Everything Depends On The Leader

If your father had been told in that moment, when he pointed the barrel of that gun to his forehead. If I had been told, in that moment when I removed prison bread from my bed, bread I had not touched for three days straight. If we were both told, in that supreme moment:
"Live ! There will come a day, when you will be happy, and will bless life ! ", from wherever that voice would come from, we would have listened to it with the smile of doubt drawn on our lips, and with the turmoil of mistrust. And yet, for how many times, when your father hugged you, did he not bless life? How many times have I not done so myself…
Maximilien, give yourself the patience to accomplish this difficulty task – wait, and live – and I promise you that the heavens will bear down their gifts upon you ! *
The experiment of "pain", by means of temporary constraints or by means of a delimitation in a different chapter of life, in a puzzle game in which you have but one piece at your disposal – waiting – in order to restore spiritual and moral balance, represents the first moment in which the supremacy of personal ego is questioned, and in which you face your true quality.
And often, the quality, constantly carrying the debt of a higher purpose, precedes the rise of interest in respect of matters relating to the criteria of clarity and predictability, in an image of a completely different and special spiritual need.
The representative profile of the man sets himself as the basis of all things, by adopting the conduct of being informed by the eventual changes that can mark him or that lead towards fulfillment, bringing him closer to the imagined ideal, by order of his whole spiritual content, can adapt to the shape of a fine hourglass that measures the passage of time in favor of what he is able to promise and accomplish.
The profile can be perceived and treated often as possible link in the relationship between reality, expectations, time and life experiences, based on both inner and outer knowledge. The profile of this type of man is dictated by his capacity of relating himself to an external point of view, to an enlightening authority that exercises its power in applying a pressure related to that same matrix of transition probabilities towards the new, towards the better and towards a new mode of being.
Important in playing a huge role in the course of events, is to be heard by a superior entity of thought, wisdom, control, supervision, and to be identified as a key man, as the main cause of an ampler change in the scope of a plan of extending leadership.
To be able to test your character, to climb the steps in a development that will be good, as far as you recognize the true importance of "superiority" in your life, you need to connect to an alternative source of validation – which can sustain and promote your capacity as a guarantor of the support in achieving mighty goals.
"Superiority" utilizes all your state parameters that vary greatly at any given time, and depending on the specifics of your individual nature, on the nature of intended purpose or on your openness to which you relate to towards change, you will become a part of It. You will yourself become a superior man, through the newly established connection at a level of direction and action.
The most important value you can get from the position of an optimal reference level, which indicates you as an impressive authority in EVERYTHING, aims at recognizing your ability to make compromises in what regards the way in which you transform the lives of others in the face of a destiny that, even if it imposes a suffering, does not bear any offering.
Adaptive Leadership refers to the process through which the integration between your own self and a superior thought entity, produces an effect that may or may not positive values. Take your state into account. You can feel the influence of "supremacy" only if you give someone permission to fold upon your state of being, in one way or another, and produce a total reset.
