A Triple Change Of The Light
Concern yourself about the direct perceiving of the essence of art, developing the experiences of those conceptions elaborated in detail which may further lead to maximizing your reason of creation.
Eisenstein's concern for the cinema is duplicated by another one. In the foreground appears a seemingly unusual passion: Eisenstein mounts on the stage of Bolshoy Theatre, the opera "The Valkyrie" by Wagner. He makes it, as he states, with an indescribable enthusiasm and inspiration. He makes it concerned about the direct perceiving of the music and its staging embodiment.. He also makes it and with the thought of some experiences that he would use in the upcoming movies.
He checks his ideas about the unity between sound and image, about the dramatic function of color. In the final act, for instance, he composes, in agreement with Wagner's orchestration, a triple change of the light across the whole background of the scene... (silvery light, coppery and azure blue) and puts struggle between the shades of azure blue lights and the purple flames in tone with the score of "Feuerzauber". We are witnessing here, in fact, at the experiences of some further elaborated concepts. *

Through its permanence in building and developing a high mastery, leadership may be a double-edged sword, headed either against the one practicing an advanced form of art, or against the one who fails to enroll his ideas "with the something extra" in the sphere of a vast experience of creation. That also means a becoming at the level of perception of the advanced knowledge forms, of superior intellectuality, of some relevancy unknown aspects.
An orientation towards the authenticity of discovering new dimensions of the art through an initiation in the space dedicated to the revelations and perceptions that recommends you as an artist, may differentiate you from the crowd by the imprint of imagination and originality. Practically, when you create you have to highlight a personal view of certain moments, experiences or beliefs, that captures the most important elements of your model of thinking.
As a director, you must secure a definitive “supremacy” of some conceptions capable of becoming part of unforgettable moments and an image that tells a story about the personality and greatness of your own being in the colors of a reality that is as mysterious as possible. Your vision must reflect more than a crescendo of the will to achieve something with which to fully identify yourself and that would contribute in the same time to the development of what might be called "Self Representation".
Personal Leadership is a reflection of the experience used in future achievements as a result of interactions between the content of ideas you have to play in a new forms and concepts built and promoted which you choose to highlight your abilities.
Do you use the "alternating current" in the crystallization process of science rather than the continuous one, using "closed-open" contacts?
This experience of the self that flows all over the creation, meets curiosity, the willingness to try something new, the ability to perceive intuitively the place of art in the manifestation of some new entities like "the change occurs through access to a particular source of renewing the reference points in defining some new trends" with future challenges in the way of managing the concepts on which rely the leadership models.
To use in the crystallization process of science more the "alternative current" than the continuous one, seeking that characteristic of thinking that gives greater value of certainty to the conclusions you have achieved and to the conceptions you have formed, is equivalent to the long and systematic using of the creative experience rather in the sense of achieving the extension of the rules for applying the knowledge used in the future projects.
The norms of applying knowledge have as a main characteristic the performance achieved in testing the effectiveness of creation in a conceptual format (describing the relationships between man and art correlated with reality) to fulfill the role of triggering the effect of authenticity.
While the contacts of "closed-open" type are actually two aspects of your own self. The first aspect concerns the possibility to stagnate into a pattern of counterintuitive thinking, the other one takes into account the possibility to improve yourself through a better exploitation of ideas.
The path towards authenticity is reserved for the means of realizing some further developed concepts, tributary to some ideas and trends of the future, which through their essence and consistency mark the being rendition manner of a form of perception over the interaction between the content and image you project upon the world.
A triple change of the light aims the diffuse assessment of reality that you represent in the "fever of creation", leaving a free path towards the construction of some new patterns of thinking.
