I often talk about myself, with a lot of freedom of expression, with my soul, through the interweaving of dreams and chimeras, only from the desire to tame the unique destiny of a thought originated from the “Hidden World of the Open World”, so as a spectator of the events captured in an existence filled with symbolic and metaphorical load. Yet, this powerful impulse that hides deep motivations, resuscitated by the acuity of an open mind, commanded by the duty of the self that acts with a force twice as large on the support called prinuthimia creation, has nothing selfish nor narcissistic within itself.
It is simply a favor to my free nature, the product of a complicated operation of the mind that extracts from the space of a time known a priori, certain aspects of understanding life, which then makes them usable. Or maybe it is just a thought of a captivating unknown that keeps demanding more and more of me, of who I really am when no one sees me, in the middle of which is my life with all its purpose, whose link to leadership results in an attitude of total, absolute dedication to the world.
I speak about myself even of many do not understand me, because I myself no longer know if I am part of a whole science, a prerequisite for a particular identify of internal "brand", or maybe the science of a part that admits to the great basic instance, intelligence. Everything seems wrong, like innumerable rivulets flowing through rock teeth, not finding their rhythm. Of course, this doubt must somehow be replaced with self-assurance, or permanently suppressed by that penchant for the grandiose.
Depending on the exploration of which worlds do you individualize your style of living in the mirror of an emotional vision, so that you remember who you really are when no one understands you?
If would make this abstract entity known to the world, the self unplaced in the apparent world that gives value to oneself, introducing an operation with "n" elements, I would most likely get the vector product – a vector of fixed size that has direction and meaning, a measured art, demanding in terms of impact over the quality of the correct and efficient management of the cohesion funds allocated to leadership.
Art makes leadership. And to judge a new type of art means to unconsciously compare it to your own ideal, with the ideal of the Ego and of its status quantities based on experience. This, by setting the synchronization process between the unknown structure of a world devoid of landmarks, ready to be explored, and the known of a world that is in a constant search for balance and identity.
The first world has as a central point recognition and designing an identity that best reflects, in an optimistic and dynamic note, what you understand about yourself. The second world activates that option of rejection, between what exists within you in the shape of assessing activity that suffers from modifications and adaptations in the configuration of your science.
The discussions about myself, trying to highlight the value of a unique artistic consciousness in shaping the unseen things, in the clairvoyance of the “Renaissance in another World”, are easily understood in the words of the aesthetician Liviu Rusu: “The depths from which the pleasures originate have an immense extent. The superiority of his being is that he suspects his great depths, but he realizes that he cannot possess them.”
Does the image you perceive through the content of your thoughts become a possible transparency of the reality through which you can achieve “an ascension to the top of creation”?
Between the two units, artist and leader, the only possible process, by essence of content, is the process of continuous and immediate integration of one of those two worlds in self-experience and personality.
A leader can turn into the "content" creator of one of those worlds, and one that must be left to experiment and perfect with that care of an artist that paints the portrait of someone only after he made his own portrait, then he creatively associates with that science of being a median between the lower and higher to one’s own essence, only if he finds within his own reason a binder for sanding perfection.
The leadership style practice by a leader, whose uniqueness is given by the configuration of those two worlds, which is never like anything else, depends on the means of revealing, primordially, personal resources, as a part of a comprehensive science, targeted not only at organization and business aspects, but more towards the intellectual aspects of creation, opener of new horizons of the Ego.
An ascension to the top of creation can be done through a form of connecting to anything in the world, by writing or by fact, by drawing, by dream, by living grace, by the images proposed in thoughts, by the sensitivity of an artistic talent, so that what you express can gain the inner strength that other people need to evolve into another human condition: that of an archetype of plenitude and totality.
