Becoming functional only with the price of failure, leadership never ceases to interest spirits concerned with their future, with how they will act in their new position. This science evermore planted in the mindset of our days, is helping the man ambitious to create, treat and expose art – not as some commodity where the "commercial network" allows it – but rather as a long term investment, as a reflection in the mirror constantly enlightening his true skills, passions, motivations, intentions and ideals.

From the moment of events, so once you start to flaunt your knowledge and practice your skills, the danger of decreasing your value becomes smaller. The most powerful effects of stimulating hidden abilities, creativity and productivity become increasingly obvious, providing real answers that you will use in your path to success. So you will always seek to act in a way that you would not have normally done.

Do you create leadership as some commodity or as a long term investment?

An enormous amount of practices borrowed from various famous models of leadership or made in collaboration with prestigious professionals in the field, through sharing of resources, does not induce a dose of responsibility. But it can produces great harm, transforming leadership in a duplicate with exaggerated claim to impose itself as a major art.

Obviously, the rudimentary copy of this leadership, performed under untrained, undeveloped and unproved processes and techniques, which can afford only short term positive results, will hardly have the original qualities.

In short, leadership must be a dynamic process, based on motivation, and should not be turned into a duplicate valid only in the current day of your "review". For your leadership to take shape and have long life, you should adjust your attitude and practices appropriately with your own potential to yield results even in the absence of examiners.

In terms of development of a man who cannot distinguish well reality from appearances, the problem of achieving faithful and plausible leadership reproductions to increase the size of your productivity gain after a series of ambiguous results, clues that he did not know initially how to interpret them, becomes pressing.

The inferior quality material out of which such an individual is cut, processed with small "artifices" rather than with thinking operations: analysis, synthesis and comparison, comes to be used in making all kinds of prototypes of leader with claims of advanced levels.

But given the fact that someone interferes – in terms of gain such a person represents to other people or the loss they feel themselves – for leadership to like and allure on the line of contrast effects between old and new, everything takes on a serious tone. In this case, leadership becomes a disappointment, a damage targeting exclusively the proper functioning of a company.

We can always identify a series of failure indicators in fulfilling a leadership objective, such as: "grade repetition" following current assessments, which attest low levels of competence.

Specifically, grade repetition in communicating a vision of personal transformation. Or grade repetition in teaching a life lesson which leads to the involvement and simulation of practical skills. Grade repetition in assuming an obligation, directly involving yourself in others' activities, peacefully, faithfully and efficiently exercising your authority. Or grade repetition regarding freedom of speech violations.

All failure indicators are linked to the need of belonging to a much broader awareness that, when making decisions to impose obligations, is dormant and ignored.

I tend to believe that one of the leadership development trends is that of monitoring and evaluation of outcome indicators of excellence production activity of people around you, consisting in the temporary nature of the image you form about them until you get to know them, and another image, the one you have after getting to know them very well.

Clear opportunities to expand leadership within the personal life of people, not in the sphere of organizational activity, are increasingly emerging. Vast expansion possibilities of perception about people, by reproducing reality with perfect objectivity in all its aspects, by different criteria for assessing work and its importance, with the help of leadership and its options to control influence are looming.

But especially through your model to relate to the reality of their soul, to their power to recover, to rise above all weaknesses, so by increasing your adaptability level to their operating conditions.

I have the impression that, concerning the forms of human knowledge, without reaching a complete settlement of what bothers man, pushing him to reckless deeds he may regret later on, leaders do not have a very rich experience, stemming from the experience of a vast area of expertise, that aim the ingression into a discreet area of attachment to the importance or usefulness that man gives to his own creation.

An impossibility to appreciate what is truly relevant to ensure maximum productivity, makes the image of leadership completely compromised.

Can you transform your leadership into a form of a perfect art?

You cannot be a leader if you contradict, flagrantly, and with detachment, your voters. You cannot be seen as a great man, if you cannot validate your upstanding character.

Just as the archaeologist must put together the discovered historical relics, painstakingly, with patience, imagination and intelligence, in order to get that all of the historical period from which they date - so do you, to be able to give value to your leadership, you must bring to light from the soul of the people (especially from those complicated and difficult) that multitude of small feelings, but steady, which define them, which gives meaning to their lives, that feed their sufferings and joys. To put them together, then to keep away, or at least to minimize the most harmful ones.

It is not enough to be a leader only with the name, only because you were accepted in the lead, but you must present your leadership in the light of your real qualities, of those qualities that make place for "better". You must create from leadership a form of an accessible art, serious and entertaining, not decorative - a form of art that would serve as a means of relationship and transformation.

A dysfunctional leadership, poor of content, sickly by the constraints imposed, riddled by the uninspired decisions - may, however, in some cases, to advance to higher levels, but with the risk of producing sorrows among people, in their consciousness. The thing that will entail more serious consequences, such as your sudden, total, and definitive abandonment, just as a neurological disorder untreated on time can advance to the brain causing patient’s death.

Just as a painter always considers the formal structure and color in order to optimize image quality, so people need to consider your inner feeling, so that they could be able to optimize more efficiently the resources necessary to carry out the activities in accordance with your goals.

And this world of emotions, in the immediate vicinity of the complex of beliefs, allows us to submit, in its own conception, to that empire of thinking error, mostly focused on destroying the unity of being. An empire born by chaining all the events and decisions, of the quid pro quos ("then" instead of "now") established under the order of agitation or unfulfilled waiting. Pointing towards a less elevated form of "being", towards a wrong understanding of development prospects.

This is the question that troubles us. What common language can ensure the fruitful partnership between an Ego, oversized by the productions of understandings provided by the source of life and the leadership of social utility, not only scientific, on the scale of temporal continuity, taking into account the real needs of training and progress?

Well, it is the language of the freedom of expressing yourself and being yourself, conditioned by reactions of thinking about oneself, closely related with what fascinates you, by appropriating the elements of a perfect science. This freedom has a function of command and control over what possesses you most – the extremes, one of closing and one of opening the exchanges of beliefs – turning you into a quality human being, freed from all limitations.

Fiction imposes itself through a great complexity of composition, knead, development and relating to new values and attitudes, derives from the reasons of "Death" and "Resurrection", understood as a new form of activating the self that manifests in the form of a reflect of guidance.

Referential constraints, based on the excess of reason leading to impressive findings, constitute the minimum necessary to achieve superiority. They are actions or activities in which you prefer not to take part in, but that have great importance. They are meant to restore the system of interrelations between reality and fiction in a state of equilibrium.

If you don't prepare for a departure from yourself, then the replenishment of knowledge and crystallization of a particular understanding structure of science will have as symptom your withdrawal into a private "hell". You will place yourself under a new setup of unaccountable causes and effects, in the guise of a counter-strike, which will be experienced in time.
