Young Eisenstein’s net judgement of dedicating himself to theater bloomed on the Civil War front. Clearly, his wish coincided with a stringent necessity of theater. Eliseev, named director of the two theater groups that were at the disposal of the political section of the 15th regiment, which was about to mount a show, toughly said: "I do not know him and I do not want to know the painter Eisenstein. But I know the site manager Eisenstein that will be necessary to me for constructing fortifications on the front line. I cannot leave him, I personally need him."

Eisenstein’s answer was just as harsh: "I don’t know how Eisenstein is a site manager, but I believe that people like him are aplenty and if you will have need, you will have more at your disposal. Instead, I very well know the painter Eisenstein and his utility in theater is familiar to you as well. Without him, the work of an entire collective stops. And you, sir, have recently adapted to acting, as you call it. And I have to honestly tell you that you have very well presented the character you’ve played. I am making an appeal to your artistic sense."

Nobody know that, in that day, thanks to a serendipitous occurrence, the artistic career of the one who would become, from site manager, then from decorative painter, the great director Eisenstein, who will revolutionize cinema at the beginning of the twentieth century with new theories of montage, will begin. *

Leadership: How do you interpret your role as a leader in an evolution that depends on the way others estimate your utility around an image mirrored in the idea of knowing a happening that submits to another happening?

We could say a few words about the stages of constructing science, oriented by the rules of a severe knowledge of that never knew disappointment, maybe only the compromise for a greater cause, taking into account the degree of implementing a new identity in the process of transformations inherent to social existence. I would predict, for instance, that no manner of thinking will for long dominate the galleries of knowledge, same as no battery lasts forever. Yet any style will widely open the gates to a new world to conquer, full of utility and new customization options.

An image mirrored in the idea of knowing a happening that subverts another happening triggers when the way you look at the world repeats itself through a common structure, through a coincidence of reasoning, emotion and interest, through the way the world looks at you.

In order to be valued, leadership has to find a meaning in the world of perceptions of exploring "the happenings that are recognized in the mirror". This world can be interpreted by the protagonists of the fight for winning supremacy in the premium segment of scientific productions as an escape from the limits imposed by an unanimously accepted standard of thinking.

For this to happen, leadership should be seen as a form of self-evaluation of one’s own identity, of its own goals, values and principles, in similarity to those points of view developed on the idea of a "double" of the situation-building perspective that singularizes a phenomenon, an event, a destiny, a vocation.

Leadership: Does the course you follow manifest as a phenomenon with wide implications in the existence of an alternative to the perspectives of the surrounding world, producing the direct and positive effects on the possibility of fitting into a certain pattern of reversal of the expectations you impose?

Someone said that identity is a permanent conquista. As a leader, it is your duty to invite everyone to profit from the opportunity to form their own identity, a unity of existence of the connections between different approaches, as a response to the increasingly difficult and complicated attempts of valuing science and innovation, through which indirectly, leadership is exercised.

How well do you interpret your role in a development that depends on the way in which others estimate your utility in managing work resources? The answer to this question will show how you relate to what you want to achieve by means of your science, but also how much important and value others give to your utility in the use of creating a new direction of collaboration and identification of new directions of evolution in the domain of the future.

Choosing the courses of actions and the values adjacent to them, placing them within a frame of reference that highlights the superior character of man, leads to a personalization of human relationships, in terms of professionalism and flexibility.

To be fit into a pattern of reversing the expectations you impose is to always change your position and views to a reality with which you disagree, by revealing a competitive personal side.

This aspect should create unique experiences of combining the presence of mind with taking a role of representation in the space of a work of great interest.

Eisenstein’s Availability Example highlights that correct self-assessment in achieving individual development and reaching outstanding performances, but also of achieving excellency in a field that is sometimes new and unexplored. This also implies a perfect knowledge of your own capability in creating an innovative transformation, but also in winning the trust of others.
