The doctor was convinced he had discovered the philosopher's stone. Eva could do well. As, for a human with a single quality, but that it appreciates in particular, will always show willingness to engage in his own development.

He had to instill in the girl the desire to dream, had to stimulate her appetite for life, to develop curiosity in her heart, had to awaken moral feelings, to teach her the words to express thoughts, and to convey subtle intelligence of the creative human spirit, to teach her to show interest for things surrounding her. But how?

On the first day, he took a velvet coat in the closet and urged Eve to touch it, to walk slowly her hands over the fine material. In the next few days, he led her into the garden, showed her the flowers so that she would begin to feel and absorb all the smells. After a few weeks, he taught her to play piano. Then, taught her to read and write. Then, taught her more foreign languages. Then, he offered to her the works of the German and English poets whom she really wanted to understand.

Thus, Eva learned to appreciate world through the senses, developed her romantic nature, learned to be full of affection and love. That is she learned to develop all her feminine traits worthy of a princess of paradise.

The purpose of a leader isn’t to amaze by presenting a reality, which the majority can identify with, but to achieve, by experimental knowledge, by adopting a certain behavior, that transcending towards "There" where individuals manifest inability to self-understanding, evaluate and improve themselves in the small transactions with the moment and faith.

The unfathomable is something you can't find an explanation for, but you belong to in a certain way, perceived only with your senses, in a spiritual experience. It is something that overwhelms you, burdens you, but forces you to do something about it, to get involved in "its work" and to offer it another alternative to manifest itself. It's something beyond the immediate experience, something you can only feel, few understand it and accept it, you should extract out of it little by little, choosing the option "it's a true news story".

A man of a great spiritual refinement rises above that something "unfathomable", by supporting and including the unfathomable in his being, becoming that measure of magic healing which embraces, like some sort of "Good morning" in a corner of paradise, everything that people experience in the equation of a consumed relationship with life.

Do you manage to maintain the balance between what you instill and what you limit, when dosing that vital intensity necessary for the survival of a vision that places the past in dialogue with spiritual values?

In every area, but especially in leadership, the combination of elements can lead to something more than its constituents. Leadership, by anticipating trends of human development or regression, by a summary or detailed sketch of their inner life, treats the cause of their stability or instability, the functional or non-functional version of their manifestation on the stage of passions, feelings and hopes in an expression of their uniqueness and value.

Just as a flower, to survive and to grow harmoniously you must give water, light and sun - so the people, to become more competitive, they need help to develop harmoniously all their qualities. As a leader, you must have the power and desire to penetrate into their hearts, to reach the fibers that make up their entire emotional structure and to generate that fine, intense impulse that would energize them and make them want to become better. A true leader possesses all means able to transform people.

Can you heal an illness without knowing a whole series of symptoms, knowing that everything that manifests on the surface springs from a deep cause?

When it comes to transforming people in good you have to show the same interest, the same ingenuity, the same presence of spirit, the same acuity of mind, the same initiatives as Dr. Jacques Mérey. You have to find those deep spiritual states making up the human being and to generate that mobilizing impulse to awaken people's curiosity, the desire to involve, the desire to create, to think and to improve continuously current performances.

However, for that you should place yourself in a psychological way in relation to them, to cause that intense emotional effect that to remove any complex, any concern, whereby to put forward their potential, values, personality, skill and renewing spirit. Don't forget that every symptom betrays a cause, not just an effect. And what matters is not the multitude of effects, but their common cause.

An individual's evolution is directly proportional to the impulse received to fulfill oneself through knowledge, under the action of a superior force of influence.

You cannot treat social distancing without knowing the particularities of the other person's outward expression. But you? Just as to cure an illness, it is often needed to know a range of symptoms - so to strengthen ties with other people it is needed to know a number of features of exteriorization of their feelings. You must exercise that influence on them that would bring them to the point that they would feel the need to fulfill themselves morally and professionally through knowledge. Do not forget that moral force which defines the powers of the individual is given by the evolution.
