When you keep going forward, others fall behind.

On December 17, 1903, with only five people present, at 10:35 a.m., Orville Wright, lying on his stomach between the wings of the airplane, soared into the air for 12 seconds and landed at a distance of 30 meters from the place of departure. It was the first flight in the airplane.

An hour later, Wilbur Wright reached 50 meters. At noon, the plane managed to stay in the air for 59 seconds !

The combustion engine airplane had been made, and the Wright brothers were the first to design and test it in flight.

The young men had listened with their mouths agape to the story of the aviator, as if they themselves had taken part in the adventures of the famous invention of the Wright brothers, stood up and thanked him. The narrator also stood up and held out his hand. From afar, from the line where he added the line of airplanes, which took part in the acrobatic contest, came, to their hill, the rumor of military music.

You must always be aware of your uniqueness and value if you want to dominate the leadership area, in that no one else can take your place in a history that you write, with your hand, with evidence of your achievements. The uniqueness of the value that the results obtained through perseverance and even with the risk of life give you, aware that any mistake can bring you down from the height at which you rushed with courage, is an attempt to dominate that factor called “always” despite any “since always”.

When you set out to achieve a goal that is difficult to achieve, and if you are given all the freedom to try at least one “first intervention”, only then can you place yourself in the category of those who know that they need to be noticed if they want to differentiate themselves from the rest of the world.

But your place may be in the area where you do not want to compare yourself with someone else, because the achievements obtained with your hand must contain proof of the performance of a character who writes his own immortal story. Success belongs to those who have risen above all others. Or when you get the best in the world you start to get used to the first position and you never want to go down to the second place.

Can a relation experience be added to your life experience between what you are able to become and what you are able to achieve, so that the proof of your value is valid in one direction of evolution?

It was well-said by someone: “Being yourself in a world that is constantly looking to turn you into someone else is the greatest achievement.” Because the only direction of human evolution, besides any other form of self-motivation, is to bring its realization to the level of the exigencies of its own vocation.

To be the best in the world in one field means to be aware that you are evolving rapidly to perfection, while others are behind you for too many years to be able to count them. And if the brightest spirits came together in a wonderful brainstorming, be aware that all together they would not do even 1% of what you did. And all together they wouldn’t get close to your talent in over 1000 years.

One man is worth more than the rest of the world. Take Freddie Mercury as an example. If all the singers in the world came together, do you think that all of them together will ever be able to compose a “The show must go on”, version 2.0?

The big problem with the characters who became “great stars” overnight is that they hurried to assert themselves, but without letting God grind their talent to perfection. The only proof of perfection is that transformation of man, gradual but evolutionary, with the speed of a snail, which occurs in a long time, through many trials and failures. So that you would need extremely rich testimonies regarding the fruits of his steadfast toil to follow him in the natural dynamics of history.

Leadership is the vocation to every day face the challenge called “innovation” in terms of what you are willing to leave behind as a memory of a creation that remains permanent, unforgettable.

The Principle Of A Level Difference is closely related to your ability to overcome your self-imposed limits (or those imposed by the faith of others), so that everything you achieve is directly proportional to the value you attribute to yourself and the way you allow others to relate to you.
