Point your research efforts towards new directions of valuing performance potential, so that your evolved science doesn’t transform into a source of uncertainty and disorientation.

I was so close and yet so far away from discovering the inexhaustible fund of understanding resources, that pretiosum rubinus, the crimson stone of science. Penetrated by the almost invincible impulse of research, towards making the calculating formula of the index that measured all constituent elements of truths and non-truths, I skipped everything the abyss of nonexistence represented. A plunge into a parallel world. An adventure which has resulted in a disconnect from the routine of the "acceptable", allowing the installation of a flexible and adaptive thinking. And yet, restricted by an external force.

I felt I was conditioned to deny all I knew, by an invisible force that turned my research efforts towards new directions and priorities in rethinking the hypotheses that diminished the degree of falsifying the real by the imaginary. And this meant yet another step towards the multiplication of understanding perspectives of the way in which the great rules of science are born and function. Therefore, I had to try and highlight the discrepancy between what I knew and what I believed, guiding me in my work after Georges Cuvier’s precept: to name, to describe, to classify. The difference was important.

As for my progress towards the acquisition of advanced science, which I had to take into account in order not to compromise my strength of being myself, I shaped my thinking according to the meaning expressed by the Romanian aesthetician Liviu Rusu:

“When a certain microbe is introduced into the body through a vaccine, it actually introduces the seeds of conflict. Fighting with these seeds increases the body’s resistance to certain diseases. Spiritual vigor also depends on the resistance power of the “microbes” of primary tendencies. He who leaves himself to the will of his primitive nature will never be a creative artist.”

Can you capitalize on the performance potential that can change the image of the science you currently possess, expressing yourself through the idea "I can see beyond what they are at the origins"?

I couldn’t really tell if it was true or false everything that was hiding inside that closed space that operated with unclear laws. Science had become rather a source of uncertainty. I could not exclaim, "See, you were right ! ", because first I had to prove that two distinct realities cannot exit simultaneously. A reality of an imaginary world and a reality of a rational world.

An artist who knows how to become one with his revelations, a creator who knows how to use the conquests of science and culture to build a strong self-confidence always expresses himself through the idea: “I can see beyond what I am at my origin”. That is, I had to realize that I was more than I thought I was, and that I was able to better master the art of putting together, of associating materials, shapes, textures, of forming that structure in which the parts stand, without fighting the chimeras of the imagination.

Science is the priority of the version of a self who wants to relive part of another reality, one in which what seems to be in a certain way today, tomorrow is the exact opposite. I felt a stranger rather, in a poorly defined framework, equidistant from everything meaning comprehension, as if I fell on the outer slopes of a more complex impact crater. I was hit directly by what is called blocking-distortion resulting from a process of wishful thinking.

These attempts to manipulate science were accompanied mainly by the words of Romanian scenographer Helmut Stürmer: "Just when you think you got something and try hammer in a reality, its opposite appears automatically."

How do you evaluate the act of overhauling your being out of an acceptable routine, by mirroring a near-perfect overlap between what isolates you from the world and the challenge of discovering a new world?

We will only be able to rethink leadership through the lens of evolution, applied in the context of ongoing relation to a well-defined framework of science, without letting ourselves be limited by the discoveries we’ve made. All that means comprehension, observable and describable, especially in the conditions of dynamic development, lies in the installation of a flexible and adaptive thinking, more imaginative and more creative. But one that is almost always restricted by that external force called "the rational."

To design and lead the process of developing leadership, specific to the science that teaches us that the resources of knowledge and evolution are endless, towards the durable approach of the different areas of intellectual gain, the deficit of uncertainties is taken into account. One that is born with questions succeeded over the time of our pervasion into a more evolved space of knowledge and self-awareness, conditioning us to renounce everything we know.

It is primarily the act of revising our own being through reflection, by analyzing coincidences and differences between what is proper and what is foreign, between what we think and the implications we cannot foresee.

Do you support science’s quest for self-fulfillment in the field of leadership research, by challenging it to multiply the perspectives needed to measure one’s own performance?

The invisible force that guides our research efforts towards new directions of valuing the performance potential, in rethinking those ideas, principles and opinions that are against our own assessment, is given precisely by the desire of evolution. Winning a decisive battle, through self-taxation, in order to gain our independence from under the sway of foreign rule – of that qualitative different form of knowledge, it is essential for avoiding any collapse. Which, taking the form of stagnation tendencies, instantly defiles any appetite for performance and innovation.

Leadership can be investigated through the outstanding contribution you make to the development of science, and the perspective of measuring one’s own performance envisages a sustainable approach to science with the help of imaginative training reflected in a reality that gives us hope that what we see might be different.

We can say that our power of research is completely outside leadership’s sphere of investigation when we cannot manage to fully exploit the resources of a new intellectual "birth" – the winning step in rethinking our positioning, in terms of approach, on a top place of science. A plunge into a parallel world, following the case of the intersection between the supply and demand of scientific capital, which enhances the exploration assets of leadership is the only way out of that compromising impasse, blocking-distortion.

Only by identifying the strengths and challenges of each new structure of adopted thinking, enabling our passing towards a higher level of evolution, will we be able to make a bigger step towards the multiplication of perspectives necessary to measure self-performance. And to implement all that we have accumulated to diversify and optimize leadership.

The performance potential imposed by the leadership dimension achieves the highest degree of creative freedom in the ability of science to answer any question, on the one hand, and in the pursuit of science to manage the key moments of the game called: “plunge into a parallel world”.
