For any initiation, a more or less long preparation of the soul is required and, at the same time, an asceticism of the body, thanks to which the soul separates from a body torn from the domination of passions and earthly goods. But this initiation cannot be an end in itself and cannot allow us to come to know everything unless it is fulfilled, perfected by an inner illumination, that illumination coming from a god which makes an initiate an akh, a spirit bright, a vision of what the initiate's soul will be after passing the gate of death.

The substantial content of your life can break at any time, isolating the subject at one pole and the object at the other. At one pole - divine knowledge, at the other - self, at one - form, at the other - spirit, at one - meaning, at the other - commitment. These moments of lucidity, which presuppose each other, even if they appear as opposed to each other, estranged, without even suspecting their intimate kinship, are important to clearly recognize a spiritual truth: "Everything that inspires you, at the same time change and dominate you".
Without severity, but with determination, the universal meaning of the interconnection between you and the divine can be completely lost, the connection between wisdom and enlightenment becoming insignificant, contradictory, equivocal, if you fail to find the key that opens the gates to the world of your soul.
