What is a performer?
"Performer" (# One who performs for, or entertains, an audience) is a borrowed word, but does not strictly refer to sports activity or acting, as is commonly used.
"to perform" = to carry out a performance (thus, by extrapolation, or by analogy, it can be said that a "performer" is the person who obtains / carries out / brings performance.)
I will limit myself strictly to this sense.
Being a performer in the management of Human Resources means to combine leadership with your own character, means to combine knowledge with the personality that defines you - in your favor, but also in the benefit of other people.

The performer identifies the needs of endowment of the people around, selects their most conspicuous qualities that are necessary to change their status, character, personality.
Performer is the leader, who promotes the changing of the ones beside him by his own nature, by his way of being, by his ideology, isolating or neutralizing any non-integrable element in the architecture of their own beings.
The leader is the man, who can make performance, by polishing the material from which is composed the human being. He is the one, who manages to eliminate the dark spots of thinking, understanding and feeling - unprofitable – from the multitude of egos, treating them with wise decisions and new guidelines of the highest quality.
