Take a closer look in the reality of those seen and unseen to man, in order to better understand the motivation of his existence.
A matter full of inspiration deviates from the rules. His name is Hannibal Lecter. And amidst all the searches, he surrounds himself with a mysterious cloak, in order to constrain, intimidate and deceive FBI’s vigilency. The interaction with this special man, with the locked box full of valuables whose contents can’t be uncovered even by a team of seekers, is bizzare and expensive.
Just as Theodose, the grandson of old Canquoelle from Balzac’s work, after having listened to the fairy tales told around the fire set on a journey around the world to search for his fabulous uncle, so do the FBI agents that intend to find and accuse Hannibal suddenly find themselves caught in an unprecedented manipulation, which sends them chills. All the agents are led into a phantasy voyage meant to bring forth the innovative aspects of a creative personality.
Darkness replaces light. Night sets upon restless spirits. The sleep that seems to surround the FBI agents takes away their freedom to have a detached perspective over realities. Meanwhile Hannibal, at large, runs around cheerful like a child who has got his long desired toy. Get him from where he’s gone; find him where you’re not looking for him. Because he’s hiding where you least expected him to. He’s always around you. And yet, so far away.
The life of the ghost who has escaped from chains becomes a factory full of internal business, built around a cognitive dimension. And this truly obnoxious ghost lacks the gifts to show itself even in the late hours of the night. What is its id? It can no longer be categorized as a "portret". Because nobody knows what uncommon face it builds for itself. Nobody knows the formula which allowed him to transform. Not even an exception chemist could distinguish the organic compounds that offer youthful vitality to a specter. The ambiguous content of this life depiction is disappointing.
Do you assume an intelligent way to pursue any attempt to seem beyond comprehension and perhaps beyond human capacity, to become unstoppable in reaching any goal you set for yourself?
To assume an intelligent way of appearing above the understanding of the normal accepted by the thinking of other people means to assume the greatness of changing reality in the direction you want, which, even if it gives birth to an unimaginable chaos, gives you a certain importance, a certain prestige, a certain authority. With the risk of an image loss, which leadership cannot tolerate at all, you should try to create the opportunity to experience an alternative of inevitability as far as your power to control the progress of events is concerned.
Lately, I have talked more and more about the design of leadership, comprising more currently invisible aspects. That is, the depiction of the defining authority of a man fueled with all kinds of enigmas and contradictions coming from the thinking and feeling transposed in his existence. Still, there is no unanimous consensus over the situations highlighted by the vast field that would precisely reproduce human condition, his inner atmosphere.
If mathematics is a science of numbers and geometric shapes, leadership is a science of abstract thinking embraced by the man whose inner world is governed by complex prejudices, impossible standards, and deep ideas. Revealing new meanings of his personality.
And man, just like any incomplete evidence system who cannot be asked about his exact level of knowledge and perception over his own self is significantly moody. He’s comprised of seen and unseen elements. And sometimes he changes his behavior, mind and direction randomly with no justification.
Improvisation, the capacity to adapt to new and the personality games create certain contradictions which generate the instability to approach and manage leadership.
Have you become a component in the settings menu that no longer supports leadership on condition of inevitability, by the fact that you cannot be reached when someone wants to clarify a “BACKDOOR” situation?
Take a closer look in the reality of those seen and unseen to man, in order to better understand the motivation of his existence. Only so can you have a better approach and management of leadership. Whose development is possible based on "functional properties" of man that fulfill the requests of new living situations and a new becoming. In turn, this development, marked by particularities, doesn’t have to own an infinite ambiguity. Because, thus, the bizzare becomes no just unjustified, but also unaccepted.
"Take it from where it’s not, find him where you’re not looking. Because he’s hiding there, where you least expected. He’s always with you. And yet so far away." This is the consequence of basic "Erase", the cancellation of a personality trait which honors leadership. The characteristic of a thinking based exclusively on total success, regardless the consequences. Which just like a computer automation program, created to meet various requirements, allows the deletion of various individual components which define the huge complexity of a "craving" vision.
What do we find if we look beyond the visible specter of man? Do his mistakes have mitigating circumstances? Does he reject the idea of aligning himself with some rules and of some patterns given by the honorable tendencies of leadership? How does his defining authority react when unforeseen events take place suddenly? Does he dwell deeper in the power game to compose and transform everything in his favor?
The deep repercussions will no doubt reflect in the conditions of a radical evolution and complex transformation of man. That tortured reason, the rotten conscience oriented towards absolute (and at the same time towards conflict) becomes the cathalyst for understanding what he is about to become. A component in the settings menu which doesn’t support leadership, directing people towards a path which corresponds to falsity, not truth.
A “BackDoor” type situation occurs if you want to be appreciated in trying to change things that do not suit you or that are not associated with your position. Your mistake is to provide a high impact experience, without ensuring an exit for yourself from the vicious circle of a break from reality.
Darkman highlights the unseen and unknown aspects of man’s ways to act in unexpected situations. In such situations it is absolutely necessary to have an absolute self-control, a coordination of actions in order to touch a common goal. This means a strategy adopted by everyone around you. Personal options are excluded. There should be only one common action with maximum efficiency.
