Be prepared to give your creation an impulse that will restart your connection with the inner universe, looking for a similarity between the material aspect and the animating one that can create the effect of “Whole”.

That’s how it used to be. It was journalistic work everywhere: the literates extracted bits of text from various foreign sources, translated them, mixed them and threw them almost ready in a cultural weekly bulletin, without them denoting any pronounced originality, but only a minimal connotative load. In other words, it was a kind of work done by parrots. Massive copy-paste. But it was a legal practice, because the original sources of inspiration appeared in the bibliography.

When someone opened a book and looked at the bibliography for the first time, he could see whole pages only with sources of inspiration. And the more biographical sources there were, the more Copy-Paste there was.

But, in the end, all such celebrities came with nothing new, expressed no special idea, nothing denoting an involvement in the act of creation. At least they inserted a very subtle sense of l'humour among their texts, but even for that you had to rummage through the works written by other foreign authors. Because, with most writers and journalists, the mind did not move faster than the inspiration.

And it is still the same. We’re in the century of programming, where tools like Python, C++, and Go find answers to questions posed to technology. And here, the same individuals, aged by time, still insist on shining with the same work as a tired journalist, with the same type of activity: translation and Copy-Paste from various foreign sources. Irrational, isn’t it?

And what is the lesson here? Never be old and worn out ! In fact, many have always been old and decrepit, unaware of their pitiful impotence. The great fortune is that science does not evolve thanks to these intellectuals of the occasion, too old to distinguish between originality and banality, between art and kitsch.

Sleepy birds… Gentlemen, don’t dream of reaching among the stars… For twinkling without any spell is just a prayer without a horizon.

Leadership: Can you be creative without actually generating real innovation in proportion, knowing that what you bring to light from your thoughts is half real and half fake?

Is it possible to rationally understand very convenient practices, but without actually generating real innovation in proportion? Logic says no, but the facts say yes. These unscientific ritualistic practices of some people – like those soldiers who are always maneuvering without ever going into battle – cannot be understood if they are viewed as isolated behaviors, cannot be supported by the mastery of leadership: sincerity, justice and greatness.

It remains to formulate a rational understanding of the mutual influence between knowledge and wisdom, against the background of mental and soulful exercise, that is, between the material and the animating aspect, something that can be understood as aspects of a unique act of creation. By probing even deeper into the dimension of our thoughts, to reveal a common logic, we will discover that there are so many things that we have left out, and that we can put down on a piece of paper.

Why do we need to appeal to the thoughts of others, if we already have in ourselves the recipes for alternative ideas, undiscovered scientific truths, of the preciousness of free and creative expression, productive in terms of the actual pragmatic organization of a speech or a prose composition that communicates effectively with the intended audience?

Well, just as adding a new brand to a product without elements of innovation will not generate real growth for the company in the long term, in the same way the practice of Copy-Paste will not be able to reveal the true values on which creative characters are built. Think like this: emotional experiences, mobilizations of will, successes or failures that build the seeds of the future personality, all these are the torn pages of your story, because you don’t try to reveal them. Do you feel like your heart is breaking (or what’s left of it) when you have nothing to say about what hurts you?

I think you figured it out. Originality is based on the generation of experiences, they being a generous area, without borders of creativity, innovation, opportunities. But this effort to copy information from other parts, useful temporarily only to expand the area of informing the population, even without necessarily having experience in a field, will lead to great question marks and mystery vis-à-vis current or future leader’s practices.

Leadership is based on the following principle: “Knowing the part that is missing in your own being is the best method of facing the part that is missing in others.”

Leadership And The “Copy – Paste” Generation categorically cannot coexist through the methods that increase the capital of ideas necessary to support the development of a scientific field. Leadership is not based on the principle “what belongs to others can also be ours” , because science must prove its diversity, through a gesture of greatness and beauty that is not considered worthy of imitation.

Only innovation is capable of arousing admiration.
