The way he began his speech reflects that willingness to communicate to people his intentions are serious on the essential changes to be adopted in America. Even so, moreover, reflects that spark of power that people generally seek, that dose of security generating hope, springing from the depths of his being, that great moral force which can only bring consideration of all.

"Good evening Chicago. If there is anyone out there who still doubts that America is a place where all things are possible; who still wonders if the dream of our founders is alive in our time; who still questions the power of our democracy, tonight is your answer."

Leadership: Can you exercise your authority as a benchmark of discretionary manifestation of immeasurable power, taking into account the size of a known space that is not a personal property?

Qualities such as honor or reputation always require guarantees.

Just as an artist manages to give his work an alive and bright complexion with a good organization of plans and a perfect combination of light and color - so you too, to direct the beliefs, thoughts and emotions of people in the desired direction you must put out your value with a perfect combination of qualities and virtues. Moreover, you need to regulate your energy so that to exercise over the people a true tonic effect.
