Discover all the cumulative effects of a change of self, reliving those sensations of the type "I am alive, full."

I have no other way of relating with the being I have chosen as a carrier of my power of self-surpassing than to launch myself in a search of the artistic, looking towards a beyond the here and now, whose border I must pass immediately. This is also a way of understanding myself in time regarding what I have to experience to recognize the dimension of detail that makes my life a work of art, an echo of the sense of beauty invested with the original sketching function of a painting or its various details in a farewell to old ideas and habits.

I have no one to confess to, when the times unravel their entire crop on the magical realms of spirituality on which many have forgotten to walk upon, other than the rectangular paper in which the honest writing – like a mild punishment – will resonate strongly over the centuries.

I continue to lay out rows, with the excess of positivity that makes human problems seem less tenebrous, as Napoleon would lay out on paper his victorious thoughts one day ahead of the Battle of Austerlitz, between the gulf of a safety margin and the madness of a blind moment.

The long rows of thoughts, scattered on the map of a world imagined from a different equation of the sublime, between the coordinates of questions and answers, remain as praise, testimony, and blame. It all depends on the day about to come.

Are you willing to experience the highest standards of refinement and a meticulous mastering of a masterpiece by unifying the contradictions between the essence of life and appearance from the imaginary of its story?

I cannot, in any way, figure out who I am, between so many spaces, voids and fullness that determine the paper area. Unexpectedly, I come into direct contact with the influence of a strange fascination. I feel that I am becoming part of a universe in which there is a content with an infinite potential for modeling and remodeling of reality. How can you run away from the path of an Austerlitz of the mind, between so many moments, frames, and moving episodes, present in the wonderful perimeter of an existence that hasn’t yet consumed its tranquility and anxieties?

I remember that exhausted worked from a factory, who after the painful experience of solitude returns to the countryside, where he feels he has his roots. The contact with the earth offers him the occasion for a revelation of his vocation, helping him fill out his inner void.

Which makes me wonder: Will the sheet of paper, with its words drawn directly from the soul of a calling towards what is authentic, be able to fill out what I still don’t know about myself? I am willing to experience the highest standards of refinement and a meticulous mastering of a masterpiece by unifying the contradictions between the essence of life and appearance from the imaginary of its story, on one condition: to not become the slave of a reason overwhelmed by the effort of the uninterrupted pursuit of one’s own visions and ambitions.

Does the contact with what matters to you allow for the revelation of your vocation in the struggle between what is seen and what is hiding, between the outer reality and a fairy tale imagination?

The empire of an intellect without rules includes words, and words, even just scattered and crowded, can defeat the world. The one who knows to read their tracks will see a waiting in the shadow of a time elapsing, in the beating of a powerful gust of contradictory experiences.

Only a certain number of imaginary representations can become a reality, in a certain point in time, in the narrowness or generosity of consciousness. Try to explain, if you can, the battle between states or the admission of these within consciousness. You cannot fathom how many meanings singularity has in store for you, easy to handle like a beautiful dream, or difficulty to penetrate like an oak tree with thousands upon thousands of roots planted in a land of "balance."

In order to understand leadership, we need to temporarily capture the image of a man trapped in a reality whose constant is the interpretation into a certain key of his life story, formed out of a succession of attitudes, emotional moments, reactions, which penetrate downward on the path of the principle of cause and effect. Then let us turn out compass towards the new man, evolved through a unity of time measured by filtering the beliefs he cherishes regarding the reality of this change of image, and not of the self.

Vocation is that predisposition for a particular field of activity or for a certain profession, but which is maintained by a gradual rise of self-acceptance. The words of Romanian writer George Sbârcea should go around the world: "Contact with what really matters offers the occasion for the revelation of your vocation, helping you disguise the inner void into the at peace consciousness of the man who finds his own patterns."

What is important to accomplish in life is the purpose of a story that has a certain meaning for the one who goes through it from the perspective of the hero who fills his destiny by the vocation, always reconfirmed, of self-definition in relation to a new reality.

A suggestive portrait is reflected through an introspective analysis of great acuity. To discover yourself by return to yourself, to the state of well-being, to the faith that you can reconfigure the map of the world and life, to spark other choices that will favor your fullness in the light of what is best and most durable in you, are processes that make up the purpose of life.

Existential Leadership refers to the possibility of self-acceptance, framed in an emotional form of real interest pointed towards a certain direction of the type "I am alive, full". Men of great value acquired their ability of assessing their life and living it differently, through the lens of what results from the forms of exercising their profession, and especially from the process of creation.

It is not enough to be endowed with vision to meet the needs of existential leadership. But rather, it is necessary, to evolve in terms of the orientation your conception of the world has, to assimilate that ability of receiving internal signals: feelings and sensations, that help you become a high spiritual human being.
