Before transmitting to people your own vision, first strive to understand deeply the essence of your leadership.

Master told me about an hour about his own art, obtained with difficulty that could not be learnt at school or college. It was the first time when I heard someone speaking with such conviction and power about painting. I told him what I want: to transmit his teachings to me to be able to get myself a great artist.

- To get a great artist you must have talent Nicu, not only will, he told me frankly.

- I think I have talent, I responded calmly and simply in the next moment.

- Wonderful ! said the master, with a voice that mingled astonishment and joy. I'm glad you feel so. But I want to prove this. Sit at the table and draw to me … an angel. He gave me a sheet of paper, a pencil and an eraser, and told me to start working.

I sat at the table, but when I start drawing it, the master said:

- There is one thing, Nicu. And I do not like to tell you this. The angel should not have wings.

Can you assure the creative expression of your individuality, without distorting reality under the pressure of your own affection towards the effects of unending admiration?

Everything starts from a single mental design. I sat there with the paper in front just a few steps from him. Somehow I was a little afraid to embarrass myself. Yes, I really felt it. Maybe I was not so talented that I imagined or I just developed a pleasant hobby. And besides this, master wanted to test my imagination. I had to remove my negative thoughts. I had to control all my energy to do a nice drawing. I consoled by the fact that many other pupils' faces this kind of test, and anything bad happened to them.

For that moment, I had to focus on my highest virtues: patience. And, armed with will and imagination to succeed in drawing an angel - an angel, but not how do imagine the entire world in general - with white wings and yellow halo around the head. After all I wanted to impress the master, by imagination, by style and daring so I had to draw something special. Nobody could understand the full responsibility that pressed on my shoulders in that moment.

After about half an hour I left the pen from my hand, I breathed deep, and full of confidence, I showed the master my own vision of how looks like an angel.

The master looked the drawing in amazement, then exclaimed with satisfaction: "Indeed no whatsoever resemblance to the world of angels."

The creative expression was best defined by an internet user as the never lost "back-up language" of the human being, obtained through the infinitely diversified forms of drawing, improvisation, the invention of new scenarios, the metaphorical situations etc. In leadership, it is important that the creative expression does not distort reality under the pressure of one's own affection towards the effects of a limitless admiration.

Be mindful of your level of admiration and appreciation for those you respect, so that you do not turn into a subject of the utopian mentality, always accustomed to being at the center of attention.

Is your personality reflected in the expression of an unthinkable emotion through the logical and more experienced thinking filter? Is it built on the basis of emotion and excellent memory, and from memory getting more and more into imagination?

Are you grateful to your position as an artist for what you are going to convey through a supportive vision of a pre-existing work, without losing the quality of the learning experience that defines the pursuit of true knowledge?

Just as a learner can construct his own vision about the angels, and you can be able to build your own vision of leadership by your imagination, by style and daring, And indeed, there is apparently a fairly easy way to guide people: to create a favorable leadership to you and them, by your own recipe, just as a painter creates his own original art and develop his own style of working to give life to a qualitative work.

What is the essence that fits to your leadership?

It is a real art to know to create your particular vision. First, you need to print a well-defined essence to your leadership that would make you feel in harmony with yourself, and that would not disappoint the others around you. This essence deserves to be seriously welded inside your own operating structure, in your process of thinking and action - if through its content has the property of approaching your beliefs to the beliefs of other people. And for it to continue impressing by its style, imagination and boldness.

Do you try to clarify your CONCEPT and IDEAL of self-identity more than your experience admits, by visualizing a model of making art through your own perceptions of the value you give yourself?

Their most skilled leaders develop their original style of management. They are able to arrange things so that they can see the "work" that they create exquisite and renowned. Everything starts from a single mental "draw", but a realistic drawing depicting another dimension of leadership, a very special design that offers a unique perspective about their ideal to make art, which they are projecting then in the mind of their supporters.

Every leader sees things in his personal way, each reading their own model of leadership (in terms of their own perceptions and values) good enough, in the smallest details, firstly taking into consideration the quality. In a way, everyone is a little afraid to be embarrassed, at least initially, so all are working hard to make many plans and use all their resources and power of work to give life a new message, a very special one, through their "work".

Can you express your attachment to a much wider perspective on art, viewed from the perspective of a self-contained experience embedded in an image that gradually changes into another image?

In leadership always "angels must have wings" – in other words, leaders must always conform to generally accepted rules and which must be in line with the reality that everyone perceives. Self-experience incorporated into an image that gradually changes into another image is aimed at the manner in which a correlation between information, experience, analysis and opinion is made, leaving room for interpretation on the method adopted to achieve an as accurate as possible picture of reality.

Each individual who aspires to a leadership position has its own views on arts management and many ventures in this area, but without knowing the "rules" and without respecting them regardless of their obligations. As, of course, and here there are rules to be observed and here must be certified skills, written or unwritten, and adequate experience.

Therefore, there must be in advance an initiation into the leadership but is not sufficient only a personal view on this area, because your imagination can play tricks. And if you do not have the ways, means and experience, everything can crumble in the shortest time.

The essence of your leadership can be found in the fact that the notion of art, despite its indeterminacy, involves a value judgment that pervades dream and reality, breaking the invisible walls of emotions, minds and souls through a change of the way of seeing the world.

Initiation In Leadership involves the transformation of the simulated self into a reality experienced especially by the artist who gives his creation valences of expressiveness in the order of a new vision in the art of jointly connecting authority and the freedom to think differently, to overcome the conventional, find new ways of enriching the vision of the world, of being beautiful or ugly, of good or bad.
