Listen To Me Before I Look At You

Try to understand the depth of an authentic experience depending on the perspective and interpretation you give it, reflecting on the complexity of the relationship between the observer and the work of art.

And this time, my eyes managed to capture an amazing detail in a banal landscape, a sincere emotion on the face of a certain man. After all, this is what it means to admit that you love art: to rediscover beauty in unexpected places, to explore nuances of emotions or to inspire thoughts, to perceive the world in a new and unique way, even when you are not looking for anything.

Yesterday afternoon, I was walking through the Exhibition Park, experiencing a moment of complete silence. In an alley corner, discreetly, but with a presence that could not be ignored, a street artist displayed his impeccable craftsmanship. This gentleman with the accordion, a character who seemed detached from a world where music is the universal language, let his fingers slide over the keys of the instrument with amazing dexterity, as if he were part of it, in perfect symbiosis with nature . Under his skill, the accordion was no longer just a simple instrument, but a vehicle of pure emotion, making sounds that seemed to awaken dormant memories, coloring the present and opening windows to the future.

To his right, a modest cardboard box, open to the generosity of passers-by, housed a few 5 ron and 1 ron bills, respectively, as a tacit recognition of his talent by passers-by. It was a simple but profound moment, suggesting that despite the speed and superficiality of everyday life, there is room for the appreciation of genuine art, for a gesture of gratitude that transcends the mundane. Especially for an artist, I was amazed by the musician's performance, as if I had lost the depth of the moment, leaving only a short film to watch, reflecting the pure emotions conveyed by the musical notes.

Leadership: By capturing the "mundane moment" can you become the guarantor of an experience that transcends the immediate, bringing to the fore a broader vision of what makes you unique?

The Exhibition Park is the ideal for entering a space of revelation and inspiration, where nature and art harmoniously intertwine. This urban landscape, emptied of the infernal noise of the city, suddenly turns into a show, a space dedicated to art, when the quiet music begins to intertwine with the bustle of passers-by, creating a symphony of contrasts. The sound of the accordion, touching, pleasing to the fine hearing, succeeds in bringing to the fore a world where image and feeling merge harmoniously, the reality of the music merging with the inner world of each listener.

The musician, through his "a cappella" interpretation, not only enriches the soundscape of the place, but invites an unexpected introspection, turning the street into a stage on which a play of emotion and humanity unfolds. His image, una forza del pensiero creativo, is a snapshot of action through sound and a symbol of the representation of man in harmony with art, from the perspective of a transcendental experience. This is because it allows the listener to transcend the limits of immediate reality and enter a space of deep understanding, where music becomes a bridge between the material and spiritual worlds.

And if I am truly unique, in something characteristic of artists, it is because of my ability to transform mundane moments into works of art that resonate with people's souls.

Leadership: Can you recreate an action of the present unfolding before your eyes, combining it with a sense of presence across the ages?

I didn't know what was more precious: to listen to him with nostalgia, in an elan that mixed humble presence and splendor, or to watch with admiration how he stroked the accordion, like a kind of dance between his fingers and the music, where every movement was in perfect harmony with the rhythm of the heart. I believe that music is just an instrument of divinity and inspiration, and it becomes a kind of messenger, making me experience a state of ecstasy, like a trance, throughout creation, so that the communication between the soul and the universe becomes palpable, transforming each note in a vibration of existence itself.

In the story "Aleph", the famous writer Jorge Luis Borges describes a magic point that contains the entire universe. Aleph is described as a "transparent sphere" containing "all points in the universe". But Borges uses sound to create an atmosphere of mystery and wonder, describing the sound of the Aleph as a hum like the murmur of waters, or like a rustling of leaves. The hum symbolizes the mystery and wonder associated with the Aleph, which is a representation of infinity. This sound is intermittent and intensifies as the protagonist approaches Aleph.

Really. Sounds capture the essence of the moment, whether it's a vibrant melody or a quiet symphony. And man, through his art, gives life to these sounds, creating an emotional and memorable experience. More recently, artificial intelligence can analyze and interpret sounds, uncovering hidden patterns and emotions, but you feel more alive when you watch the human face as they express the passion and liveliness of each note. In fact, better than this man, I don't know if at this point artificial intelligence would be able to create new forms of art, combining sound, image and movement in a unique and so captivating way.

Broadening the scope of leadership corresponds to those circumstances where the image you need to highlight coherently is not limited to visual perception, but rather to the feeling that you transform into creation.

Listen to me before I look at you, and maybe you will understand the essence of my words without being filtered through visual prejudices. Of course, try to get rid of the act of seeing only the important things, the obvious things at first glance, but rather do it in such a way that everything you encounter is explored in depth, discovering the hidden value in the seemingly minor details.
