Primus Inter Pares
Maintain the production conditions of a referential thinking, touching up the ability of turning creative work into a commitment of strengthening the experience of learning high culture.
Eisenstein forbade his students to stop him in the hallway with questions asked privately: "I will solve all problems with the participation of everyone". His lessons were heated discussions, he would launch questions, the students all responded, discussed, disputed for different solutions, until the professor concluded. The noise of the discussion would then die out. The students had done another step towards thinking creatively.
In his programmatic statement, Eisenstein said clearly: The professor is no more than the primus inter pares – first among equals. The collective, and later on each of its individual members make their own way through the difficulties and torments of creative work, through the entire process of the creative formation, from the first slight glimmer of the theme, up to the decision if the buttons on the leather jacket of that last extra are fitting for the purposes of filming.
He demanded a full explanation in the thinking of his students: "Do not say "I think that". Until you don’t know, I don’t even want to hear it." He asked that all students become, above all, men of culture. To think with their own mind. His lessons were fascinating.
Do you opt for the uninterrupted line of a solicitude achieved in a context of the type "Do not say you believe, first show that you know"?
The conditions for producing a referential thinking, touching up on the ability of turning creative work into a long-term moral duty, in a commitment of strengthening the experience of learning high culture, also refers to the differentiation of active and practical means, produced through a certain type of reaction. It is that reaction to the fascination a powerful psychological impact exerts that creates a context of the type "Do not say you believe, first show that you know."
The most prominent culture is the result of creative work, a habit of the mind to make its own way through the hardships and pains of an artful life full of change and pain, is a “think for yourself before consulting others” exposed to an impact assessment accompanying any measurement of performance.
Leadership is the interest you get from other people to achieve well-integrated performances in a vision (aesthetic) and in a gratitude towards the care that you manage to suggest a new style of approach to cultural ideals through the integration of individual knowledge in activities of creation. Leadership processes the aspiration of the initiated in a field towards the union with a scholarly form of knowledge, towards obtaining an expansion of the mechanisms of producing art and culture.
The most requested artist is a lesson of opening up to everything new to the cultural level by attracting as much as possible the interest of other art practitioners towards developing models for modernizing the style of designing a “Complete Work”.
The first step taken in learning to think creatively, due to the ability of influx of information in consciousness, in spirit, but especially in the appraising mentality, by extending the tendency towards the union between idea and stylistic ideal, is usually also associated with the ambition to complete a common project, a customized concept or a process that empowers you.
This step is always situated on the prominent regions of the sphere of identity, especially that part of you that reminds you that you are important when you think primordially with your own mind, and what you do matters to you first and foremost. Men of culture think with their own mind. A total work is a product of one's own mind, of free minds, not a puppet of the minds of others.
And the second characteristic of this first, but important step, is that, in contrast to the impression the experience of thinking on your own leaves between aspiration and motivation, remains appreciable that artistic side of you that determines you to see things from the perspective of relating to an absolute model of logic and resourcefulness.
Any measure of performance should highlight the search for the landmarks of sustainability in the originality of the act of creation and the satisfaction of building an educational atmosphere of culture in the spirit of deep artistic communion.
Primus Inter Pares is the man who solves problems with the participation of everyone, but having better points of view than others and a much broader culture.
In leadership, the hardships and the torments of creative work are characterized by the accessibility of producing the consideration that you must be "the first among equals". From here deducing that there needs to be a certain continuity in the assimilation of this knowledge that conditions your ability to understand and correctly use the information you receive from others and amplify from yourself.
