Do Not Disappoint Your Audience

Set your final position towards your attitude, without losing yourself in a reality that does not validate your responsibility.

He continued his campaign despite the harsh threats.

A famous politician received several death threats by phone and by email, from unknown persons of the criminal world, who hoped to induce him not to continue the campaign against drug traffickers that were introducing daily in the country large quantities of ecstasy, cocaine and hashish. No one believed that the famous politician will dare more to appear in public. But he did, he came out in public, not once but several times, and hold speeches, all conveying the same message clear, deep and powerful:

"I will not let intimidated myself by any threat. I made a commitment to banish the drug trafficking networks, so I will continue the started fight."

Are you guiding yourself after a momentary map of constraints or after a permanent map of responsibility?

When you face a really delicate situation, are you fleeing from the way of responsibilities giving up fighting again for the intended purpose?

The one bearing always in his heart the desire to achieve his objectives, the one who has faith, mental strength and iron ambition, will be always more important than other people. Not by the held position, but through his total commitment towards his own system of values and beliefs.

The unfulfillment or shortcomings of a man who puts to the test his dignity and courage emerge not from him, but from those who judge him, because they remain in a consistent and strict fidelity to the meaning of taking an alleged incompatibility between what it means to be a self-conscious being, evolved, and what it means to not run away from it, not to interpret it based on how it matches the scenario in your mind.

While the genial nature of the one who acts like judiciously, displaying his superiority by means of his spiritual structure, goes beyond the formal limits of a freedom of action in all directions, such as the expression of one’s own identity and the courage to tear down the boundaries imposed by "outside voices", even if they were drawn by his own condition: alone against all others.

This passage goes beyond the limits of unilateralism it is the very brilliant greatness of a man of the highest rank.

Just as the map represents a momentary image of reality, so the responsibility represents the map of your leadership that displays the area of excellence you have taken in property. Only on this map can be really seen who you really are and how well you know yourself.

Responsibility begins with a commitment such as "I will not bow down to those who judge me" or "I will not allow myself to be intimidated by any threat". It continues with adopting a behavior starting from a reason based on values and principles, which obliges others, willingly or needful, to move in a certain direction. And it is amplified, under the influence of current events, with the echoes of a victory that can make you famous, if, of course, for some reason, you are set on for that.

The road to success in a leading position is long and hard. In order to build confidence in your leadership, for winning people by your side, then your responsibility must be permanent. If the map that you have available is outdated, then you will not be able to recognize the steps that you made, you will lose yourself in the reality that does not support your values and does not validate your responsibility - that will bring you the loss of a large quantity of influence.

Does your alarm clock awaken you from a state of "being" with an open and active heart?

Responsibility is like an alarm clock. Do you expect from your responsibility to do the job, for which you wake up every morning?

And your attitude in the face of pressure from others is like the ticking of the clock: it should be clear, but not so strong as not to arouse suspicion, hostility or anger. The reason for their ceaseless cause for annoyance, betrayed both by the character and mood that you induce, stirring rights with obligations into a pot of moral consciousness, is that all these negative impulses that tend to get stuck or to redirect you also symbolize his tragedy: "I’m too good for them and they don’t want me". Which is also a threat to your own ego.

Every person orients his thinking and actions depending on how he perceives himself in terms of his responsibility. Once you have made a solemn commitment, important, in front of the people, do everything possible to respect it. For only if you fully commit to your mission, whatever it would be the risks, you will be called upon to take important decisions.

A leading position involves risk that you should assume. If you fail to successfully fulfill your duties, you will disappoint the people who support you, who put all their trust in you, and so soon you will lose your credibility.

Nobody will respect you, you will not be considered reliable, and you will be even discredited. Therefore, if you are not convinced that you will realize what you have proposed, certainly as far as possible, do not venture yourself to undertake any action. It is better and more prudent not to take any commitment towards people, for they want to see results, not justifications and excuses.

Leadership is a consequence of the attitude to make your way in the world and to support your point of view by a relevant manifestation of moral responsibility to your own "defense".

Conclusion: Your attitude in front of constraints and pressures is what matters. For becoming a person admired and respected by everyone, is not easy. You must first fully respect your commitments and promises, and to fulfill everything you have promised, regardless of the risks, to which you are exposed.

Set your attitude towards your final position, without losing yourself in a reality that does not validate your responsibility.
