For Bill Parrish, CEO of Parrish Communications, there was only one world: this world. Until the moment when fate brought him out a man whose soul was taken by the Prince of Darkness, who wanted at all costs to take a trip on earth.

Everything has changed in Bill when he met Joe Black. They sat facing each other like two warriors with guns hidden, like two adversaries who hide their thoughts, in order to expose them only when they will start to attack. Bill did not know what Joe wants from him, but he felt that this had a great power.

Or to create and develop a good relationship and as closer to other people, first you have to strive to do something extraordinary, to have some achievements that would amaze all people, that would emphasize your qualities and aptitudes. People need to appreciate your virtue and wisdom, to admire you for what you feel and think, to appreciate you as a person knowing the meaning of the value at all levels.

Self-esteem is like a book: you have reached the middle of reading it and you realize that you do not like it, and the loss is greater if you abandon it than it is if you reach the last page. In the end, you can at least have the satisfaction of writing a well-documented review, but still get a single star for it.

A Fund Of Greatness For Your Evolution is the guarantee of your achievements. You can smooth over most of the imperfections, and you can create an image to inspire respect and admiration, to convey to others a sense of confidence in your potential, unless you will permanently invest in yourself, in your personal and professional development. To become a unique and valuable person you must gather resources that are constantly feeding your potential, and to use them in order to maximize your chances of being chosen as a potential partner or as a role model for others.

The way you align to the claims of others determines your self-image. The meeting with Joe, it was an opportunity for Bill to evaluate his skills and qualities in a convincing manner. The bridge through which you can win people by your side, by that you can overcome any misunderstandings and any conflicts, the bridge by that you can achieve effective communication with others, which reflects your vision and objectives, derives from your potential to be consistent both with yourself, to be congruent with your own values and beliefs - and with others, to live up to their claims, and to be congruent with their values and beliefs.

You must feel that you have leadership and guide potential and guide that people want for them. Just as some companies should improve their current strategy, and then to seek to develop a better strategy - even so, you first need to improve your personal qualities and aptitudes, and only then to try to develop relationships with other people.
