Leadership becomes increasingly neglected at the present time. They do not understand what "integrity" is. For as a blind man lacks the sense of observation, they lack the self-consciousness, which, like a pearl sinking into the sea, increasingly loses its value and tends more and more not to mean absolutely nothing.

Furthermore, the leadership, which reflects the meeting of self and human nature, diminish its chances to benefit of a harmonious development, specializing in the lower layers of a vision and some sick manifestations, deprived of any virtues.

Just as multicellular organisms arise from a single cell, the egg cell, so your potential of a leader will develop from that single connection that is established between the parties which define you, guaranteeing your right to impose yourself firmly in the process of changing things, of the actions that you can change. Towards obtaining benefits and fructification of long-term results.

If you want to engage in the race to perfection, learn to think like a leader who knows exactly what are the strengths and weaknesses of his own Ego - that controlling his senses, and grinding his character.

When you investigate and understand your own being, your own character, and your own feelings, you feel that you win once again the fight with yourself; you feel that you advance and progress. You feel, just like a sculptor who can send a message to all by his works itself, that you keep things under control, that you keep some stability in terms of your life, and your Ego in relation to your leadership.

You feel that you answer with consideration to any form of transmission of your ideals. You feel that you can calculate and value, just as a philatelist calculates the value of any stamp by a solid expertise, any form of exercising your authority, any action that you entrepreneur. You appease your mind, consciousness and soul knowing that the principles that you have imposed to comply are not violated by doubt or indifference.

A leadership that is based on the high pillars of understanding the depth of "Man" finds its mission once with the consequences of your progress. Or, temporarily or permanently end its mission in the situations when you are headed by what dictates your critical conscience, not the pure reason that prevails. You can fight for preserving and developing your leadership only if you pay the very expensive insurance policy to make sure against a depreciation of your Ego.

The way you pass through the "tunnel of transition" determines the way you will perform in the future.

However, leadership cannot occur by itself. First, you need to separate Ego of Non-Ego, namely to improve the relation with that part of you that is working normally, who knows and always knew that you are, and you can be more than you think you are.

In the end, all your efforts will prove to be in vain, your own Ego will exhaust by itself. And your leadership will go down without shining, its quality will be lost in time, without anyone ever knowing of its existence.

Your future may reserve with high probability the "surprise" of confirming an ineffective leadership, which is closely related to that complement of your own way of being. Only as you progress in leadership science research you discover your deficiencies.

An Ego perceived separately from reality that sees himself as the most important part of reality.

As foremost representative of a kind of pseudo-philosophy not at all potent, that awakens only doubts and suspicions, you have the power to withdraw in a listening and waiting attitude or in a hardness attitude similar to: "I am against everyone." – that can be quenched only by a certain disinterest.

Do you subscribe to the plan of the tendency to be self-sufficient in the stages of the reality you explore?

In the plan of the tendency to be self-sufficient and to develop your mechanisms to perpetuate superiority, I find valid – as a more acute wakeup call – the option to exclude yourself for an undetermined period from the equation of the obligations-achievements audit.
