed by the book's contents that he decided to become a magician. He began his career by changing his stage name to Houdini.
When confusion becomes revelation, you understand that life is like a magic book, where every happy accident opens doors to unexpected destinies. And when chance surprises you, you discover that life, like a perfect artist, creates its masterpieces from the most unexpected moments. I myself have found, through an unexpected twist of fate, that life is a stage of magic, where every apparent mistake becomes a well-crafted illusion. As a silent director, I have learned to play the role of the Creator.
Today, I see myself as a sculptor working on the most important work of art: my own life. With each decision, with each action, I add a new stroke of the chisel, gradually revealing the form that hides inside me. I do not yet know what the final masterpiece will look like, but I know that I will continue to work on it until my last day.
Leadership manifests itself in the ability to see beyond imperfections, to shape destiny from what seems lost, to have the courage to follow the unknown path.
The book of my life will also witness a magic act, in a formidable illusion show, in which the main character is not just a hero, but a metaphor for each of us when we face the unknown. And perhaps Bastian, with his shyness and insecurity, is a greater lesson: that fragility is not a flaw, but a beginning.
Do you see what is not seen? It is a question whose answer can only be given by the one who has the courage to look beyond appearances, beyond the imposed limits. What is not seen always appears when you least expect it.
Any novel that abounds in a special sensitivity, brings into discussion various feelings, takes you through the meanders of the human soul, making you imagine each event, experiencing the feelings of the characters in an intense way. Descriptions of nature outline a wonderful landscape, carrying you beyond the real, into a fairy-tale world, where everything seems possible.
"Do not be afraid of challenges", whispers my soul right now, passing through memories with that fearless determination of Atreyu, filled with the innocent intensity of Bastian, and found without equal in the mastery of Houdini.
