Find the essence of understanding the image that amazes you by its unexpected intrigue, accepting as a landmark the reality that is "outside" your expectations.

I’d made an imperious obligation of knowing such things that only the suggestion of some revelations – with the role of "take heed" – could determine their importance, at the crossroads of options my future depended on. In an image that very much corresponded with that reality where the victory over the attempts of interpreting certain situations, individual and collective actions resounded, in an attempt to find a guiding thread between the struggle of life and the admiration for high moral virtues.

Such a reality could remain integrated at an elementary level of consciousness with the risk of diluting into a reprehensible passivity, like a sort of punishment of my revealing concerns, being evaluated in accordance with the ability of recognizing the emotions of others and the ability to react to them. The advanced conception of the world, extracting the precious ores of the perspective of seeing everything through the eyes of an artist who makes his religion from the refusal of the accomplished act, to melt it to the crucible of memory that coagulates meanings shared by large groups of people could be the supreme expression of my mentality and art.

In addition, fairly advanced in terms of ideas, feelings, and acts of thought that tested my ability to foresee any variable of the "painting" type, which included the appearance of certain answers and theories under the action of random forces, of which only a mind full of expectations up to refusal is capable of grasping, I had myself sat numerous times between the way of seeing the world and the way of acting within its limits.

Thus, a continuous tissue was formed in the interior of my literary journey, from the sensation of sight in the conditions of penetrating a mystery, of descending in the open depths in creation, by relating with the most mysterious depths of man, up to the sensation of being a participant in the creation of the content of a new approach to leadership.

But always a new approach requires, through the variety and magnitude of situations, a relentless dynamic of life and the characters within it, forces of movement that try to oppose change or accept it without opposition.

Do you qualify in the phases of the training of the type "guide your own exploration of the world around you, to what you can do with it", so to produce an essentialized vision comprised between what is happening to you and what you find that actually is hiding from you?

A fragment of the book Children of the Wind by Jorge Icaza highlights the reality of those things I tried to understand, those important pieces necessary for the completion of the "painting" I had to polish well before giving them a certain color in my works.

"One summer afternoon, the almighty priest of Guagraloma was called to give the Holy Communion to a dying man. But in his way, was the devil. A group of mestizos had made a circle around an exciting cockfight, laughing and making catches. What difference does a dying man make when a profitable game and a compelling stake intervene?

After a while, amidst shouts and comments at the end of the fight, a child emerged, crying and panting because of the hard ascent. Approaching the priest, he said: "He died ! He died, Father ! " It is understood that he died, who says this? He received two blows to the head like bullets ! answered the priest, trembling with emotion.

No, no, he died of fever, in his shack. All had abandoned him… Now he needs nothing… He needs no one, sighed the boy deeply. And only in that moment it was easy for him to discover in the sweet and obsequious smile of the priest the cunning greed, unscrupulous."

Within each man of the cloth hides a wizard, and it is easily understandable that good or evil hangs, as Schopenhauer said, especially from what is and what happens within him.

And the painting a writer interested in capturing the humane outlines, working on the living portraits inspired from reality, what we admire in the depth and perspective of the image that his text highlights, is the way of capturing that special something inside of man that comes out when the reality "outside" of his expectations has a large influence on him.

What have you at hand to control the emotion of discovering fragments of truths from life’s experiences, interacting with the image of a new version of reality that automatically introduces you to a cause that does not remove the character and the consequences of the deed?

The reality "outside" of expectations, created by the most atypical characters, captures all those circumstances of high impact that sustain or paralyze the emotion of discovering new truths or fragments of truths, stemming from life experiences, from the impressions of others and that produce pleasure or displeasure, desire or repulsion, sympathy or antipathy.

Therefore, we have to choose between believing that the understanding of leadership, based on accepting the differences between good and evil produced by the recognition of the true human potential is in the phases of the training of the type "guide your own exploration of the world around you, to what you can do with it". And the fact that the fruits of life, as we understand and desire it, are those parts we can control and those we can accept as being normal, are at the crossroads between greatness and villainy.

To guide your own exploration of the surrounding world towards what you can do with it means to get close to a clear understanding of the truths that hide behind appearances and opt for the facet of the essence of what remains within you after you have accepted everything.

The essence of understanding leadership is similar to the process of acquiring the most penetrative writing: is revealed by going through a difficulty and troubling path.

First you must endure for a long time the consequence of manifesting an event external to your being, whose effects increase the possibility of producing a wide range of experiences. Then, you must accept it within the reality of your existence as a landmark for determining your dominant position: that of a moderator of a severe general image, that of a revealer of a more nuanced meaning of the world or that of a man who stoically bears that pressure of revelations that are not consistent with the set of values followed and promoted worldwide.

The only thing you have at your fingertips to control the emotion of discovering some awkward or confusing truths from the experiences of life is that moderate motivation to become aware of the other contexts and values in your life that favor a new trajectory of spiritual ascension.

Spiritual ascension seeks only to manifest the good and the choice to remain faithful to beliefs based on humbleness, tolerance, self-giving, and love for man and humanity.

The Direction Of Leadership is given by the course you followed after passing the crossroads between the way of seeing the world and the way of acting within its limits, between the truths found independently of your own will and the accepting of a reality assessed in accordance with the ability of recognizing the emotions of others and the ability of reacting to them.
