The Secret Is Elsewhere

Sometimes I look at what kind of training is provided by the community of speakers, trainers, coaches, mentors or consultants in Romania (mainly). It is not difficult for the eye to observe a resemblance between all these specialists in the field of motivational discourses, especially if we take into account the fact that everything one says ends up being said by the other.

The first thing to come up at such courses is the variant of subject that seems to be repeated indefinitely, with only a few differences of approach:

1. “How to achieve your goals” or “From goal to result”.

2: “How to sell more profitably” or “From sale to prosperity”.

3: “How to make money from… anything” or “From idea to money”.

4: “Trainer of trainers course”.

When I see such titles of subjects, I simply feel like retiring to a limited space from which everything has been removed, it has such a zero point that I feel like everything is being emptied within me. Only the clean breath and the scent of the flowers in the garden keep me alive.

Instead of these trainers “specialized in the field” I would try not to repeat myself, but I would come up with something new. There are so many new things to discover or cultivate that never find their energy catalyst, that never let you forget that you are more than you think you are. And some people have forgotten the law of great knowledge which says that “something that is often repeated is something already commonplace.”

Is the creation to which you dedicate yourself with enthusiasm in relation to the factual material the beginning of a way of thinking that can become the new beginning of the “Renaissance in One”?

The secret of success in any field lies elsewhere… in broadening the horizon of interpretation and application of knowledge. New and good ideas come from those who are in no hurry to prove their worth, except through an acute need to turn knowledge into a continuous process of creation, close to a kind of thinking that is the beginning of a way of thinking that can become the new beginning of the “Renaissance in One”.

And here I am referring to a kind of creation whose fulcrum is art and a therapy for the soul, a science of nourishing various minds with a penchant for spirituality (which many have abandoned).

Renaissance in One, I see it as a special and delicate, defining thing in a unique creation that promotes the idea of an association between the aesthetics of visual arts and the aesthetics of the written word, full of meanings, referring to the old symbolism of Fulcanelli.

And this idea, presented in a form that is as organized and as objective as possible, must have the force to determine the student to say: “Yes, this is what I want”. Somehow, your science must lead people to autonomy, self-determination, self-confidence, a high level of professionalism, pro-activity, to the ability to explore and change their conditions of manifestation.

You need to know something else. The true promoters of progress are lucky to always meet when they are most needed, and to form a formidable team. But first everyone must prove that their ideas are an indispensable condition for progress. Gradually, a circle of vital forces will be formed that will contribute to the position of each one on the first place in the ranking of the most valuable Brands.

Every day you become more and more aware of your value and all you have to do is think about how it can be measured (first of all) in words, in the most credible way. Obviously, there are many situations where ideas will not be fully accepted, so you need to revitalize them, give them a different shade or highlight their natural “symbol” look – and always do that with the thought in mind that when you change a man’s suit, you actually change his personality.
