"The Mexican" made a lot of buzz in its time. The entirety of Moscow’s theater world talked about the young director’s debut play. Its novelty even more apparent today. Eisenstein attacked the very foundations of theater aesthetics in this way. The play supported two emotional and simultaneous shocks, but clearly differentiated: it participated emotionally and directly to the action and, at the same time, the emotion was conveyed to the other characters on the stage which in turn were participants to the same action.
Through its ubiquity, the play was destroying the organic unity of a theatrical performance and at the same time, foreshadowed a cinematic manner. The audience was witness to a sort of early form of montage. The director later remarked that the very act of bringing action to the stage was an element of cinema, unlike the specifically theatrical element which represents the reaction to an event. Therefore, "The Mexican", in Eisenstein’s creation, is a first link in a chain.*
Does your science have a ZOOM of the access perspectives to a new type of professional experience which puts in the foreground the recourse to the organic unit of a phenomenon of "participation in the same action"?
One who is pervaded by a certain truth and understands it in all its clarity, can at any time distance themselves from the area of general conclusions of science offered by the novelty in a field. But especially of the science that doesn’t have a "zoom" of the access perspectives to a new type of professional experience, to a new level of understanding, to a new instrument of control over the promotion of certain variants of constructing a creation, through the combinations result from the destruction of the organic unity of a whole complex of concepts, ideas and principles.
And this truth, taken more as a dialogue partner who thoroughly knows its subject, aims not only at the way in which the creator interacts in a single scenario of using his science, but rather the way in which he treats the durable causes of the conflicts between the different approaches and directions of progress.
Zoom is a trade-off between the need to bring out a deep sensitivity and the need to convey the emotion felt in the face of an exceptional fact played out in a short time. It allows access to a type of professional experience that emphasizes the recourse to the organic unit of a phenomenon of “participation in the same action”, by the fact that the subject, the frame, the decoration, each gesture of the characters and their filming mode, become one with the chain of events that the director puts on stage.
Can your creative project start without an assessment of science, only by reducing the dose of conformity in the process of extending the tendencies to highlight the experience of forming the “New Man” consciousness?
An attempt to instill scientific creation with a shred of something that defines you, introducing new connecting pieces where a certain advantage needs to be created, attacking the foundations of the old structures of production and conception of models of good practice can lead to rejection from others. But it can also mean a major advantage for finding new means of multiplying forms of knowledge and using them in an environment where differences of mentality do not lead to tensions.
The appeal to the ideal of creation is the support on which leadership is built upon, not only as a domain of pure thought, but one of thinking permanently applied in practice and continually reinforced by the results obtained in innovative ways. The New Man is the creation of a reconstruction of events that paradoxically increase in intensity with the development of consciousness of a transcendent reality, which implies a certain symbolism in the way of perceiving reality.
No leader-creator strictly complies to the tradition rigors imposed by society or the scientific environment, or by a regime that preaches "the new man". Therefore, the project of creation may proceed without an initial assessment of science and without assessing conformity to canons. But the presentation should have a positive impact on others.
The main leadership approach characteristic of the directorial vision has as a main objective the bringing on the stage of the propulsive action derived from the reality of the ordinary people put in extraordinary situations, with the effect of adapting their reaction to the events that change the face of the world.
A First Link In A Chain emphasizes that first step towards a unity in diversity, which by respecting the basic principles, clothes leadership in an attractive form of presentation, with a positive impact on others, making it worthy of being appreciated.
