What Does Leadership Mean To You?
Learn to respond to your thoughts and deeds as a unique way of bringing and integrating a spiritual experience into social reality.
If you didn’t know, you’re finding out now. Weak people, those who lack the courage to go to battle, always react through an incomparable treachery to every challenge of the world, often compensating for any suffering, any inferiority complex through an unexpected, and as subtle as possible, violent reaction.
Look at the quiet, studious, formerly top of the class man, always at home, every Sunday at church, praying 3 times a day, family man, eating no meat at dinner, etc.
Try to show him that you are much more intelligent than him, try to contradict him with any argumentation and see how he reacts. You will see how easy it is to completely get on his nerves ! But be careful, he is like those tiny bottles filled with the most venomous poison, which if they explode…
So, you have to be a real craftsman in poisons to know how to annihilate and deviate with great dexterity any unwanted effect… in what regards some people.
Let us remember the famous Martha Lowenstein, known as “The Poisoner of Austria”. Here’s how the world described her: “She is so delicate she wouldn’t hurt a fly.”
- Yes, delicate and deceptive as a still water – will say the general prosecutor in the courtroom when handing out the death penalty.
Are you prepared to answer the challenge of thinking who you really are when you forget that you are still something else in an attempt to surpass yourself?
Where and how is the essence of man determined? Is it not in the attempt to prepare man to define a lasting existence in time, to assure a trust in that reason that can say “God exists and I will be saved because I have dealt with any temptation, because I have overcome all trials, endured anything only out of love for my fellow people”?
The essence of man is determined by the dimension of his thoughts and deeds, good or bad, when he is faced with a reality that is far too cruel and cold for his experience of life up to that point. The unconditional predominance of the capacity to discern the effects of certain changes on his professional and, indirectly, personal situation can break the balance that characterizes a well-balanced soul, preventing his adaptation to the conditions of life.
The deepest regret appears when you are filled with enmity against someone or something, or when you are faced with the assertion of a doubt about reality. It is like looking into a mirror in which your image appears distorted because of the suffering of having lived a certain life experience at a low intensity. In this case, your entire philosophy resembles more a defense mechanism against the suffering of being like you are when you are “disgusted your yourself”.
The level of supportability of personal attitudes comes from the attachment to the effect of life that tends to devalue when you feel that you are not fitting into your ideal of perfection.
The most pretentious feeler and intellectuals sin not only through a contemptuous and arrogant attitude, full of pride and vanity, but rather by a detachment from the surrounding world, through the care of not falling into absurd adventures.
If we need to find a preventive means against human passions and sins to avoid unwanted effects, then it is good to keep away from the occurrence of events, the encounter and avoidance of which requires a certain spiritual experience that is a shield against the temptation to succeed in petty purposes, against the deception of being free in a strict way of life.
The attempt to surpass yourself sometimes resembles an attempt to blame someone else for a mistake of yours that could have been avoided if you didn’t want it to end up the way it did. It is a kind of denial of spirituality. In this case, your way of waking up feelings of action, but with a selfish character, is anchored in a context dominated by despair and frustration, when you are overcome by the inability to do more than others, the inability to be at the same level with them when it comes to being “adorable”.
This is what it means to be endowed with the traitor’s vocation. It is also a way of surpassing anyone: by alienating the assets of others, by cheating, by conspiracy, by denial, by the erosion of relationships. It means that you have certain visions and a certain experience of moving things, but not in an orthodox manner.
Proving you have a strong character means to permanently return to searching for the good element within you that is not available for the evil that happens to you.
At the opposite end, people are balanced by their own forces in the sphere of greater stability of values over time, not because of inertia in a painful state of mind. Look at the guy who so well combines the knowledge of things with physical exercise. He knows how to exhaust his negative energy; he does not allow it to spool up inside of him (until it explodes). Try to provoke him with anything. Wanna bet he won’t even notice you?
Strong people do not respond to any challenge, they do not react through dirty perfidy or dirty secrets, but rediscover themselves by identifying with an active spiritual experience. Moreover, they annihilate their dominant manifestations through a calm of mind, thoughts, and soul, always preferring to enjoy a sauna after 20 km of running.
At the end of the day, he is not the one who decides what the ideal life looks like, but his whole ability to understand the moment he experiences, the present moment in the totality of a balanced way of thinking reflected in a peaceful attitude expressing force and grandeur.
Self-discontent is a testimony of existence itself seen as a validation of the fragility of man in the face of the experience of being less than the expectations he insists on imposing.
What does leadership mean to you?
For me, leadership means to emphasize the predominant faculty of sound thinking in an active, emotional and intellectual character, reflected in a behavior that cannot be blamed.
The most durable leadership can be regarded as an expression of spirituality contained in an ideal of greatness, lived for a creed that requires a certain self-discipline in order to grasp the sense of moral and social responsibility.
