The dedication is dated July 22, 1936. The first sketches for the script "Great Fergana Canal" dates from July 1939, only three years later and closer to the date of the great man of theater disappearance. *

Because the route that a master follows, necessary for striking the balance on which are located the abilities and ardors of being irreplaceable, many times bypasses the expansion space of the one who approaches it. The intention to make him understand the importance of loyalty is equivalent to the power of a stray bullet; you should not act without taking all safety measures. As the saying goes that every rose has its thorns, and every thorn is a reality.
The wisdom of a leader lies in the ability to offer your power for a greater purpose, without fear of becoming the "spare wheel", from the determination not to submit to external pressures.
I think the biggest difficulty called into a continuous degradation is the moral improvement and the character formation by providing the respect to those who do not deserve it enough. Someone called this phenomenon "A distortion of the correct cause-effect relationships, which obstruct self-fulfillment" .
Although there are many talented individuals by what they do with leadership qualities, they will not allow anyone to use their power of science manipulation, unless it is a selfless purpose. Because there is a fear: the one who leaves too much from him, in the end risks reaching the spare wheel. And this thinking does not create you a strong personality, but rather the obligation to introduce you with something that is not you, the obligation to obey your own instincts of an antagonist, highlighting features and aspects impossible to be submitted and accepted.
Leadership: Is the commitment of the creative effort validated in the sense of cultivating a new style, in perfect agreement with the reality of the self-experience without which there is no derogation?
If the reception of an experience of learning and development, or rather its formative and educative effect upon the spirit and human nature lies predominantly under the sign of inspiration and some foreign values, then the peak time of cooperation may benefit, with a substantial increase of performance, by the contribution of a new amount of intellectual skills.
And this precisely to obtain an exceptional partner status by amplifying the effect of particularly "the poor enriches" and of accepting the capabilities of dominance on the formation of a new mentality, value, attitude and vision.
There is a saying of a good friend, whose idea I share by myself: "Once you reach success make sure the sky will not open, nor you will not hear angels singing." This saying summarizes achieving a high level of authenticity, but which also makes the transition of the artist from an open mentality to the one of "Access Denied" type.
Leadership: Can you adjust your thinking to avoid getting stuck in an "Access Denied" mindset if you refuse to update your vision and accept new influences?
In this case, we may properly ask ourselves, which is the context in which he still leads? The question includes and is not limited to what can be comprised in the field of applicability of the commitment according to which the disciple cannot climb higher than the normal accepted by his master.
Well, the context is, in this case, one independent from the emotional point of view, in which the focus is put on the pride of being different, by excluding the others and by putting on the table the need for defense against them. What makes the leadership to turn into a real world of bygone glories, of art counterfeiters, with outdated thinking patterns and standards, which can only justify the leader collapse outside his talent and his entry into disrepute.
The perfect artist is a mindset such as "Access Denied" that compels other representatives of art to directly confront their poor performance achieved over time. But that does not make him the most favored and appreciated in the world.
Disciple and master are two entities that exclude or complement each other by the joint contributions brought to the sustainable development of thinking that does not stumble in clichés, not blaming anyone who possesses the advantages of philosophy according to which both sides win: win-win.
